I love this place. I really enjoy that they have a daycare! They have all kinds of classes you can take from cycling to pilates. Their trainers are awesome especially Val. I think their membership prices are good. You should come check it out.

Being a 24hr facility, so enjoying the flexibility. Enjoying the equipment thats available. Multiple pieces of equipment so youre not having to wait a long time to use any thing. Plenty of room and or space in this Covid situation.

Best gym to join, like most gyms that are busy you have to wait around til what you want to workout with comes available, Crunch has so much to offer. BIG selection of cardio machines, floor weights, pin machines and workout classes. Crunch also offers 1 free session with a personal trainer. May be a drive if you live in surrounding area but well worth the drive then going to a small gym close to where you live with not much to offer. Crunch gym in Montgomery is the BEST!!!!

Great atmosphere and nice equipment as well as staff!

Tried to cancel multiple times. I do not even live in the area and havnt used the gym membership for more then half a year. Sent someone on my behalf local to cancel for me since you have to go into the location and the staff were just rude. They set the bar very low for customer service. Would not recommend.

Loved loved LOVED it at first buttt highly frequented equipment is out of order a lot and stays that way...for months. Sadly will be looking into joining another gym since I am unable to utilize the machines I need.

$9.99 is a great deal, some equipment out of order but in general if good to train, 24/7 is also a very good thing

Gym/ staffs is great. However, the women restroom and sauna had been neglected and broken for the last month. Don’t they care about the women??

Clean ++ Nice environment. Best time to go is between 5-8 am any day. Saturdays and Sunday are not that busy.

Had issues with the hydro massage 3 out of 4 times. Never did receive my free t- shirt as advertised. But it is clean and the staff is nice.

This gym has everything you could ask for: free weights, cardio, smith machines, squat racks, guided machines, classes, hydro massage, infrared sauna, and heat saunas. The only downfall to this gym is it is the only decent one in town, so it’s always obnoxiously busy. Very rarely can you make it through a full workout without waiting for a machine. They need to just open a second location in town.

Crunch is the best gym I’ve been too. A lot of room to work out . They have spray tans and hydro massages and the staff is great . I’ve seen a lot of progress this past year ! Instagram: gabbigoberrr

Gold gym sold my membership to crunch without even speaking with me. They charged me every month without even knowing if this person is coming to the gym. They never reimbursed the money and probably tried to recover the loss they had through Covid times.

I recently joined this gym and I instantly fell in love! 99% of the staff is super helpful and friendly! They are constantly cleaning and maintaining the building & there is a copious amount of equipment so that everyone can feel the burn! I am giving 2 stars because some of the first shift, female staff associates are poor communicators and can be extremely combative. There seems to be a recurring issue with personal items getting lodged between the stair master machines. Staff should not be argumentative and lackadaisical when it comes to assisting gym members. Either mitigate and resolve this issue or be more empathetic when members come to you for assistance! In compendium, it’s a great gym overall with copious amenities but you may run into lackadaisical and argumentative associates contingent on who is working that day.

Off the highway (I-85), near EVERYTHING. Open 24 hours and with child care in gym. Crunch Fitness is a No-Brainer for me!!Friendly staff, clean facilities, plenty of parking (even when busy)! Crunch has trainers and plenty options for the part-time gym person and the veteran gym rat!Youre welcome..

I love it! This was my 2nd visit this week - it wasnt too crowded - there was a lot of friendly people there (but not too friendly LoL!) Its a great location - Im going to join!

Honestly, didnt know why I even think otherwise but they tried up saling so much that we got upset and left. That and they act as if there isnt a pandemic going on... so big 2 strikes for me. Maybe if they were so pushy... man I was excited about this gym when they first got here too...

I joined Crunch Fitness 3 weeks ago and it has been an amazing experience. The workout classes truly give you a run for your money. You walk out of the gym with your legs, abs and arms feeling like jello. The gym equipment is top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful. And they are doing a great job at keeping the facility clean and sanitized. I Highly recommend this gym!

Same experience as others - Former Golds member. Turned over to collections. No communication. Finally get an email saying my membership (which never existed) was canceled and I dont owe them anything. Thanks a lot. I want your collection agency to know YOU falsely reported me. Its obvious some real jerks run this company. $9.99 or or $29.99 a month might sound good.... but God help you if you ever move and want to cancel.

Worse communication between management and clients I’ve ever seen. I have reached out for over 2 months in person and online and nobody returns your call. Gym is nice but I’d look into a smaller gym with better management and client relations.

Great place and classes with a family atmosphere

Here are some personal pros and cons from me about crunch.Pros:I love how well designed the gym is! Lots of equipment, bigger space, the many different options of classes they provide there, and the staff are very friendly. This gym makes you want to have a good workout because of how nice and bright the atmosphere is. It’s perfect, and the staff keeps it nice and clean. I’d recommend this gym to anyone who wants a nice start to their workout journey.Cons:It is always crowded and I’m sadly ending my membership because of this! No matter what time you go it stays CROWDED. And for me personally, that is a HUGE inconvenience. It’s gotten to the point where I decided to try going in at 3am to avoid the huge crowds but there will still be at least 15-20 people there. During the daytime is even worse! I can barely find a parking spot sometimes because of how crowded it is. There are no social distancing between the machines and I’ve seen a lot of people not wipe down the matts when they’re done using it. PLEASE WIPE YOUR MATTS DOWN YA NASTIES! Also, when you get to the free weights/squat rack section, be prepared to wait around 10-15 mins to be able to get a use out of them. That section of the gym constantly stays crowded and can be very annoying once you get into the zone of your workout. One last thing, the sauna is still not fixed in the girls locker room during this time I’m writing the review. I really wanted to try it out before I left but oh well, maybe next time.

I was a Golds gym member for almost 12 years. Golds closed, and never even sent me a goodbye letter. Instead, they sell my membership to Crunch. Within two months, Im receiving emails from a collection agency telling them I owe Crunch $52.31. First, I never agreed to transfer my membership to Crunch. Second, neither Crunch nor Golds were even OPEN during the last two months - but not only do they want me to pay, but they turn me over to a collection agency?! Unreal. I had to spend hours today on the phone fighting about this. The woman at the local Crunch, Jolene, was professional and courteous. But her upper manager told her he would not send me an email confirming that I did not owe the money. I was assured everything would be fine.... thats all very nice - but id like something in writing since you turned me over to a collections agency for no good reason. Not a good way to start trying to get former Golds members to join your club.

I like the friendly staff. I like the overall aesthetic of the gym as well as the decorum. It is conveniently placed near my home. What I dont like is that I am paying for the $29.99 membership and my guest can not join me in the classes. It is rather discouraging because I am paying basically two memberships when combining the basic package of $9.99. I also think there should be more cleaning stations at the end of the rows as opposed to in the middle along with waste bins. Was really excited to have joined the Zumba class, but since my guest can not go, Im indifferent. Planet fitness offers that option for guest to join you in group sessions. Even if you wanted to keep reservations on the Web, it should still be an option for when we call for the people at the desk to add the guest to the list especially if we have the highest paid package, or even just an option to add a guest to the list on the Website. I dont think thats fair. Also, you never know what time it is. There are no clocks on the wall.

I signed up for Crunch fitness in February in the SF branch. When lockdown started, I left California and emailed Crunch to cancel my account. I received no reply. When the branch opened this week, I emailed them again asking to cancel my account. Again no reply. Then they charge my account with a $32 month charge and another $69 annual fee (this was never mentioned before). I try calling them and they reply saying that I cant cancel my account with an email and I can only do it by going to the branch (I am not in SF anymore). This is crazy and its the worst customer treatment I have received. Someone please let me know what I can do.

2nd member to step foot into the Montgomery gym on opening day. I am really impressed with the staff, space and equipment. Best gym in Montgomery for sure! The wait was well worth it!

Great experience, been a member for a month. You can work out in peace and no judging. My daughter and I go as often as we can.

I agree with the below post regarding the transfer from Golds gym. Same thing. Crunch sent me to collections for a service I never signed up for. They claim it was Golds. I dont care. Just get collections off my back and send me a written statement admitting you made a mistake and I dont owe you anything. Same experience here too. Nice front desk lady. But the manager refuses to speak to you or send anything in writing. After sending you to collections, thats not very professional. Ill be looking for other gym options unless I get an apology.

Nice place to workout. Visiting the city this week for work, and needed a place to burn some calories.

Crunch Fitness is a great place to work out/exercise . Staff is cordial. There are plenty of machines and areas to work and most importantly to me they have a kids Crunch Zone where Kids can go and play games, watch movies or other activities.

Overall amazing/friendly staff. Availability of equipment were overwhelming (in a good way). Only drawback was the music was SO LOUD I couldnt hear my own music with my airpods being on literally max volume. It was either listen to music I dont want to or give myself a headache wanting to listen to mine.

I love the classes. Nice gym.
