I had to get my car out of impound from this business today and I am very dissatisfied with my over all experience. I was put on hold every time I called, the secretaries were rude, short, and not very informative unless asked direct questions. When I arrived it wasn’t much better! To top it off service was slow and again no info was volunteered without having to drag it out of the front desk person. I do not recommend! The price for towing services was double compared to the company I used.

This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with . This past Saturday my husband was in an accident that totaled his car . The driver for Seamon was very polite . He told my husband and myself that we would not be charged for Sunday because the scrapyard is closed on Sunday . Sunday morning I call to see what we need to do Monday . The lady that answered the phone let me know that the scrapyard closes at 4 and that we need to get there before then . We got there at 3 and were told that there was no driver . The next day my mother went . I called before she left to head that way and told them she would be headed there at 11. She got there at 11:20 and what do you know . They did not have a driver . The lady on the phone let me know that the way I am acting will not get me anywhere . I want to make it very clear . I work in customer service . I know what customer service is . This has been the worst service I have ever received . I’ve never even left a bad review on a company because I understand . Even though I did my part and every day tried to get it handled (being hard to take off of work ) they are still charging me for everyday . I hope that no one ever gets treated the way we have been .

A complete sham service!! The associates went through my totaled vehicle before I arrived to claim my personal items and stole all of the cash, the prepaid debit card, and cash app card that was in my purse along with my identification that the claimed they couldnt find for over an hour. When I finally got to see my vehicle the purse that they couldnt find was on the drivers side floor turned inside out almost if they had just dumped everything on the floor and took what they wanted. This experience made the experience of the wreck I was in even worse.

Very friendly employees! Ive called this place every day for 9 days now waiting on my stolen suv to be released and the employees are very understanding and helpful!

The co has product they were given permission to destroy back in October. They said could not do it due the weather and again ask in November about getting the product destroyed. The person that was to advise me. Never emailed me back .. when I made a call to the company. I was told they were having equipment issues and it should be fixed and they should have the product destroyed by the follow week. Called today and they could not tell me when our product would be destroyed. Melissa Martin made more excuses. I cant get a true answer from them. Very disappointing. Plus she does not respond to calls or emails.

Operators were very cordial. Payment was clear. Picking up vehicle went very well.

The women who answered the phone is very Very rude no respect like she needs a new job or someone needs to teach her how to talk to the customer when the police tell you they took your husband to the hospital and your trying to find your car you dont want someone to hurt you more getting rude

Dispatch was friendly, tow truck arrived quickly and he did an outstanding job towing my Peterbilt safely to the mechanic. If you are in a big rig and you have the unfortunate event of breaking down give Seamon’s a call they’ll take good care of you.

My boss doesnt like them so I have to stay loyal.
