Not happy. Installed the oil filter wrong, it fell off and all the oil leaked out of my car. Filed a claim, assigned an adjuster, been leaving messages for over week. Nothing. No call back. Very disappointed. Been a loyal customer. An oil change is a simple procedure that shouldnt have resulted in this. Im out of a car. Struggling to get around.

Not punctual at all. Opened at 7 yet I stood outside for 20+ minutes before they ever opened the door.

They lost my center cap from my tire and damaged the rim.i know it wasnt damaged when I came in but was afterwards

I always come to Ann Street for all of my Automotive needs ( oil change..tires), although I live near the Atlanta Highway location.The customer service at Ann Street is A-1 and I would recommend them to anyone.

I came in on my lunch break and the cashier Crystal as so friendly and ensured that my vehicle would be done and it was on time. So far the best experience. Thank you Walmart Automotive Ann St. Department.

Wonderful service! The mechanics helped us after hours when our alternator broke! Then, when we went over to OReillys later that day, we bumped into the mechanics again and they checked on us! God is good to send us to the right place at the right time!

You get what you pay for. They damaged the oil drain plug on not one but two cars (my husbands and mine) then refused to fix the issue they caused! Do not recommend at all! Save yourself the time, stress and money go somewhere else. My husbands car was damaged at Atlanta Ave and mine at Ann St so its not an isolated incident this what two seperate stores.

I called and told them what i needed and I was on the way, when I pulled up they had them ready and was so helpful with whatever I needed. Great customer service!

The mechanic just didnt want to do his job. Ive gone to Walmart for oil changes 3 times before. I took it in again, on a Saturday, and I was told my oil change was cancelled because there was oil all underneath my car. I took it home, jacked it up, and looked under the car. There was no oil anywhere under the car. Besides, all the fluids were full.Ill just take it elsewhere from now on.

This location is TERRIBLE! My tire was obviously flat and no one, I mean NO ONE tried to help me. I asked the one worker that I did see, he was so rude and ignored me. Then there was another gentleman, that told me he was with another customer and that I needed to wait my turn. Everyone was so rude and no one offered any assistance. Everyone that works at this location should be FIRED. It made no sense that I couldn’t go to a auto shop and get help with putting my spare on. Unacceptable.
