Mr. Te Smith is a professional barber and you can tell he is experienced and has great precision and skill that most barbers dont possess. The mans hands are anointed.

I have to do an update why? Because what can I say Im real heavy into this letting people know what their walking into. I changed my rating to 2 stars because I deducted for everything I felt was done wrong on my last visit there. Im a single mother with my youngest being a little boy Im still learning alot about what goes on with boys. It took me to call a male friend too figure out why I may have been treated the way I was. On my last visit, I called thinking I was setting an appt with my Master Barber, being told there were 3 people ahead. So my appt was about an hour away I figured thatd leave us with good time for him to be done. I live no where near the area in which I traveled to get my son his hair cut but was willing to travel there for this person to do his hair. I get there at 430 and soon as I enter the door Im told by Mr. Curtis that there are now 5 people ahead of me and he cant take me now because it would look crazy like Im skipping. I stay and wait maybe 30 to an hour until my daughter had to use the rest room. I stood and told him wed catch him another day and he basically looked as though he had an I dont care look on his face and just shook his head. After talking to my friend and thinking on what could have happened my friend asked if I tipped him. I thought about the last visit and I didnt, however that day I did plan to I had some doe then. My friend stated that may have been why, although he did tell me its not required to tip like you do your waiter he only tips his Barber 2$. I feel like because Im a woman I was treated differently because hey, a woman isnt expected to come in and act like shes going to fight nobody over a hair cut with her two children. I found another Barber about 3 weeks later who not only was able to work with my son but my son was so comfortable he sat in the chair alone. I tipped the barber 2$ and asked how to get rid of dandruff they showed me a product I didnt have enough for, and they GAVE it to me for free. However, my next trip I will pay then for it. God sees all, and he knows all. Dont take advantage of a woman because she doesnt know all of what the guys know.And theres my BOOK! Enjoy.I have a three year old w/ a disability the first time we went we were late to the shop, and it was at closing but our barber waited until we came because I called and told him I was looking for a barber for my son who had a disability. Ever since then I refuse to go anywhere else and it is no where near home. They are kind, respectful, caring. But the Master Barbers name is Curtis.

Worst place ever, long wait hours despite having an appointment, disrespectful, and they don’t do what you ask for. The barber told me he can’t use scissor!! He just uses a machine for hair cut!! Come on!
