This was my first service visit at Jack Ingram Audi after relocating to the area. The first contact was with Joanna and she was delightful, professional and immediately took care of me even though I had come into the wrong service area. She made sure that I was comfortable and then took my paperwork to the Audi service area where Megan took over making sure that all my questions were addressed. She also was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Megan kept me updated on the service progress making my first visit an extremely pleasant Five Star experience. Have had a crazy time the last couple months trying to find a car. As we were driving by my wife saw a turbo blue Q3 and wanted to take a look. Matt Plunkett helped us. He was super knowledgeable and allowed her to test drive a few different things to see what she really liked. He even went as far as to allow us to drive the car back home (1.5 hours away) and make sure it would fit with our kids and all that. Needless to say, we drove back the next day and bought the car. There is a level of courtesy and service you get when you are looking at a premium brand and these guys did a great job. Some of this was luck. Right now everyone is in a weird spot with inventory. But they clearly understand taking care of us now, means we will come back when the market returns to normal. Highly recommend you give Audi a look. Talk to Matt, he’ll help ya out.

Took my truck in for service (oil change) and the wait was a little longer than expected but maybe that’s what it took while in this pandemic we are in. The service guy was very cordial and helpful which smoothed everything over given he was the only service tech in that day. Everything turned out just fine.

The service department does great work once youre able to get in, but currently, the wait times for appointments are simply unacceptable. Anything more than a week or two usually indicates issues with workflow/staffing; current wait times for regular servicing appointments can exceed two months. Were likely to schedule our appointments for our other two Audis at a dealer in Birmingham or Atlanta just to cut down on the waiting.

I went to Jack Ingram Audi with one goal in mind...to test drive the Audi Q3 and Q5, not to purchase one. I went on a rainy day and wasnt sure what to expect, but William Kissinger did not disappoint. He greeted me, asked me what I was interested in, took some notes, and proceeded to show me the cars. He was very thorough, thoughtful, and did not omit any details. I told him my budget and he exceeded my expectations with his offer. But I needed to pray and sleep on the deal before I committed. So when I came back the next morning, William met me at the dealership on his day off to close the deal. I highly recommend Jack Ingram Audi. The vehicle sells itself because Audi makes great cars but finding a great salesman thats not pushy and actually listens to you is like finding a hidden treasure.

Absolutely the best service for my passing through situation. My A6 had a thermostat issue during my trip so I located the nearest Audi service center for assistance. The staff at Jack Ingram (especially Rhiannon) were so friendly and helpful, it made my day! Rhiannon got my car diagnosed and prepared me for the time it was going to take as well as the lack of parts (COVID issues). Together, we were able to make a plan to get my car diagnosed and trailered back home to Northeast FL. Even though I spent the day in the dealership (seriously from 11:30 till close+) they were all welcoming and helpful. I can only imagine that they treat their routine customers in the same manner. The service member was great she when above and beyond, worked with the warranty company and everything. I found out that the warranty company was not going to pay in full, I called to find out why. They said they are paying for the hours in the repair manual. I understand that. They said they are not going to pay for made up hours. I asked what did they mean. They had me to contact the repair shop... I found out they charge an addition 40% on the hours for cars not in warranty.... WHAT?? WHY? You have not earned that extra money that I have to work hard for I am not gonna just give you extra to sit around and do nothing. So they told me that for a 20 hour engine change job by the manual they charge almost 30 hours. I asked why, when if its new it takes 20 hours the same car outside of warranty should take the same amount of time. The only answer was because your a retail customer. That is bad business.... It took 4 months September 20 to January 21 to get my car back. The manager, Ruth, treated me as though I was a child talking down to me. We need to get an understanding that we wont be doing this again, you will not put 7000 miles on my car while yours is in the shop. Well if you didnt have my car for 3 months you would not have that many miles on it. If that is what customer service is after I spent 8000 on the auto warranty, I dont want it. I wont be taking my car back there ever. I am going to try another audi location. And see if they are better stay tuned....Update: To respond to the response from the Jack Ingram Audi service department, I am not looking for free work, I only am looking for fair priced, honest work. If I bring my car in for repairs new or used and the manual repair manual says 3 hours to remove and replace the part that is what I expect to pay. Not any additional or fake hours because that is what your company does. This is a bad business model.

I was stranded in Montgomery due to a broken thermostat. Rhiannon took charge and assisted with rental car options and quick diagnostics. She fully managed expectations and process. Even though I had to tow my car home to the east coast of Florida, the team at Jack Ingram Audi allowed me to work while I waited. They were not pushy and didn’t force me out. The VW salesman even offered me a car so I could get around town while I waited for the tow. All in all after 8 hours of showroom time it’s clear this group cares about people!!

I have an Audi, it took 30 days for me to get my car into Jack Ingram( that was the earliest appointment they had). It took them 29 days to fix my car and to get it back to me. Jack Ingram is very expensive and they are the only place in this area that work on Audi’s. They are knowledgeable about the cars they service and I would recommend anyone with a Audi, Mercedes or Porsche to take their car there.

Came in on a Friday just to see if I could trade my 2020 Audi Q7 Premium Plus for a 2021 Audi Q7 Prestige and not take a hit on depreciation/ drive off the lot lost value and by Saturday I drove off the lot with my 2021 Q7 Prestige. Matt Plunkett made it happen for me, along with Tony, sales manager. Get experience. I was very pleased with my purchase of my 2021 Audi Q7. My salesman William Kissinger was very informative and did a great job informing me of what exactly I was buying. He did not disappoint !I wish there was an actual Audi shop to purchase merchandise for my car. Online is ok but some items look very different in person than they do online. The fact that there was no merchandise store was a big disappointment.

After 6 attempted phone calls, I finally scheduled a service appointment online for 3 weeks from the day of scheduling. (Just an oil change) 3 weeks advance notice for a oil change? Ok, I’ll bite! I show up on the day of my appointment 3 weeks later, still without any call back or assistance from my left messages. The service writer (young girl) was extremely rude and condescending when I asked about transportation stating “I didn’t buy my vehicle from them, so I don’t get a loaner!” We exchanged words for almost 15 mins before we left, drove back across town to get another vehicle of ours and back to the dealership for servicing. We were promised it by 3-3:30pm. At 4:38pm, we went back to the dealership to find out the status and they were wrapping it up. We watched the technician pull it around and even though we walked up to him, he walked straight past us back into the service Dept, without acknowledgement. We waited another 25+ mins to be able to pay and pick up our vehicle that had been done and sitting outside (still without notification of it being done) when there was ONLY one other customer there besides us. This is absolutely ridiculous and we will NEVER device our vehicle at this Audi location, EVER AGAIN! Your service employees are rude and Lee’s than helpful to say the least. This is my 6th Audi and this is the way we’re treated? Crazy

I got my car back after 2 months, but after I did the check engine light came on and not only that...while I was out, my car would not start back up saying the battery was low. Im kinda frustrated because I know that these things get checked during a service, but I got my vehicle back in worse condition this time. I am a die hard Audi fan, but after spending $2500 to get a problem fixed( which really did not need to be fixed, I was told it would not hurt the vehicle if I did or didnt get it taken care of), I did it for the longevity of my car. I really dont expect to receive my vehicle in worse shape.

If you do not live close enough to this place to walk in and force them to answer your questions and assist after the sale do not buy from them. My salesperson left for vacation the day I drove 5 hours to sign papers and buy a car that we had agreed to. The man helping me was nice enough but they rushed me out because it was almost 7:00 pm. Come to find out they didn’t tell me about activating my account. After calling and texting all day on Saturday I was told Audi’s system was down and not working and they would get to me on Tuesday. I sent an email over the weekend expressing my frustration. Needless to say I have not heard from them yet. Typical car salesmen. Make the deal and move on.

Regardless of where you live, stop looking and buy from Jack Ingram Audi! Simply the best car buying experience we have ever had. Lin Williams and Austin Goodin could not have done a better job. They were timely, informative, professional, with zero pressure. My wife and I were only a few days away from purchasing an Audi A6 Prestige from another dealer, who had given us their best price, which seemed in line with other internet prices within a ~3hr drive of where we live. I have been in sales my entire life and I have made it a point to never shop another’s price to save money on a purchase…. it’s just not a fair way to do business. However, I did continue to look at competitor’s pricing to see if there were any reductions, which is when I came across the same Audi A6 on the Jack Ingram Audi Website as well as Autotrader. It was several thousand dollars less and my first thought was … “What’s the catch?”. So, at 8PM I sent an online request for someone to contact me to discuss. Within 10 minutes Austin Goodin reached out and said that as far as he knew the pricing was correct, but he would verify in the morning and report back. As you can guess, the pricing was correct and there was no catch. The purchase could not have been anymore straight forward thanks to Lin and Austin, and they even arranged delivery to my home 3.5 hours away for a reasonable fee. The delivery gentlemen were great as well, and when I told them about our great experience, they shared similar stories and said they hear it all the time….and I know why!

I purchased a vehicle here about a year ago, the battery died out of the blue recently. The Audi service advisor, Justin, was very informative of what my next steps should be. Justin briefed me of my warranty information and was able to answer all my concerns. I was given a number for a tow since I live 2 hours away- I received a courtesy call when my vehicle arrived (put my mind at ease!). While my vehicle was there, they knocked out everything that needed to be fixed including recalls. Since I live 2 hours away and during this time of COVID-19, I wasn’t able to just show up and pick up my car as soon as soon as it was ready. They were very patient and mindful of my schedule. Overall a wonderful experience!

Horrible experience, Took my Audi A6 Aug 5 2020 to get a thermostat and system update since my fans weren’t working properly. They called me Aug 6 2020 saying it’s ready, when I got it they left it running but for some reason they didn’t wash it but they usually do. I get home change and head back out, all kinds of light popped on in my dash board, I pulled over cut it off, called Jack Ingram no answer, so i popped my hood to find out they didn’t put any coolant in my car smh

Tried selling me a car that had issues and did not tell me upfront. Had I not asked probing questions, I would have never known. Avoid this place! And in regards to the owner response below, I worked with 2 seperate sales reps and neither informed me about the non-typical repair work upfront. Only when I kept asking questions and eventually talked with a sales manager did I happen upon the information about the repair. I say happen because I overheard him ask the sales reps in the background about which vehicle I was interested in and the one in particular he mentioned the one with the air condition issue. This is how I learned of it.....not exactly transparent and upfront. Just thankful I learned about this before I actually agreed to purchase. Again, beware and ask lots of questions!!!!

It took more than 3 hours to do the annual service. They did not even clean the car after working inside the car and took a hand sanitizer that was inside the car, though they gave me a new one to replace but still with the wait (what’s the point of making appointments when you had to wait more than 3 hours...) The overall experience was really unpleasant.

Took my car to get It’s 85k inspection and picked up my car and the shark antenna was missing. I’m unable to drive my car because of the possible damage that could happen from water and the sun. This is a real Inconvenience. The service tech is working on getting the situation resolved. I am very satisfied with the service here for getting the situation resolved.

My husband surprised me with my first AUDI from Jack Ingram Audi earlier this year. We dont live in Montgomery. He chose a beautiful custom chocolate interior and Lin Williams at Jack Ingram helped him make it happen. I LOVE MY AUDI Q5!!!! It drives so smoothly, accelerates easily and drives like a dream. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this car-- I will never drive anything else.I just returned for my first service with Jack Ingram and I couldnt have been more pleased. The service staff were professional, helpful and pleasant and my appt went smoothly. They provided a loaner car so I was able to spend some time shopping while they serviced my car. The loaner car was very similar to my AUDI so it was not stressful to drive in another city in a car other than my own. When I returned to pick up my car after the service they had cleaned it- no sign that it had been in the service area, the air was running so it was cooled down and there was a cold bottled water in the console cup holder.I totally recommend Jack Ingram AUDI- I recommend the the sales staff and service staff and most of all I recommend their product-- the Audi Q5 makes makes my everyday driving a decadent pleasure.

I love my car! The ride is amazingly smooth. The interior is beautiful and well laid out in regard to the design of the cockpit and the placement of its myriad of amenities. I am encouraged by all the positive reviews, but I am still waiting on my A6 that was transported from Auburn to Montgomery on 9/20 to have a new engine installed. We thought it was restored last week. We paid for the work, but the vehicle only ran for a day. Our service rep, Carl, is no longer with the company as of 11/8. Actually, I have my doubts as to whether he ever was employed there. He was a nice guy when I spoke to him on the phone, but results matter. I will update this and several other posts.

Mr. Lin helped me get my Audi A4 with ease! Always friendly with a smile and got things done in a quickly matter. Because this was my first Audi purchase, Mr.Lin took his time and went through every single details and functions that I needed to know, especially the cool dual navigation. I recently bought my Audi (gently used) I was treated professionally and courageously. I was shocked at the cost, and was given a date the car should be ready,I didnt hear anything from them on Wednesday or Thursday as was predicted, I didnt hear anything until the next week. Top business form would have been to call on the day I was told it would be ready and explain the additional time necessary for the expert care my vehicle was receiving.

Everyone was very professional. Between offering a shuttle to get me to work, the professional attitude of the service technicians, and ultimately the sales team, I was able to get a diagnosis on my car all while I went to work and test drive a new car at the same time! I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was taken care of.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Jack Ingram Audi, it was hands down the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. After inquiring about the availablity of a specific car I was contacted by Danielle. Danielle was professional, quick to respond to my inquiries and readily beat the pricing of competing dealers. I wasn’t able to visit the dealership for a week, during that time Danielle prepared the car and process which allowed me to get me in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. If you’re in the market for a car, a great deal and professional salespeople skip competing dealerships, go directly to Jack Ingram and ask for Danielle. A five star experience all around!
