My experience here was awesome. Jeff hooked my undercut up. Let him take an artistic approach and I really liked it. Ladies there is a beautician at this location too so dont be afraid to stop in and check out her services. Everyone was nice and friendly. Not at long wait if appointment but walk-ins are welcomed.

Bad customer service! (Salon)I booked with TouchedByKo, a stylist at the salon through Instagram. Her booking site stated cash app her a deposit, however I don’t use cash app and asked her can I Apple Pay her. She tells me that she doesn’t have Apple Pay and I can pay full price at the salon. I booked a 430 appointment for a weave ponytail. When I got to the salon, she already has someone in the chair finishing up knotless braids. I waisted over a hour and a half for her to finish another clients hair. She never acknowledged or apologized for the wait. I left the salon while she was still doing the clients hair and got gas. When I came back she was done and ready for me. When I sit in the chair, she comes off as if she has an attitude with me. Asking me rudely how do I want my hair. Of course im thrown off by this, they was no formall greeting or anything. She literally straightened one part of my hair then stopped and went to the barbershop side of the shop. Spoke to the man and got a blunt from one of the man. She goes outside and starts smoking a blunt in front of the shop. She didn’t just hit the blunt once or twice. She sat outside smoking and having a full conversation while I’m sitting in her chair. She didn’t even tell me she was going outside, she just went outside and started smoking. I sat in the chair for about three minutes before just getting up and leaving. I have never experienced any type of customer service from a hairstylist like this before. I’ve already waited one hour and a half after my appointment time for her to even start and when she does she literally leaves me to go smoke a blunt. This was so unprofessional and very inconsiderate of my time. I do not recommend booking with her.

The barber is very unprofessional and not on time for appts. They do not communicate regarding appt change or etc. Do not recommend .
