My experience their it normally very well and amazing the service here is amazing and well done but when I went this time the person that did my nails was very off he was ok his off and on live while doing my nails he almost cut me twice with the drill while doing my nails 2 of my nails are crooked and 2 of them are Smudged and a when I should him my acrylic nail he didn’t fix it he just put top coat over it and that was it and let me dry i don’t know his name all I know is his license expired 8/31/2021 and he sit on the far back side by the sinks I will give it another shot but I will never let him do my nails again

I always enjoy going to get my nails done. They are very friendly and do a great job and it is a very relaxing environment.

I normally have a good experience at Bodut Serene Spa. This time, the guy who did my pedicure and manicure facetimed with a girl the whole time he was working on me. I know this because he actually brought the phone over to look at while he did my pedicure. He had an earpiece in so you didnt hear her talking to him, while he was talking to her. The owners are very sweet people and usually very professional. I was surprised they allowed this to happen. They HAD to notice what he was doing. Very disappointing.

I went here with my boyfriend to get our manicures and pedicures and it was amazing. They were really accommodating and great service. Atmosphere was friendly and it turned out to be the salon that my friends family has which was an awesome bonus. Absolutely check this place out.

David was really nice. I took my Mom there for her Birthday and she got the 60 min. Deep tissue massage by Mark. She absolutely loved it, and how gone back again. However, I only got a pedicure and, the tech, I dont know his name, wasnt the friendliest person. He did a good job on my feet and everything but his energy was off. I would not want him to do them again. Maybe it was just me. I dont know. But overall, very good place and I would recommend it.

Daniel is the best. I have been to a lot of spas in Montgomery (and when I go I get my feet done) but when I go they either hurt my feet or rush through it but not them I will continue to come here because they take their time and very passionate about their customers and everyone is super friendly this is my new favorite spot thanks yall

Took my Dad and Sons out on a little feet washing day. They do a excellent job. Man treat yourself if dont no one else do.

I walked in today and thought it was beautiful. Everyone was welcoming except the man in the middle. When I sat down he was sighing and showing he didn’t want to do my nails. Was very rough with my hands. After that I needed to get my feet done. He became agitated because he did not want to take the gel polish off my toes and said “why did you not tell me that you had gel on your toes?!” I told The guy do not worry about doing my feet. I will be back but the man in the middle who kept answering his phone will doing my nails and sighing will not be doing my nails. I almost Got out of character . I believe His name was David. Other than that I will Be back. Otherwise, seems like it could have great service an I will Give it another try . Do not make your customers feel unwanted dude .

I’m really only giving a 3 because the manager was such a sweet woman. But, I wasn’t pleased with the work. The first nail tech I had didn’t really seem like she wanted to help. She was very rough with my cuticles during my pedicure and ended up cutting my skin a bit. She apologized and was nice about it, but didn’t improve the work. The owner took over my manicure and was very sweet and tentative. But, I’m a few days out and my cuticles are peeling horribly. I haven’t even had time to check my toes. I personally won’t be going back. If you’re looking For cheap, great. But you also get what you pay for 🤷🏾‍♀️

My wife and I had a great time! The owners were very welcoming and kind. The facials, body wraps and massages were of the highest standards. We will be returning in the near future.

I have been going to Body Serene Nails & Spa for almost 20 years. The owners are great and so is the rest of the staff. I get my manicure and pedicure here. I have also done the infrared body wrap, it is wonderful. I can not say how great the shop is. The equipment is up-to-date and the massage chairs are to die for. They do not file your nails with a grinder like most places do and the overlay is not thick so your nails look and feel much more natural. I have sent many friends there over the years who still use them and they rave about how great they are. The prices are great too, much better than others in town!!

I love them. Especially when they do my eyebrows! I have thick eyebrows and just want them shaped not taken completely off! They make them just right! Great prices and some really nice people to talk to!

I love this family and always have excellent quality on my services. Small operation so at times there is a bit of a wait.

My Mom took me here about 4 years ago to get my nails and toes done. I have been going ever since. I like going there because the prices are great and so is the service. I used to bite my nails and since I started going they have helped me stop. I have my own nails now with just an overlay on them. They are really nice and I love the chairs for the pedicure too.

Carol not only knows every nail color by heart, but she will guide and suggest colors and trends you might not have thought about trying. They keep up to date on all of the latest applications and trends and are nail artists from the subtle to the extreme, whatever your preference. The experience, whether you are a first-timer to a regular, leaves you feeling beautiful inside and out. I have went to other places thinking I might get better service for cheaper but carol David and Jason are great at what they do. I go every 2 weeks and I used to bite my nails but as good as they do on then I dont touch them. Great prices

I did not receive the service that I asked for... I asked that the remaining acrylic that was on my nails be buffed off with a nail file, shape my nails and polish them. I did not want the whole nail polish just the tip with Polish and the clear on the rest of the nail, but my nails was cut shorter and polished all over, I told him Im allergic to acetone but my fingers was dipped in acetone anyway.. now Im suffering from numbness on the tips of my fingers, but feeling is slowly coming back. We allow these people to do whatever they want to do to us we need to take a stand and make them do what we ask them to do Im not what they want to do. Stop going to them and take the industry back.

I dont know why they get great reviews! I am a traveling consultant, I get a pedicure in a different city/state at least once a month. I rarely, if ever, return to a salon or know the technicians or owners, or even visit the town again--point is,I rate the service on theeasurable outcome of the purchased service, not how I feel.This was possibly the worse quality pedicure Ive received. The wait was long, which should mean they have lots of clients and/or are meticulous. They dont and arent. The technician did not ask about preferences of service, offer additional services, or even communicate beyond what color?I had to instruct her to use caution in cleaning to avoid damage to the nail bed. Exactly one boat of clear and one coat of color was applied. No top coat. Everybody loves a great massage, this wasnt, but if the pedicure itself were satisfactory, I would not factor it in. This one was weak, just basically a weird combination of rubbing and squeezing the feet, calves and shins--yuk. The nails texture were left uneven and even rough looking. The color uneven.I considered returning for a do-over, but elected to just sacrifice the $20 plus tip and save myself the potential frustration of explaining something to them. If they cant get it right, Im unlikely to be the one to educate them.I went to another salon I found near my hotel, and here I sit, killing time with toes under the UV lights, and far more satisfied.

The guy who sits at the middle station did my overlay. He put a lot of acrylic near my cuticles making it look like I need to a fill, he did not clean up my nails, acrylic under my finger nail, on my skin. He said it couldnt be cleaned because my nails are too short. I have a big air bubble in my nail. I never had a nail tech who couldnt well wouldnt clean up my nails after the put the acrylic on it and I ALWAYS get short nails. Horrible nail job for him HORRIBLE. And he kept getting on his phone and shops phone calling people. Didnt seem like he wanted to do my nails or work period.

I go here to get a base tan before summer because their tanning rates are super cheap (but their facilities are also...be prepared, this is no high-end tanning salon but has perfectly reasonable low-end facilities). Since I was already going there to tan, I once decided to get a pedicure there since their nail salon equipment looks much more up-to-date. Bad idea. The guy used an acrilyic nail grinder to do my feet (toes, soles and heels...that hurt...my feet needed exfoliation but not on that level!) and then chopped my toenails down to where they bled. He didnt file them just painted them and got polish all over my skin (i could have done a better job!) The polish started chipping the third day, Im sure as a result of the poor clipping and (lack of) shaping job. Go here if you want a cheap base tan for a trip to the beach, nothing else.

I absolutely LOVE them. I have been going for 15 years now. I always get my nails and toes done and the body wraps. I love the way they do your nails and toes because they DO NOT use the grinder. My fingers are never sore afterwards and my feet always feel great. I love getting the parafin wax on my hands and feet once my mani/pedi is done. The body wrap is a great way to relax and lose weight too. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy pampering myself here.
