I had headlights replace when I got my car my bumper wasnt sitting right. so I took it back over there they said they never did take the front bumper off the car so I took my card to the Ford dealership they said That your bumper is not lining up right they did take the bumper off so when I took my car back over to Firestone they said theyd never did it take the bumper off so I so I recommend nobody to use this place if you need you need to get headlights or anything detached from your vehicle dont go there.

Poor customer service & installer care for customers car.Pro:-They got me in faster than expected.Cons:-Charged for a service that wasnt performed (refunded after a return trip)-Over charged for air filter $101 for filter for a 2020 Chevy Express Van cost less than $38 (when questioned they said I was stuck with it cuz it was already installed)-refuse to keep old part for service requirement verification-Hood was not closed and latched good thing I can recognize a loose Hood before traveling 70 mph on the interstate-lift wiring harness wires sticking out of side of vehicle-installer closing van doors in properly causing them to bang into each other-service writer unfamiliar with fleet card checkout process acting like it was an issue on my end when he was improperly keying informationFirestone is usually a good car care location to go I use them all over the country I would not recommend this location.

Horrible, I made this account literally just to give them a review. They cannot be trusted. Went in to get a routine Oil Change took about 3-4 hours to even get it looked at. Then to top it all off ended up with no oil change and now I owe 600 dollars for something THEY broke. You’re better off fixing something yourself than going here.

I was told they were open until 7pm. I had a flat on a flatbed trailer so I took the rim there to get the tire replaced and they were closed up at 6:15 pm. The lady inside said, “Oh them technicians gone, they don’t stay til the doors close.”

Wound up here on an early Saturday with a nail in a tire 3 hours from home and the car loaded from a month-long trip. Knowing I needed a new set of tires anyway, I decided just to get them here. Eugene was great in reviewing options and helping to select the right tires for our driving needs. He got us in immediately, and the team made quick work of the 4-wheel change. We were in and out in about 75 minutes. While we waited, my wife was able to ship the Farmers Market across the street while my son and I waited in the comfortable lounge connected to the wifi with our devices. For an emergency visit, I couldnt have asked for a better outcome.

Went there to get 4 tires installed and alignment. It took 2hours and 30mins, and theyre constantly busy. I wish they were a lot faster, it should not have taken that long. Other than that, good service.

I ordered tires online and had them delivered to this location to be mounted (which we know is not a super time consuming operation). Why have an appointment system if you are not going to adhere to the schedule or vastly overbook capacity? I made my appointment online for Sunday on Thursday. My appointment was at 9:00 am. By 12:00 pm, I am still waiting for the car to even be pulled into a bay. 1:00– still waiting! In addition, the attendant wasn’t even at the desk. Waited at the counter for over ten minutes and she only made it in there after I used my phone to call the office number. It seems like the guys working were constantly in motion, so I can’t say that they were sitting on their duffs. I just hate when I make appointments and have to wait an inordinate amount of time for service. You would also think that if they are running behind or long, they might warn you that you should plan to leave the vehicle and not wait. NEVER coming here again. 1:45pm and just leaving!! Absolutely horrible!

The location is superb, but today was not good. Issues: Seats readjusted and not returned, told wheel lock was in car, but wasnt, oil sludge on my car door and inside line, charged for something that was bought years ago ( lifetime rotation and balance). I think Ill just stick to Prattville.

BMW with the new R1234yf ac refrigerant found on many newer cars. Not blowing cool, needed the Freon checked.Started with my local Firestone in Auburn with the online appointment request, provided the above info. They courteously called me to let me know that they didn’t have the machine for it, but the Eastchase location did. Same as above, provided the above and had a confirmed appointment. Drove an hour to get there, was told on arrival they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the specs for the BMW air conditioning. Suggested I try the dealer. Okay, no big deal.It’s Saturday, I work a lot and I’m really wanting cold air today, so I drive to the dealer. Unfortunately, the service department is closing, but I got to talk to a very helpful BMW tech (BMW of Montgomery) who said anyone with R1234yf equipment could check the charge, even in my own driveway if I had the tools. And the ‘spec’ is clearly stamped under the hood. Fill with 1.5 pounds of refrigerant.Thinking maybe the Firestone techs just didn’t know, I went back with this info. I just want the charge checked and I was willing to pay for 1.5 pounds of new refrigerant if that’s what they had to do. Now this guy is saying their machine won’t fit a BMW. That is a lie. All R1234yf ports are the same. What fits my BMW fits a Honda, Dodge, etc. I verified this myself with a universal connector set later. They just didn’t want to work on it.I’ve been working on my own cars for my entire adult life, so I don’t appreciate being blatantly lied to when I know for a fact it’s false. If they don’t want to work on my car, I’d appreciate it more if they’d just say so. Especially if they had just done so in the beginning, when I clearly entered my car’s info and refrigeration type.Given that they clearly have no issue lying to customers, I’m hesitant to recommend this shop for anything.

ABSOLUTELY Horrible. Made and appt and my husband and toddler were there for 2 and a half hours. I was at work and they called me instead of talking to my husband who was there. This is just ridiculous. Offered a discount on the next service but it doesn’t matter I will never be back. Not that y’all would care anyways.

I needed a set of tires badly! I usually get my tires from Sams, but Sams automotive staff is still not working due to Covid-19. I was told by Sams that I could buy tires but not get them installed on my car. I couldnt believe that the staff were still not back at work since everyone were told to shelter in place back in March 2020.Thank God that Firestone had a sale on a set of tires, so I purchased a set of tires at Firestone at a reasonable price. They installed the tires, and I was very satisfied with their work.

Tried to get oil change. Spent 30 minutes walking around looking for someone to help. Ignored by workers numerous times. Me and other customers attempted to locate front desk worker. Finally tracked down an employee and was told that they couldn’t complete oil change as they were closing in 2 hours. Terrible customer service. Go literally anywhere else. It’s not worth the headache.

Went last Friday at about 6:30PM after checking Google to see that this Firestone location closes at 7PM (I needed a quick fix to a valve stem that was leaking for weekend plans).After walking in, I noticed a sign that said that new, COVID hours were shortened to 6PM. Nevertheless, Tommy (manager) opened the door, grabbed my wheel, and ran into the back himself to throw a new stem and air up my tire, even while trying to close for the night.Ive had a lifetime balance/rotation on my car here for over a decade, and I have never once been let down. I wont be going anywhere else! TIP: Drop your car off in the morning and make plans to come get it later. Theyll call you sooner than you expect!

Friendly service and good prices. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. I got tires rotated and an oil change for around $30. They also let me know my brakes were in need of replacement (and they are), but they didn’t try to take advantage of that.

Tommy/Tony, I cant remember his name makes excuses of why he can’t take five seconds to communicate with customers. Once he’s written up a customers concerns, he forgets all about them. When confronted about it, he argues and makes excuses by saying it’s not his fault! When in fact all that he needed to do was say that they had to send to another store for my tire. Yes, he was busy. Yes, I heard him say several times, “I’ll be with you in a minute.” He could have said to me them, “Mam, we had to send for your tire.” Also, I do not like being referred to as “sweetie”. In his eyes he was giving me a talking to. He was condescending and calling me sweetie at that time was even more condescending. I’ve made my LAST trip to that Firestone.

Extremely bad, and no service. I called 5 hours earlier, because I was stranded it on the side of the road with a blowout. Talked with Jacob, he told me he had two rv trailer tires and to come on, he would put them on.I waited 5 hours for AAA to change tire. Called again. Jacob had left, and apparently talked with Paul. He told me to come on he would be waiting till 7pm. I drove 80 miles because I was told I can have 2 tires replaced when I got there. When I got there, the black guy in charge had a deer in the headlights look, and told me he did not know anything about me coming over from evergreen, alabama. He said he didnt know what I was talking about, and that I did not talk to him. He said that he did not know nothing about what I was talking about and that he could not help me. I told him I had called, and he said you didnt call here! So I recalled the same phone number I called from evergreen, alabama, and listened as it rang and rang on the loud speaker in the shop. He asked me again if he could help me, and I asked him to pick up his ringing phone. He said no, that he was helping someone else! So I let it ring and told him it was me calling the same I had called 80 miles ago. Again he told me he could not put the tires on, because it was only him and another person working. So I had to drive 200 miles on back home hoping not to have a blowout.Not a happy person, much less a customer!

Stopped for a top off on my oil. The gentleman that helped me was very kind. He said he was from Pensacola. I appreciated the thoughtful quick service when my oil light came on while on a road trip.

TOMMY GIBSON HAS COST ME 2 TIRES AND ABOUT 4 DAYS OF MY TIME. HE NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH AND SHOWED NO CONCERN. I WISH I COULD RATE THIS FIRESTONE AND HIM A NEGATIVE 5 STARS!I took my Chevrolet 2500 truck in for an alignment. I had NO problems, just routine rotate, balance, and check alignment. After their work, my truck pulled to the right really bad. I went back and Tommy Gibson told me it was tire pull and he couldnt get me in that day. He told me to come back on Saturday and HE would take care of it. When I returned that following Saturday, HE left before I got there. It definitely seemed like he was avoiding me. Anyway, back on the alignment machine and it was still NOT right. They, Tommys staff, told me it was fixed. It continued to pull to the right.I took my truck back to Discount Tire to make sure it wasnt tire pull. They found that all of the tires were out of balance by more than an ounce off and they didnt have tire pull.Since I was getting no where with Tommy Gibson. I took my truck to Bernies Tire in Albany GA. He said the truck was out of alignment. He aligned it and it went back to driving like it was supposed to.SO IF YOU DONT FEEL LIKE YOUR SITUATION WAS TAKEN CARE OF, IT PROBABLY WASNT AND YOU SHOULD GO ELSEWHERE. IF YOU COME UP WITH A PROBLEM THAT YOU DIDNT HAVE, HE PROBABLY CAUSED IT! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND FRUSTRATION... STAY AWAY FROM TOMMY GIBSON AND THIS FIRESTONE!!!!

Ok work quality. POOR customer service no communication to customers why things are taking so long. Vehicle wasnt even looked at until over 1 hour after the scheduled appointment. A simple alignment took over 2hrs and i had to bring the vehicle back because they missed something. Also, i got a price quote for a new set of truck tires and they were $350 more (before installation) than the PepBoys (installed price) just a few blocks away.

Staff is great. Got an oil change but my check engine light came on and to run a diagnostic was $100! Really, its 0 dollars at Advance Auto Parts. So I left Firestone, went to Advance Auto Parts and it was a sensor that fuel was too rich, bought a can of sae foam for $6.... check engine light is off! #notcool #notgoodbusinesspractice #honesty?

Poor service. I went for a wheel alignment for the life time contract service and they didnt perform the service because they said bolt was frozen so they cant do alignment and asked me to pay $450 to replace the whole part just because they cant remove the bolt. Now they are the same people who did alignment on same car 6 months back and they are the one who fit that screw when they did alignment last time. So isnt it their fault?

A huge shout out and thank you to Ernest for saving us tonight...My husband and I had just finished dinner down the road only to discover a mostly flat right front tire...we headed to Firestone hoping for some air....it was 7:10 pm and they were closed but a garage door was still open....Ernest was quick to come to our aid...discovered our problem and offered to put our spare on for us. He refused any compensation....was happy to help....he helped get us 2 tires ordered and my husband will return tomorrow to have them mounted. Customer service is what keeps us coming back. Made an appointment for a tire rotation at 4:00pm. They finally decide to lift the car at around 5:00pm and it takes them like 30 minutes to actually do the job so thats about an hour and a half of my life Im never getting back. Making an appointment makes no difference, service is mediocre and isnt worth waiting this long for. There are plenty of other places that can rotate a set of tires in a reasonable amount of time.

I was able to setup an appointment for the next day and the guy said the morning was wide open. But when I get there, the waiting room was full. I had to wait two hours before getting my car serviced. And then the wait time while my car got service. So maybe an appointment may not be necessary next time.

I had significant work completed in order to address a persistent oil leak in my 2007 GMC DENALI. I was advised that multiple issues needed to be addressed in order to fix the leak. I agreed to ALL suggested remedies and paid over $1000. I now have a few new things in my truck, but the oil is STILL leaking. They do a good job with tires and other small maintenance issues, but dont waist your money on any major work. Though they wont admit it, these larger jobs should be left to the dealerships.

Went in with a $19 oil change coupon and a 1pm appointment. Left at 2:10pm with a $37.77 bill. I understand it being more due to more oil needed, but by double is surprising. There is no point of making an appointment. The service advisor told me online appointments were always wrong

We have taken two of our teenage sons vehicles to East Chase Firestone location for over a year. We have had routine maintenance, bought tires, as well as trouble shooting on one vehicle. This vehicle required more than one visit. They were determined to get to the cause of our problem.We have been very pleased with the manager, sales, service and technicians. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful and knowledgeable.

Do NOT take your car here. They rip people off with fear. They say you are at danger if the service they suggest is not done. They prey on older people, younger people and women that have no clue about cars. They size you up when you walk in the door. I wouldnt reccomend my worst enemy to get service from this location.

Me and my fiance attempted to use Firestones services for far too long. We had service done by them for more than a year, on a regular basis. Every single job they did was rushed with no attention to detail. All jobs where either incomplete, or severely incorrectly done.Here are some examples:-Broke the AC drainage and left it draining at the drivers feet.- Always left any extra trash or smudges from work on the car.- Over inflated the tires by more than 33% on multiple occasions.- Sold me old bent rims as replacement for bent rims. Had to come back with complaints about a steering wheel shim multiple times before they realized what was done wrong.-Forgot to balance said new wheels, leading to further wastes of time and extra work for no reason.-Forgot to torque my battery terminal, causing me to get locked out of my car due to having no power after driving to work. I only have a key fab for this vehicle.-Attempted to sell my fiance a tune up after previously selling her one. This raises suspicions of whether they did the first one.-Did not remember to reset my oil time.If I could give 0 stars, this would be a zero. Never trust your car to these guys, theyre rushed, and do not do the job right. They forget parts of the job, and end up doing massive amounts of work just to fix all the messed up rush jobs that come back.

I have used Firestone for all my tires, scheduled maintenance and repairs exclusively for years without any major complaints. I just had a $1,000 in repairs done and I left my truck with them on a Friday with the understanding I would pick it Sunday before they closed because I was going out of town.They called me a couple of hours after dropping it off saying the repairs were complete asking me if a would authorize payment on my Firestone credit card which I thought was odd but OKed. First thing I noticed on the drive home was the steering was not even close to being centered when driving in a straight line. When I got home and looked at the front end the passenger side tire was tilted in at least 2 inches from being perpendicular with the the ground. When I looked at the invoice they charged full price for for some items I gave them coupons for and I have been a platinum elite member for years and was told they would give me a discount on the major repairs which they did not. My check engine light was on so I had them run a diagnostic scan and the remedy was I need to have a $99 scan. Very disappointing encounter to say the least and if happens again there is always Goodyear...

Horrible experience. Came in to see what was wrong with my breaks. Let two different people know what procedures had already been done they didn’t listen. Insisted they do the same procedures I already had done which cost me $99. I then proceeded to put my mechanic on the phone to tell the man what he had already done. The people at Firestone chose not to listen so I left with a waste of $99 on something I already had done a week prior and stkkk don’t know what’s wrong with my brakes. Will not be returning.

I would give more than five stars if I could. The manager Tommy Gibson is all about customer service and doing the job right --- and his leadership carries on to all the employees. What a super bunch! I constantly tell people about the great service and wonderful job these people do. I wouldnt even think of going anyplace else. Over 25 years ago I first met Tommy when he was working at another Firestone store in Mongomery. He left to go to a different city. When he returned a few years ago, I immediately started going to Firestone at Eastchse. We are fortunate to have Tommy and his great people.

These folks went WAY out of their way to help me. I developed a huge spot on a tire that was a blowout waiting to happen. The fact that it was the inner rear tire on a class C motorhome didnt faze them, even though they were worried about having a jack that would lift it. The RV would not fit in any of their bays so they had me pull up on the concrete apron alongside the building blocking several of their bays. Their biggest jack did lift it, and they got the tire off and replaced with an affordable tire. Seeing the bad tire was a shock, it had a huge bubble in the tread. If it had blown out it would have caused serious damage.The manager was great, and personally saw to finding a way to get the job done.When it comes to tires, these folks get 5 stars!

Ridiculous wait times. I went in and dropped my car off for a standard oil change about 1pm, I got a call and said it was ready at 5pm. That is unacceptable; especially for just an oil change. I also heard the lady in front of me tell the worker she was ready to pick up and was told her car would be ready at 5 and they never even took it in and the employee had not an ounce of care on your face. He told her idk what to tell you. Idk why they told you that.

Love this place but, for some reason when I called and tried to get an appointment to get two new tires on my car, Tommy Gibson the store manager kept hanging up on me. I called 4 times and we would talk a little bit and then he would hang up on me. Ive never had a problem with him before and have been a family friend for years. I understand hes going through some tough family times but he should not take that out on potential customers. If you ever go here make sure you DO NOT get Tommy Gibson to help you. Firestone lost my business today.. Too bad.

They completed the service without an issue. I was required to pay for a sensor I the tire. Never had been required before.

Have had a really crappy alignment job done there, to the point where the custom suspension parts on my car could have failed catastrophically.And they broke my door handle off the last time I went to get an oil change. Replaced it at no charge but they broke the mechanism that lets the door unlock. Had to go back the same day to get it fixed, and the fix only lasted two days. Waste of my time.My point still stands about Jacob being awesome, though. Seems to be the only good tech there.

This is the worst place ever I wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone I got here at 10am to get two tires replaced and I am currently still sitting here waiting and it’s 1:12pm the manager told me they are backed up so I have been sitting outside watching them for about a hour and a half playing around walking outside the bay to smoke cigarettes with each other taking there shoes off throwing them at each other and even walking outside to fix on there own cars for hours I came from Atlanta and was trying to drive to San Antonio Texas to my pregnant wife but now I will not be there in time this is the worst experience ever.
