Scott and his team did a great job.. they were very short staffed and still gave me quality service on our vehicle as well as very personable and friendly customer service. I have never been here before but I will have them do all of my routine maintenance and oil changes from now on. Highly recommend!
I had made an appointment online the day before and the computer somehow allowed me to schedule over a time the store was supposed to be closed so my oil change didnt start until 30 minutes after my apt but Scott was so accommodating, With the staffing shortages going around all over Scott was clearly in a tough spot with only one employee to work but he visibly loved his job and got my car in ASAP. We had great conversation and talked about a lot of things. I was even there to experience an unfortunate interaction with a upset customer and he was so professional and composed and after learning the stress hes been under, handled it so well. I can actually say i thoroughly enjoyed my time at an auto shop for probably the first time. Would absolutely keep going back!
We had the best experience today with Scott! I watched him do everything from answering phones, to changing waste cans, to checking on our car personally - and he’s the manager! Even with being short staffed, he went out of his way to make sure we had the best prices, service, and experience (that last part being a major bonus with being a mom of 3). Highly recommend this NTB location and thank you Scott!

I bought a Set of Wheels as a Birthday Gift to Myself and was waiting on FedEx to Drop off My Front 2 Tires they Finally did @ 4:30pm So I Hurry Up and Rushed to the Nearest Tire Shop that was still open Note: It was a Saturday and Found that NTB was Open til 6pm. When I got there they were Busy and Trinity the Lady that Provided me Services was Very Helpful! Because of Her Kindness and The Staffs Hard Work I was Able to Get My Birthday Gift Completed. I Rushed Home to install My Wheels in My Car and Yes, I am Happy. Thank you All @ NTB
I recently had a tire go out and had this place change my blowout, but for some reason they didnt inspect the rim and valve stem and its costing me more money after ive spent $189.84 for a new tire. There should have been a new valve stem installed as well. They are not doing a good job taking care of their customers. If you got so much business that you cant take care of them one by one and do it right, then dont be a tire tech.

Not happy with the discount tire ($85.00) that seemed to be defective after 2 weeks. Not to mention the stripping of the 5 light nuts by the technician prior to purchasing the tire.

I called in and spoke with Jeff on Thursday October 15 about pricing and availability for two tires. We found a suitable selection and I scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 9am.When I arrived at 9:10 for my appointment, Jeff was also working the front desk. When he began my paperwork, he informed me that the price would be $80 more than I was quoted. When I asked for clarification, he realized that the tires he quoted me were in stock at the time of the call and that he sold them yesterday.I asked why he would sell the tires set aside for an appointment and he explained that “if he set aside 80 tires for appointments that never show they would never be able to sell any inventory.” He neither offered to reduce the price of the inventory he did have to the previously quoted price nor offer any immediate assistance for his error.I will never return to this location. I went down the road to Discount Tire and was out in thirty minutes with tires.

Stopped in at this store on Saturday. I was on my way from Va. to Fla. with a small trailer when I noticed some cords showing on one tire. I found this NTB and they had my tire replaced. I was back on the road in 45 minuets. Jeff was the service manager and I believe Johnathan was the Mechanic. Thank you.

Totally disappointed with a timing belt replacement. Had appt at 8am and was told originally 4 hrs...now being told 5pm. Wrong part ordered AND the service manager tod me the guy working on my truck had been pulled off multiple times. Horrible experience.

Went in for tire repair. They got me in and out in less than 45 mins. This place is excellent. Kept me up to date on maintenance due and even though I did not have time to do it then, I will definitely come back for it. Most places dont tell you what is due for your car. That is a great feature with NTB. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I would rate zero stars if it was an option. I made an appointment for 1PM and the person working the front desk couldn’t find the reservation when I arrived. I was forced to pull up the email confirmation to prove my reservation. In no attempt to remedy the situation, every employee there moved at a snails pace. I was told installation and alignment would take 1.5 hours and my vehicle hadn’t even been taken back at the 1.5 hour mark, to my surprise - when I returned from lunch next door, even though the tire bay was completely EMPTY when I arrived..... 3.5 HOURS LATER I was finally given my vehicle back and able to leave. Also, I had a young child with me and thought it was perfectly reasonable to wait 1.5 hours. Even at the 3 hour mark (double the estimated wait time) there was still no sense of urgency and my child became extremely agitated. The staff was seen and heard huddled up together telling stories about their escapades the previous night and taking frequent trips to the gas station across the parking lot to get drinks and snacks. I understand breaks but this was excessive. Very disappointed in my visit today.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff greeted me and setup my oil change and tire rotation upon visit. He easily applied my coupon for the service. The service was promised to be done in under 45 minutes and they met theyre promise. Ill definitely return here for future service!
The whole shop gets 5 stars!! Very good service, awesome group of guys!! We were stuck with a flat on our 40 trailer on a Sunday, no one else had the tire we needed.. not only did they find us 2 tires but made sure that they were rated for the weight!! Thanks Guys!

Had tires that I had bought elsewhere installed - no issues doing that.Very comfortable facility. You can wait in front/reception area or in the back waiting area - which features wifi, private desks/work stations, coffee, soda vending machines, additional seating and TV. Very fast service (tire mounting). Location is excellent if you want to grab something to eat (walk to restaurants). Will come back!
Great place for good, honest and quick service. The staff upfront know what they are talking about and do not push other services on you. Greg the service manager is very easy to talk and is good at what he does! I WOULD recommend this NTB to anyone.
Went in for a wheel alignment and went three miles down the road and realized my traction control light came on staring wheel was at a angle to the right went back and there telling me to come back tomorrow dam I lost a hour from work to come here and you telling me tomorrow i will never come back to this location
Really pleased with the staff and the prompt service I am used to waiting but these guys got to me quickly and even though the lobby was full when I got there they worked fast to get them out and on with there Saturday. The guy that did my service Dylan, explained what he was doing and why I shouldnt do what I wanted and why it would be better.... He was excellent and very very attentive to his job. Horrible took a tire to get plugged first customer their in the morning right when they open. Nobody else in the store took an hour and 45 minutes. Way over price 30 dollars for a plug what a joke. Got a nail a week later went to discount paid 10 and they were busy in out in 30 minutes. Dont waste your time or money here.
GO TEAM MOORESVILLE!!!!The Service Manager, Paul, did an exemplary job dealing with an issue to the point I felt I needed to call the Store Manager, Christy - who was also quite a pleasure to talk with - to applaud him.Ive been a long-time customer and introduced my young adult daughter into the world of dealing with adult stuff in the form of negotiating a good price on a new set of tires and using their option of a 0% credit card. The promised hazard insurance was accidentally left off and when she got a flat tire on the side of the road and called NTB, was told she did not have the insurance previously promised over the phone on the 3 way call she, NTBs rep and I were on for the negotiation.I called and asked for the manager and was connected with Paul. He promptly apologized for the oversight and assured me they would make it right and advised me to have my daughter come in as quickly as possible, even though it was the end of their working night. They made her feel at ease and replaced the damaged tire with a brand new one and sent her quickly on her way...Great job!Having been in customer service for over 3 decades, I will say this type of service is unfortunately rare and NTB will have my and all of my familys business for a long time with this continued level of service.Kind Regards,Christopher Clark
Went in for an inspection and oil change. Was not greeted, and when asked about timing and pricing, I was informed the guy isnt here. Man at front desk took my name AND phone number telling me around noon would be a time this guy would return. It is now 6 in the evening and I have not received a call. Definitely wont be returning to this location or any other NTB branch locations.
Was I conned? I went in for an oil change and while writing up the ticket I asked the new general manager if putting Premium would help my performance. He immediately suggested a Fuel System Tune up. I thought, here is another con and an up-sell just to increase the ticket. He took time to explain the process and the benefits. I went ahead and got the service.Well, I purposely waited two fill ups later to write this. I am very thankful for this service. I found better gas mileage, increased performance, and a smoother running engine.I have been taking all of my vehicles there for years now. You have a great team. The service manager Greg is outstanding with customer care. Ive called him many times while stuck on the road. Dropped off car for tire patch and rotate on Saturday afternoon for pick up on Tuesday. Went in on Tuesday to pick up car and they had to look for keys and work order. Found them. Work had not been completed. Been an NTB customer for many years. Very disappointed. Will not be back. Waited on someone for 5 minutes to come to counter. Finally walked outside and look into the repair bays to find someone to help me. ☹😖😤
Friendly staff didnt try to push any extras on me. Went in for a simple oil change and had no issues. Clean shop with a nice waiting area. Best of all you can walk to plenty of shopping and food places while your car is serviced.

Price gauging, they say free inspections, a chance to put your vehicle in the bay. I never saw an inspection the whole time i was there. JUST A QUOTE-TWICE AS MUCH AS ANYONE ELSE IN TOWN. This store is a ripoff yet they are nice CAUSE THEY WANT YOUR $$$$$$. Wave as you go by cause they are nice but BEWARE DO NOT STOP IN.
I ran over a nail and had a hole in the tire, the service writer said they had to replace the tire and could not patch tires at NTIREB, thats not what they do... Recommend taking the tire out of your business name.. My husband plugged the tire has been working great for 2 week. BAD BAD experience

Not one too leave reviews, but this place is very professional and is full of great people. Made an appointment at 1:30 and was forced to wait an half hour for another guy to come back for lunch, for the inconvenience the tire change was free of no charge. That was my 2nd time going to them for car troubles and definitely will not be my last!

Charged me $22 to patch and balance my tire. When I ask if they balanced it I was told. Thats just what it says. We dont balance it. Either way. I should have found a Discount Tire. They dont charge for repairs
I come every 2 weeks and now i have to wait for the receptionists convenience because she needs to drop her kids off at daycare every morning and shes the only one that knows how to use the computer? Ever since a few good employees moved on to better careers this place is going downhill especially with service.
I went in for an electrical diagnostic. They got me in and out pretty quickly and charged me $120. I had already tested a few things before I took it in and the only thing I was told by the technician was essentially the same things that I had already figured out on my own. I took it somewhere else to have the work done that they recommended and was then told that I didnt need it and it was a much more simple issue that was causing my problem. I did come back to NTB and was given a refund.
Rotated my tires and did not charge me. Took only 30 min. Receptionist was friendly and very prompt. I will consider NTB the next time I need tires.Update 04-29-2019: Had to drop my review by one star. It has nothing to do with this particular tire center (they are great) but its because of the call center experience I received when making an appointment to get two new tires.I had gone on line and went through the site to purchase tires but when I got to the very end and the web site wanted me to sign into my account, I had forgotten my password. After several attempts to recover my password (never got the recovery email) I called the help center to try and recover my password.The guy on the other end said there was no record of my email address although the website says my email address is on file. What gives? He told me that the website must be down for maintenance and he would gladly help me order my tires and set up my appointment. I said OK.After going through the same process, getting the exact same tires with the exact same add-ons, the call center representative came up with a price that was $25.00 more than what I just received online. Really?He wanted to argue that I must have been mistaken but I know what I saw so I ended the call, went back online and got the same price I had gotten online before. I checked out as a guest instead of trying to sign in.Why there was a $25.00 difference from the online price to the call in center price I dont understand but I had to drop a star because of it. The tire center was, as usual, very friendly and very efficient and I will be shopping there again but I wont be calling the help center anymore. I dont need that kind of help.
I had a great experience at this place tonight. I called from work to make an appointment to have my oil changed, and even though they were very busy, Scott took down my number and said hed call me back when they settled down. Sure enough, 15 minutes later he called and got my appointment set up.When I got there, about half an hour early (you never know with Mooresville traffic...) Scott greeted me, talked to me a bit about my car, and asked me a few questions to determine what oil to use. I had a coupon, which he had no problem using, and even offered to let me pick which services I wanted and hed just discount whichever service I chose. I ended up going full synthetic, and ended up paying around $20 less than a few other shops quoted me.The store was clean, Scott was very friendly, and Id recommend this location, absolutely. It took a little while longer than some places, but I feel like I got a quality service at a fair price.

I bought my tires at NTB and whenever I have issues they always take care of me. Ive had two or three instances where I needed repairs to flat tires and they took care of me right away no questions asked never charged a dime.

I have used NTB for several years with awesome service. I use a specific oil in my car they do not carry. I always bring my oil and filter and pay a small fee for them to change it. They refused to because they wanted me to purchase their oil. Ill never go back to that location.
Went in to get my car inspected the guy said it would fail due to my tint being to dark. Liiiieees!! My tint has passed inspection for the past 2 years I havent done anything to it since I had the car. Needles to say I left there livid, went to another automotive place asked them to check my tint to make sure it was legal so I can get my car inspected and it was!!! I got my car inspected the same day and my tint was the legal percent!! Ugh Ill never go there again!
Ive gone in twice to have a break light replaced. The first time the charge was under $4. The second time they wanted to charge $33.00. Also management became defensive when I pointed out the discrepancy in pricing at NBT. I went to express oil change and they charged $6, enough said. The guys at Express rock!!
We have used Tire Kingdom in Mooresville NC for years. Both the customer service and car service has been excellent. If there has been a wait time, the staff has offered to drive us to a specific location to handle a business matter in the area. They also have ordered specific filters in advance to be sure they are available at the next routine visit for oil change and tire rotation.
I will never go to this location at all. I normally go to NTB in Asheville. I was in town visiting family. On my way I hit a pothole!! It was dark and I didnt have time to react. When I finally arrived at my familys house I checked my tire to make sure everything was fine. Nope! It was not. I found that there was a big bubble in the sidewall. The stores had already closed. I called first thing this morning to get in. After getting to the store in Mooresville, I was there for an hour to get one tire replaced and do my policy alignment. I was told they would get to it as soon as they could. I was the only customer there!!! The staff was too busy smoking inside the shop to work on my car. When my car was test driven after the alignment, the technician was flooring my car. Its a minivan not a race car. After I finally get my car back, there was greasy hand prints on the steering wheel and door along with two big greasy foot prints on my cloth floor mats. I asked the service manager about it and was told it isnt our responsibility to clean that off of your car. No seat cover, floor mat or steering wheel cover. I leave the store mad and call my store in Asheville because my car was shaking and the steering wheel is crooked. They schedule me for a same day appointment. They find that the wheel is over torqued to 100 plus pounds over what the specifications are, valve stem didnt get replaced, no valve cap, center cap broken, tire pressure wrong, balance was 2.25 ounces off, alignment was off.... They fixed everything and now my car drives normal again. Thank you again Asheville NTB. Mooresville NTB should take some notes on how an automotive repair shop is supposed to run because its obvious that they have no idea how to do it correctly there.
I recently received a coupon from the grocery store for a $19.99 oil change with tire rotation for NTB. I decided to use the coupon to save a few bucks. Boy was that a big mistake.I arrived at NTB and the store had no customers waiting. After waiting a minute, I was finally approached by an employee. I then asked for a specific type of service to be performed...a conventional oil change with 5W-20 instead of synthetic 0W-20 since my Mazda 2 requires synthetic per the owners manual and I am a rebel who doesn’t follow that. The employee tried to talk me out of it, which I did not appreciate nor ask for. He claimed he “had” to inform me (which he totally made up) and I haven’t had this issue elsewhere, so there is no reason he had to do any of that. I even started the conversation out saying I know the car requires 0W-20 but I elect for conventional instead!Immediately I observed that the wait time was excessive. It took them 10 minutes just to pull my vehicle into a service pay. An oil change and tire rotation should not take nearly an hour when you have ZERO customers waiting!!! I don’t care what business you are. Please value people’s time and get to moving!!!During my wait, I observed the employee use the restroom in the lobby. I could hear him in the lobby using the men’s restroom and he exited without washing his hands!! GROSS!!!!! That’s just disguising when you’re in customer service and don’t follow common hygiene practices.Since I had a lengthy wait, I used the women’s restroom and noticed the toilet would not flush. Upon further inspection (I removed the lid), the flush valve is broken!! This further demeans my opinion of this establishment. If they can’t provide basic services for waiting customers, what are they doing when they perform maintenance services on vehicles?!Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this business for any work in the future. I am appalled extremely disappointed. I wish had never come here in the first place to try to save a buck. Never ever again!
COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!Made appt in advance to be told when I got there I had no appt then told I did.During my 2 HOUR WAIT watched a tech wreck 2 customer vehicles, 3 techs attempted to repair then never advised customers at pu the situation of damages.After 2 hours of waiting was told they couldnt service vehicle because could not get an approval number that was already set up in the system. Then advised they dont even have the filters to do service which was already pre-scheduled!!!!! RIDICULOUS customer service manager that wouldnt even come speak to me to try and resolve.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I came here a little over two years ago. Spent 1500 on tires, break pads, rotors and rear calipers. I even got a warranty. Within a few months my ABS and traction lights appeared on the dash. I brought it in to be checked, concerned and also let them know I would have to double pump my breaks at lights so it wouldnt roll. They claimed to check it out and it was fine. My dash lights never turned off. A few weeks later I lost my breaks on a ramp coming off the highway, and when I pumped them they siezed. I got in an accident with my then 1.5 year old son. We were ok.I consulted them about the issue and they fede some b.s. line about how it didnt fit under the warranty.I called a different ntb, in Monroe NC....and they offered to honor the warranty and repair the damage....on my trip down my brakes seized again...another accident. Here I am a year and a half later finally getting my car fixed.When the new mechanic to my brake and calipers off he concluded My calipers were the original ones that came with the car. They were never replaced. simply cleaned and put back together.Im sure the gentlmen thatanaged the store is no longer working there, and hopefully they have all new staff. The incompetence of this location has caused me to swear off every ntb. I will never go through them or refer them.The deceiptful/faulty repair job has caused me to be in the hole thousands of dollars, countless hours, an amazing job, emotional distress over the well being ofy baby, and trust in the auto repair industry.The fact that I broughty vehicle in when I suspected and issue, and was turned away, when they could have just done their jobs the right way....is the main reason. Leaving this review.I hate leaving negative reviews and am a firm believer most negative Nancy reviews are mostly people that have nothing better to do with third time, and/or are individuals that will always find something to complain about. I am not one of those people.Do not use this location for your own safety. Especially if the gentlemen, chris, is running the show.....at least if its the Chris that has been working there since the buy out/name change.On top of all this, Im here replacing a tire...one of four I got from ntb....and the tires still have plenty of tread, but they did such a bad job sealing them that there is grass, dirt, and water inside the tire.I have to spend a couple hundred bucks and replace tires that dont even have 3000 miles on them because of the incompetence of this place. Im tempted to call BBB because this is ridiculous and dangerous.
I will never darken their door again. I went to Tire Kingdom for an oil change. When I got home, oil was leaking all over my garage floor. I called the store, and they said to bring it in and they would fix it. (its 35 miles round trip.) They tried to fix the leak twice unsuccessfully. They told me to bring it back and they would replace my oil pan. I waited over three hours, and all they did was tell me that the leak was from the rear main seal of the engine, and they werent responsible. I took it to Wellborn Shell in Boone, and they repaired the leak easily and simply. There is no sign of intelligent life at this tire store. DO NOT patronize this businesss. You will be sorry.
Slow....Oil change and 2 rear tires took 2+hrs from check-in to check-out. My was a fleet vehicle and needed it back promptly. Only 1 other customer ahead. Along with slow service slow Wi-Fi. Be prepared to wait. Will telling my fleet owner we need a change.
The shop was short staffed and only two cars (mine being one of them) were in the bays being worked on. The car just sat on the hoist for over an hour and 30 minutes before anyone worked on it. Two other employees spent most of the time I was waiting, getting food and soda and doing anything but working while one other employee was installing tires on a Honda Odessey.What bothers me the most was the arrogant, entitled and obnoxious attitude of the Service Adviser, Chase Ober. When I asked for his name so I could refer to him by name, he made a point to show me his card to make sure that I knew who was the person that he talked to and treated extremely unprofessionally. He did not use foul language but his condescending and I could give a SH_ _ attitude about how long the service really took as opposed to how long he told me it would take is really hard to take. In Mooresville alone, there are at least 30 places that I can buy tires and maybe 50 places I can get my car serviced. He is the primary reason that I will never go back to that location even though it is located in Mooresville, NC where I live nor will any family member and anyone that asks for a place to get a car serviced.
The manager Chris was so rude to me I wish I could give zero stars. First of all, expect it to take twice as long as they say it will take. Secondly, dont ask Chris for a breakdown of your charges when they dont match the price quoted because he clearly doesnt like that. Plan to blindly pay whatever they charge you unless you enjoy getting yelled at.

Giving a one star is a gift! I made appointments for both my husbands and my car for Friday, Sept. 15, 2017. My husbands car was scheduled for 9:00 am and my appointment was for 10:00am. We had my husbands car there at 8:50. My husbands car was not ready until 11:30am, and we had to call and ask what was going on. Then they told me they were very busy and werent sure when they could get to mine. Then why take appointments?!? I had to take the morning off from work to have this 10:00am appointment. I only gave you one star as a gift since it took them two and a half hours to change the oil in my husbands car, but at least his oil got changed. The lady you have working upfront is rude and snippy. It certainly wasnt MY fault you were busy. I can see why you only have 2 stars on YELP. You can bet I will never recommend your place to anyone! They gave great customer service. I used their WiFi to get work done while the cleaned up my oxidized tire rim which kept causing the air pressure to become significantly lower.
Extremely inexperienced service techsBrought my car in to have 2 tires changedThey first gave me problems over the tire rack install price when you order tires from tire rack and have them installThey then ground the drivers side rim from installation that could only of been caused by laying the rim on the Concrete and trying to install the tire. The rims are over 11 years old and have zero grind marks on the outer edgesThe rim that was damaged was replaced in 2016 from a not at fault accidentIt was essentially brand newThey left disgusting grease all over the rim and reinstalledI drove to the shell in the same lot and inspected right as i left the shopThe grind mark was fresh and was confirmed when i used my pinkie to check for brake dust on the new grind markNone was presentI called the national hotline they are owned by tire kingdom. They put my case through to Rodrigo who then proceeded to waist my time for 2 weeks and what seems as a matter of practice deny the claim. I tried to be nice to them and said a rim repair would doWe dont need to replace the rim. He played musical chairs and said oh that wasnt done here.We didnt do it. Nothing in our shop could cause it..Which is laughable. I never told them because we didnt get as far as what i do for a livingI do clear coat scratch and multi stage paint restoration. Im a certified expert in the state of North Carolina on scratch and clear coat paint repairShisters. This is what i get for trying to save a few bucks over the large tire vendor in townThe business was empty midday on a weekday and no customers came in during the hour i was there.If they try to leave some nonsense reply about call customer service so we may further look into your problem dont believe themI got a voicemail that the case has been closed and would not be repairing the damageIf something happens to your vehicle while NTB has possession theyll deny your claim as standard operating practice forcing you to sue them in small claims courtThey seemed very smug and overconfident leading me to believe i may not be able to file the case in North Carolina and may have to do it at the headquarters in the state tire kingdom is located though im not sure yetIf thats the case they know an out of state expense trip would exceed the damage in this caseDamage that must be proved with a before pictureSeriouslyChoose another shopUnless you desire to have an experience similar to mine
I have gotten tires from NTB in Huntersville. Went here in Mooresville because my tire had a nail in it. Got a call said tire was fixed got back there tire was almost flat again. Guy told me he put 29 pounds of pressure on it cuz he thought it had to build up pressure instead of putting 35 in it. That was wrong. Put 35 pounds in it arriving at home no sooner than I got from exit 36 to exit 25 I had 29 pounds in it so obviously still leak. And the Tire Guy and the manager was arguing back and forth in front of me. I like in TV but I will not be back there again.

WARNING: If you go here, you will pay out the rear for subpar work on part replacements you didnt really need & youll wait much longer than average for it too. Theyre extremely unprofessional, incompetent at best & shady w/ a smiling exterior at worst. Their goal is not to save you time/money, but to make as much money as they can for THEM, even if it means unnecessary part replacements & shoddy repair jobs that keep your car in their shop so they can fix more stuff & make more money. There are MANY other shops out there that will fix the part faster, fix it better, w/ better customer service & charge less than here. (Try Christian Bros on Brawley School Rd. They saved me from this nightmare). I will NEVER come back to this shop, & even if my car broke down in front of their door Id pay to have it towed somewhere else.I tried typing the whole story (spanning one entire, frustrating week) but I hit the character limit, so Ill summarize as best I can...Thursday my car was rattling like crazy during acceleration, so I took it to the closest shop (not NTB). The shop didnt have time to work on it, but the mechanic took it for a short spin & concluded it was the driveshaft. I took it to NTB because they are open later. They told me that all the engine mounts needed replacing, nothing about the driveshaft. They tell me to come back in the morning, which I did but since I use the car to transport a client at 7am & 4pm M-F, I had to cancel my morning pickup.When I brought it in next day per their request (after part arrived), they didnt even have time to do anything (it was 3, they close at 9). Wasted day. Called out of work and so did my wife (I am her ride). Saturday I get it in, they fix the engine mounts, I drive away, but the rattle is still there and getting worse. I take it back. They drive around the parking lot, put it on the lift & show me the wobbly driveshaft (I figured). But they tell me they need to replace the driveshaft bearing assembly (its always replace the part, NEVER repair, and I dont know enough about cars to question them). I make it to work, but because the problem is worse now (and I deliver pizzas at night) I miss out on a busy night of deliveries (more money lost). Now I dont trust the car at all and leave it at the shop, my sister gives me a ride home, and back the next day.Its now Sunday. Instead of getting the part ordered the night before, they wait until I get there to call around. Lo and behold, no one else is open on Sunday. Yet another wasted day. Monday I dont even go in, because it takes them all day to find and order a part, & it wont arrive til next day. Again, I miss both my pickups (luckily I dont deliver that night) & also my Tues morning pickup. Im bleeding money and losing patience. Next day the part comes in finally, they put it in, but in doing so discover JUST THEN that the driveshaft is bent so much it looks like someone hit it and that they need to REPLACE it for $800 (part only). But they never noticed this during the previous 2 repairs, only AFTER I dropped over $600? And remember, the very first guy said he thought it was the driveshaft, but NTB never checked that, they just replaced everything around it without actually inspecting. Hard to imagine a professional mechanic would overlook such a glaring issue not once but TWICE. I drove my Moms car to work that night to avoid losing even more salary.The part that sealed it for me never going back there again was when I got the car from their shop (rattling was now worse than ever!) & took it to Christian Bros (it was Wed evening). CB took the driveshaft out, sent it to Charlotte, had it REPAIRED (NOT REPLACED), sent it back, installed it & delivered my car to my house before work Thurs. All for $326, not $800+. The kicker? Their mechanic told me that Whoever worked on this car before us shouldnt work on cars anymore. Thats all I needed to know.Point is, take your car to Christian Bros. Or anywhere but NTB. They look out for them, not you, & their service reflects that. At least now I know.

DO NOT GO HERE. Called to get in stock info &price, put me on hold and they never picked up. Called back, he took my name and # but then never called back with info. VERY BAD impression on a new customer. Im going somewhere else. Will never do business with this place.
Brought in car tire. Was told they dont work on motorcycle tires. Ya, i know stupid right. Oh, and this was the manager... All i needed was a tpms seal installed. Said that their ancient machines would mangle my wheel. If thats the case why would anyone want their wheel mangled?? Went to goodyear and had me inand out in less than 20 mins. Recommend goodyear any day. Very helpful and they will work on motorcycle (car) tires.
