The staff was great. But the care in workmanship with the service was lacking. Ive had my vehicle serviced by you 2 times now and the first time they forgot part of the service. Another time they spilled DEF fuel down the side of the vehicle. And this time left oil hand prints all over the hood and body of the truck. Based on my combined experiences with this company I would not recommend anyone buy or have anything serviced at this location. If I wanted this kind of service I would take my vehicle to a shade tree mechanic.

Quick Lube location, staff and service is excellent. No over promise and under deliver. Replaced battery and checked car out in one hour. Praise the Lord!

Oil change and tire rotation. Good service just wish they wouldn’t try to sell fuel filter tire balance and air filter when vehicle only has 9000 miles on it. Also oil change stickers should indicate the OEM recommendation not a set mileage.

I have been bringing my Cadillac to Randy Marion Buick Cadillac in Mooresville for many years now. I cannot say enough about the customer service in their service department. Amanda is our contact and she is simply wonderful. She is always kind, courteous, and thorough. I always know how much something is going to cost, or if it’s covered under warranty, before I have to pay a dime. Whenever I’m there I feel like I am her only customer even though there is always a steady stream of others coming and going. Amanda is simply top-notch! Highly recommend.

I scheduled my 2019 Colorado for a service as the rear driver side strut was leaking. I asked how long it would take when I scheduled the appointment and was told around an hour. I arrived on Monday for the service was told it would take 2 hours. I had my wife pick me up. We grabbed lunch and came back 2 hours later. The service advisor told me that he had been covered up and meant to call me but needed my approval for the repair. The truck has 41k miles and he shared it was not covered under warranty. I asked him to ask the service manager about contacting Chevrolet to make an exception as a strut failing at this time (2 years and 41k) seemed like a faulty part. He said the service manager would not approve. I asked if they would call Chevrolet corporate and he said no that I would have to do so. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes. I asked the service advisor to put the tire on and I would follow up. 45 minutes later the truck was still not ready. I asked about it and service advisor said he would check. 30 minutes later I walk out to the service lane and the truck is setting there. I asked the service advisor and he said he was waiting on the paper work. I asked to see the service manager and was told he was busy and has a meeting coming up with the big boss. I dropped my truck off at 11:30 and left the dealer at 4pm on an appointment that I was told would last an hour. My truck is not fixed and was not covered under warranty. Terrible service!! I will not buy or have a car serviced there. Period!

Dear Reader,I found an inexpensive car via one of my web searches at Randy Marion Chevrolet.I verified the car was still available, drove 45 Miles to take a look and test drive.Unfortunately an inexpensive car ended up with an out the door price significantly higher than the low sticker price.Yes, dealers have so called fees, this one happens to be $2,500 + tags + taxes.Keep that in mind, perhaps for an expensive vehicle you may not mind, however, if you value your hard earned income, this may not be for you.I suggest you shop around!

If I could give this place ZERO STARS it would be too much. Not only did we have the biggest headache with the finance manager being distracted due to personal issues and messing up documents needed for the title transfer, then not returning our calls for over 3 weeks (we are STILL waiting on this) but our transmission went out as we were crossing over 3k miles driven on our 2018 Chevy suburban purchased here. We are stranded half way across the country on Friday of a holiday weekend waiting on a call back. When calling for a simple answer I was told “you calling makes me come back to my desk and take longer” meanwhile the clock is ticking to even be able to get it into a shop here before a 3 day weekend and everyone there could care less. I am not one to leave a bad review as usually there is just a misunderstanding or one particular issue but this is not the case here. I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE!

I still have not received all of the paperwork I signed. The original car seller came to my house and I signed a rather large stack of paper. When the next salesperson came to my house to drop my vehicle off there was a substantial portion of the paperwork missing, to include the warranty details for the extended warranty and the factory warranty for the aftermarket work that was done to the vehicle. I have contacted the finance department multiple times and they still have not sent me the proper paperwork. It has been over a week now.

Ive purchased two cars from Randy Marion. As always buyer beware. The sales staff I have dealt with have been top notch. The pricing and some of the other cram downs by management are dishonest at best. The price of the vehicle I was buying was advertised as being, good. After settling on a price there was a fee for window tint and restoral etc. which supposedly cant be removed. I pointed out to the sales manager that I didnt want either, and the window tint was factory installed on a silverado... not installed at the dealership. They just blustered along and disagreed and wouldnt remove the fee/cost. These are just cram down fees they add, so they can advertise the vehicle lower. If they are dishonest with this I wouldnt trust their service department. If Parks or City have the vehicle you need Ive had better, more honest sales experience at both of them.

I was sent to the Quick Lube Dealership, they were very nice and took my car right in.I asked them to change the oil and filter, rotate the tires and replace the air filter.They did everything I asked except when they checked the air filter they said that it did not need to be replaced yet, that is was still good. That saved me money and I really appreciated that.

Recently bought a vehicle from here. Within the first three weeks ive had to replace the battery as well as the alternator. They should actually inspect cars before putting them on the lot. Their dealer warranty does not cover much at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND, STEER CLEAR.

I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at. The advisor Steve was informative enough about letting me know it would be a few hours because they were overbooked. He would call me later. Once he called later he informed me it wouldnt be until the next morning before they could diagnose what made it overheat. He would call me at 11 am the next morning with more details. The next day came and he calls at 1 pm to say that it would be later that day possibly and he would once again call me back..This car is my only means of transportation for myself and my children so I was a little upset. Several hours later I call him back just to be told not that day either. He finally suggested speaking to the GM Mike. Mike stated he would get to the bottom of the issue. Will low and behold at 6 pm they were now looking at my car, but found no issue. The very next day Im driving 15 minutes away from home and the check engine light comes on and it begins to overheat again. So thanks Randy Marion for pushing my car issues to the side in a rush to get me out of your hair. Definitely shows how much you value your customers.

Incredibly disappointed in our experience here. Quoted $700 for a $70 part that shouldnt take more than an hour. Paid $140 for a diagnostic and they couldnt even plug in the computer to read the fault code. Tim, the service manager, did call and was the only person who seemed to know what he was doing or care at all. At one point after telling them we could be in to pick up our vehicle they hadnt even bothered to hook back up the sesnor they disconnected so we couldnt start the car. They have lost our business for good
