We always have to make sure he has a lady cutting his hair because he will freak out with a guy and won’t even sit in the chair. She was great and he was smiling through it all. Thank you so much!

The woman who cut my sons hair yesterday did an amazing job, he is so fidgety and she was able to get it done and it looked great, also.. she was really good with him.

Seemed fine, hair cut was poor but I could deal with a mediocre fade. But the stylist towards the end to get my hair shorter turn the clipped tines down, and scrapped it across my whole head. I have scabs all of my head from where she just dragged the tines across my scalp. I have had/given thousands of hair cuts, and holy smokes, to even do that shows they have no idea how to cut hair or be considerate.I wont be returning.

Got one of the worst haircuts ever from Barbara. Patches all over the place, the top had shelves all over it. One of the worst haircuts ever. And she told me how white people took her familys land and enslaved the other side of her family. Not proper business conversation, made me feel extremely awkward the entire convo and Im the son of immigrant parents.

The best. Employees are really nice and respectful. The place is clean. Definitely going back again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I just moved here and needed a haircut. Apparently they charge extra for a hard part and didn’t tell me when I asked for it. If I had known it cost an extra $5 for it I wouldn’t have asked for it. It would have saved me a lot of trouble too. Before I got in the chair, I had my hair parted in the usual location where the hard part was. When Jasmine went to do my hard part, she asked if that was where I usually part it. I assumed she meant where I had already parted it but apparently it was a different place. Now I have two hard parts on my head. Additionally, I asked for a very narrow hard part. Instead, I got the widest hard part I’ve ever had.

Never open. Closes at 6pm currently but at 4pm several times over the last month it has been closed. Website always says unavailable to make an appointment for this location.

Did a walk in today,August 16th 2019,Was not greeted by anyone working there,Was not told to sign in or anything.Thankfully Ive been to a Sports Clips before so I knew how to,But someone knew probably would have no idea how. Staff was very short and not very welcoming at all. This is the first indecent experience Ive had at a Sports Clips. The lady didnt exactly listen to what I wanted as far as hairstyle goes. I guess Im glad that my hair grows back pretty fast. Will not be visiting this location again. Give a 8.5 for cleanliness though.

This place accused me of stealing because I was too close to some product while waiting for my hair cut.They had three chairs, which were all full.Doubt this would have happened were I not wearing my work clothes.

Update Oct 24: The male barber Demond need some work on his skills.Everyone is really nice. The barber (seat 3) who cleaned me up was very professional. She did a great job.

Customer service in this location was good; everyone was greeted when they came in and the stylists were friendly. I did a walk-in and was seated in less than 30 minutes despite a good crowd. Amber did a fantastic job with my hair. She was very meticulous and is a wizard with the scissors. They give a free shampoo and massage for your first visit. If I lived in the area I would be back frequently.

I took my son to get a haircut today. The assistant manager cut my son’s hair and did a sloppy horrible job. It look nothing like the picture I showed her. She blamed it on she didn’t have the right clippers. I took my son there just last week and I was happy with the haircut he received from Erica. While I’m talking with Erica, the manager, on the phone she starts aggressively standing close to me with her hand balled into the other hand. Telling me it was closing time and I needed to leave. I asked the manager why she was even talking to me when I was not talking to her. I asked her to step away me and she refused saying you’re at my station. I felt threatened and considering I had my 8 year old son with me I told him to get down off of her chair and we moved towards the door. She then follows me over there by the door. The manager Erica was trying to help the situation as best she could but when you have someone who is as unprofessional but as the assistant manager is it makes matters even worse. I cannot believe that Sports Clip would hire someone this unprofessional and thuggish to be an assistant manager. I will take this as far as I can because when you come to a place a business and an employee makes you feel threatened and talks to you crazy when you completely have already stopped addressing them is ridiculous. Not to mention she did a sloppy job and just didn’t care. Do better Sports Clips!!!!

Everyone that works there is real nice. The only problem is that they have so many that you see new faces every visit. No time to really get to know a particular stylist.

What’s the point of the times on the online check-in if your going to wait a half hour after that time to be seen anyways. Not to mention everyone seemed to go on break at the same time, leaving one young lady hustling to get customers through. Is staggering breaks not a thing. Also, what the heck happened to customer service. Lady was sitting in one of the barber chairs watching judge Judy or something on her phone with the volume cranked up. Not sure if she worked there or was hanging out. Pretty unprofessional either way. My stylist was great, only reason for the 2nd star.

The weekend can be very busy. I recommend using the Sport Clips app to check in ahead of time. Tells you how long the wait is, and allows you too sign in and get your name on the list before you leave home/office/church/etc. You can also specify your favorite stylist.

I usually go to sports clips an the last time I opted to go somewhere else bc it was closer,what a mistake!!!,so this time I hosted waited until I could get by there bc they do a great job...lol...I wished I remembered the girls name this time bc she did a great job..thanks sport clips

The barbers working here take pride in providing a personal and professional experience for the customer.I will definitely return to a sports clips because of my first experience here. The experience turns a basic haircut into a relaxing ritual. Definitely recommendable.

They cut hair, but not very well. The customer service provided by this location has steadily declined over time. The staff are often very unprofessional and display attitudes not in line with a position that derives a lot of income for tips. You expect better overall quality of work done and customer service given the exorbitant prices they charge. I started getting hair cuts here from back when this location first opened, and had taken my son there all his life. Ive been unhappy with the trend at this location for the last three or more years. I just wont keep paying to get erratic quality of work in an atmosphere where the patrons are taken for granted.

This is a very quick and effective way to get a haircut. you just go in and your money over and youve got a good haircut. I highly recommend.

Hit or miss on how long you could wait... anywhere from no wait to quite a while. It is a good cut from most of the staff. Ive gone enough to know who to ask for. One letter...T. Several others do a good job as well, one, not so much. Should you stay or should you go, up to you. I stayed and I will go back again.

Tried to charge me $5 for a hard part! What a joke. I gey my hair cut at Sports Clips back in Omaha and love it. This franchise is Money Hungry and I suggest you avoid them. Lady who cut my hair was nice but greedy ownership doesnt deserve your money.

My son went in with beautiful hair he was so proud of growing out over the summer and only wanted it taken off of his ears. He came out with a butcher job, unfinished looking haircut and was so upset. He is only 9 and was scared to speak up. I now have to go home and finish the cut with all the long pieces still sticking out in various places mostly around his ears. We won’t be back.

I have been getting haircuts here for over ten years and have always had a good experience. The haircuts have been done by different stylest and they have always done a good job. Now if I had my choice, it would be T to cut my hair.

Its pretty common to walk into this location and not have to wait for a chair to open up. Ive never had a bad experience here, but my only complaint is that they really seem to push selling their more expensive haircut experience and other hair care products.The place is kept very clean, and I have never seen hair just left on the floor after a haircut.As far as location goes, parking has never been an issue.

The lady that cut my hair acted like it was her first time cutting hair, it was horrible. And then instead of using a hairdryer she would blow her cigarette breath on my ears!!!!Please save yourself and go elsewhere.... anywhere

I should have known better but I didnt. The lady who cut my hair was much more concerned about getting me out of the chair and someone else in than she was about paying any attention to my haircut. She was very rushed, cut my hair much shorter than I asked her too, cut my sideburns much higher than I asked, all because she was in a hurry. When she wasnt chopping away at my head, she was commenting on the commercials on the TV they place by the chairs for customers. The only time she slowed down was when she tried to hawk their hair-care products at the end. I wont be going back. If you have a very simple haircut or keep your hair very short, this might not be a bad place, otherwise, I would skip it.

I hate this place. I got here in 2011 and they were great. They only hired some of the best Montgomery had to offer. Its is now 2015 and they are awful. They havent hired anyone who knows anything about cutting hair. Everytime I leave Im disappointed. Today was the last straw I will no longer be returning due to the lack of quality of the hair cuts. It even took forever to get it cu. The place is awful and needs to be removed from existence. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!
