Great braiders just to slow

I went here on June 22nd about 5 PM. I called earlier and asked did they have the availability to due some large knotless braids when I got off work at 4 PM. When I came in, they started right away. My hair is absolutely beautiful. The color I chose was 350 and my braids were long just the way I liked them. They also were very fast and out in 3 hours.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment but once I got there I still had to wait 45 min and it was not even busy. Originally they told me $45 for two braids but when she finished she told me $50. They also curse a lot and that is not appropriate around young children. That is probably why no one was in the shop. I will not be back. The bathroom is also very nasty I didnt even use it.

Got my hair done 3 days ago; my first time coming to this shop from out of town; love it! Done an amazing job on my knotless braids!! I asked for my edges to be left out & she left them out for me. My hairstyles are my crown so idc how long it took because I look fabulous! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop & I will be returning !* I would like to request the same lady I was with when it’s time for more *.

My first time going on 5-5-2021 and was loosing braids on 5-8-2021. Went to show them and they wanted to charge me to replace the braids. My hair wasnt a week old.

I called several times and didnt get an answer.

Due to the pandemic you have to call to make an appointment but they rarely answer the phone. But other than that I’ve never been dissatisfied with my hair.

Poor service! My daughters appointment was at 2p.m. and I asked for NATURAL BRAIDS but instead they did extensions which took until midnight to finish and had me late for work. Very unprofessional. They will stop in the middle of doing someones hair without warning and simply walk away from the customer and go to lunch. There was only one lady that I saw who was actually doing her job and being professional. Within the time it took to do my 12yr old little girls hair, this particular lady had done 3 womens hair!

They did my babys hair great I thank them because I can imagine how hard is on their hands by daughter hair was very short a twa and they braid it I appreciate that we have to begin to be more grateful and she loves her hair I guess everybody has a different experience mine was great

They did really good on my hair and I asked for a certain color and they had it so I recommend going here ☺️

I come ab every month and if not every month every other month ! And they do an outstanding job every time ! But I have a quick question! How much for tribal braids ? Thanks in advance! Hope to get an answer soon !

Find someone on Facebook to do a better job. I feel like I’ve thrown my money in the trash. I paid $180 for my hair to look like it was done by trainees. I asked for medium box braids. The back is largely parted with small amount of hair done by two ppl. The mom started and the daughter finish ends of it. The top part of my hair was done by someone else and they were tight and small. The lady that did the top part of my hair she does a good job always. She did my twist my first time coming there. I know a girl that does hair in her home and she charges way less and does a damn good job. My hair looks like my daughter did it. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go there. They half do their job and rush through it.

The ladies did an excellent job on my hair micro braids & I was done in 6 hours Im very pleased with the service I received

Was fine until it was time for them to do the style I wanted she said she can do it and clearly couldnt dont have any style books then had the nerve to ask me to pay and wasnt even done with my hair will no be going back do not recommen services to anyone

Very unprofessional got here at 5;00 and waiting till 7;45 nobody in the shop stopped to ask me what style I was getting or even cared to ask ver rude and they don’t care about nobody time but there’s I clearly called before I came they told me they would be available for feed ins at 5:00 and now it’s 7:46 and I’m still waiting well I’m gone now you will not EVER get my service again

Theyre very slow and very unprofessional Ive taken my nieces there just to get a French braid (Americans call them goddess braids) and they were skipping over them left and went somewhere else.To the owners response: well IF your workers know that some of them cannot do certain hairstyles they need to stop lying to customers like they can just to get money and YES you all most certainly do skip over people because you skipped over plenty of people that day and they left to go to another braiding shop so you can save your lies for someone else sis.

Not about making money . 5pm not accepting anymore clients.

Theres a lady she is very good u r end and you out of there shes that good go visit

I walked in the shop right when they was about to close and two ladies stayed and did my hair like they didn’t have to do that but they did and I’m very thankful they also did a wonderful job on my hair!!!!! I have regular size box braids!!!!

Because they give you want in a timely manner!!

Need to update their Hours of Operation! Website says open @8a.m. on Saturdays. The logo on the business door says something different. Plus the hours for Saturday is not listed! I arrived at the shop around 7:30 a.m. it was 8:50 and they still wasnt open yet!

The shop is very nasty. The braids are ok but the sink leaks water and they Dontt make you feel welcomed or comfortable there is some great stylist in ATL they dont represent ATL at all

I wouldnt recommend this shop to my worst enemy!! I mean that, there was a bald headed lady who was one of the ppl who was braiding my hair, she had a nasty attitude. I went into this shop yesterday & it was the worst experience Ive had in a braid shop. They were pulling my hair to where I could feel my hair ripping out of the roots while they were standing a mile away (figuratively) pulling my braids. One person was pulling on one end and the other on another end. I told them so many times but they just chuckled as if they knew exactly what they were doing. After feeling like my scalp was about to bleed I finally exploded & told them this was the worst experience. I was very pissed so pissed that I didnt even let them cut my braids the way I wanted & working in Corrections its too long, my lieutenant is gonna say something so Ill find someone to cut it & give me the rod curls I originally asked for.. I just wanted to pay & get out of there asap. I also saw the lady in the first chair doing goddess braids on a little girl when her mom came back to pick her up she was unhappy as well the goddess braids couldve been really pretty if the ladies in the back had done them. The woman wasted $85.00 she was so upset she paid, told her daughter to come on & stormed out. I wasted $180.00 & I had driven three hrs. to get there. I felt like Id just thrown my money in the nearest dumpster ugh! Go at your own risk with money to waste. I hate my original Hairbraider in my hometown was in the Hosp.. She always does a great job & only charges me $120.00. On the other hand the lady on the left in the front was nice, I think she runs the shop & the two ladies in the very back were nice & all three looked like they did great hair. Ive seen some finished work theyd done & I liked it. So if you go please go to the ones in the very back or the owner & I think youll be o.k.

Worst experience ever, and a waste of $180. I went for box braids and ended up with medium sized micros with raggedy ends. I went back to get it fixed, and the only solution offered was to razor said raggedy ends which in my opinion only made it worse. Truly dissapointed in the finished result.

I went there a while ago (less then a year ago). They messed up my scalp. Actually had to go to the doctor and get some medication. He said it was a combination of the braiding it WAY to tight and some type of chemical they put in my head (probably the spray that put on my head last) My head hurt for about 2 weeks before I gave up and took them out and went to the doctor. Literally had sores all over my head. Would NOT Recommend!

I sat in the chair at 5:32 until 8:23 for 2 feed in braids straight to the back . She started on my hair and took it down 6 times because she kept braiding it the wrong size . The store is nasty and the manager tried to make me go and buy jam for my hair with my money . Horrible experience because of the time and money wasted on these uneven braids 😑 to add on you all look at the comment the owner left below unprofessional and sad .

They took down braids for me that someone else done & the did some goddess braids for me

Waisted a whole hour with them I asked for fish tail braid she gave me goddess braid luckey I looking the mirror I made her take it back down and walked out want get my money never will I come bk

They told me that they opened at 7 made it there at almost 7:30 and no one was there sat there until 5 minutes til 8 and still no one showed up, and the open sign was blinking

U came from Washington state to visit my daughter so we both went there to get our hair braided.never again i told them i didnt want long braids they super long the braids were not they same size the ends look like my 5 year old did them.they was nice women they work is trash.
