While traveling on South of Montgomery on I-65, we had a blowout. In just a few minutes a very nice man stopped to help us. He just happened to have everything in the back of his truck that he needed to change the tire. Then he told us about Wes Cook Tires because they carry Michelin tires. The nice, very helpful gentleman at the front was able to find the tire at the warehouse. He said that if was wanted to get some lunch, the new tire would be ready to put on when we returned. Sure enough, it was. Wes Cook could not have done a better job.I would recommend this company to anyone in the Montgomery area to go to them for their car & tire needs.

I had a flat tire on a run flat tire. I called BMW roadside assistance, they were going to send someone to put air in my tire I was 2 hours from home. A new tire costs $500. Wes cook put a plug in for $48. He saved me $450. A thousand miles later it’s doing great.

I was looking for another auto shop since the one I frequented closed down and decided to try this place out and the service went well. Didnt take an extremely long time either. I was in and out in about an hours times, which isnt bad being there were 3 in front of me. I got my tires rotated and balanced and wiper blades replaced. The price was pretty good for the service. Ill be going back.

Needed to get air in a tire.

Had them do work on my car, 2001 Malibu for running hot. Was over charged on parts and labor. $422 for a water pump and thermostat install and the car still runs hot and faster than before. Was charged $24 for a $12 thing of coolant,$65 for a $38 water pump and $11 for a $6 thermostat. Hopefully when I take it back they fix it.

Quick oil change abs good prices

My car had engine start problem. Just recommended new battery. Even with a new battery, three signals showed on the display panel something wrong but they said they could not fix the signal . And also starting was not easily done. The next day same problem happened even with a their new battery . They charged me almost $200 for the battery.I would have to visit another repair shop with towing my car again.

Best auto tire shop on Montgomery. Excellent service that is unmatched. They might cost a tad more but it is worth every penny. The work is done right the first time.

Great service! Very friendly, trustworthy folks. They helped me pick out the best tires for my suv, even though I was determined to get a more expensive set. Prices are very fair and they installed my new tires in a little over an hour. They were very busy pretty much as soon as they unlocked the doors. These are my new tire and car maintenance people. I drove from Pine Level South (between Troy and Montgomery) and it was worth the drive.

I own a 2009 Chevy Silverado 4x4. I get my oil changed, they put on new tires, and they have been my go to mechanic shop for issues. After being charged a $400 markup price for 2 wheel bearings I will not be here again.Summit Racing provides the same wheel bearings for $148.97, the shop charged me $349.34. I have always told them it’s no hurry. I provide them oil and oil filter for oil changes and I’ve bought my own parts before.As mechanic experts I would hope they would have advised me to wait or supply my own parts so I could get the best price. I was provided a verbal price total of $1126, however I was not printed out a breakdown estimate of parts and labor which I usually sign before they work on the truck. This was a red flag for me. I have attached the receipt I received after the labor. I did not sign anything before they worked on the truck. I proceeded because I have been satisfied and Melvin tries to answers my questions, educate me about parts and labor process.

I went online looking for a company with good reviews and a high trust factor and after much research felt confident that Wes Cook was the right choice before even picking up the phone to call. With a professional and experienced phone presence I was comfortable with Wes Cooks team before even walking into the front door. These guys know their stuff and took great care of my vehicle without breaking my pocketbook and are super fast. Not only do I recommend Wes Cook Tire & Auto, I think going anywhere else is a mistake. You want honest, reliable, fast maintenance and repair at a good price, Wes Cook and his team are the best option!

They almost had a perfect score from me. Nice facility, fast and friendly staff. Seem to have average prices but this is my first visit. The only negative was one tire was not fully inflated so my tpms came on. They took care of that and now Im riding well. Looking forward to my next visit.

I am completely satisfied with these guys! I was desperate and showed up an hour before they closed! I showed up with a simple part from AutoZone and just needed someone to install it for me. These guys were the third repair shop that I showed up to to see if anyone could repair it this evening. I couldnt even turn my car off for fear that it would not start back without the part. Luckily they got me in and out in 25 minutes and charged me next to nothing. Highly recommended!

Nice people and customer service. But charged me $250 for a wheel to be repaired that was leaking air and needless to say. Three trips back and still a leaking wheel/tire so they were not honest with what the problem actually was whether it be repairable or not. Very disappointed with this shop. Will not be back even though my problem is still there

I usually receive great service from this location, but they were unable to correct my tire gauge sensor issue on my GMC. The third time I returned to them, after having spent $130 on their repair attempts, they were still unable to correct my issue. Instead of being honest and telling me they didnt know what the problem was, and perhaps referring me to my dealer w/an apology and perhaps a free service in the future for my trouble, the service attendant was visibly frustrated with me and attempted to deflect my issue to under-inflated tires. In less than 10 min, they sent me on my way as if it was my fault. Within five minutes, the issue persisted. This time, I returned to the dealer, and they explained to me that I simply needed to have my sensors calibrated and initialized. Problem solved.
