I needed a replacement intake for my LS swap. They had just what I needed.

My son was able to find what he needed thank goodness because we drove 2h 20 min to get there. It would be nice to have a way to tell specific part inventory before arriving.

Staff are courteous and helpful. The value of used parts are exceptional. If the part does not work you can return for another part or get a credit on your next purchase. Bring your own tools to remove the parts you need. I found removing the parts from their autos very helpful when removing and replacing parts on my vehicle along with You Tube videos.

Needed information on chevrolet tracker but they are in limbo on car salesman. Other than that it was ok

It makes no sense to go out there and do all that work to get the parts off if they are literally the same price as a brand new part. Rethink some of these prices I won’t be back. Plus you’re buying the parts as is, and even if the are slightly broken it’s the same price. As I said that was a waste of a Saturday.

Very helpful when I first got there. Clear directions to find the car I was looking for. Part removed and checkout was quick and easy. 30 day warranty, however the part I needed works great.

Totally impressed with the organization and order of the place. It was easy to find most everything and I noticed that many people put the parts that they had to remove but didnt need back in the vehicle, which seems like such a good code between mechanics and the like.

I called and spoke to customer service about a gas tank for a F150 and I had to drive 60 miles to get it off come to find out that all of the gas tanks that you have already have a hole drilled in them that was the reason that I needed a gas tank and I should have been told that hey the gas tanks we have have a hole drilled in them to drain gas out.i had to pay a mechanic to come and then they tell me that its got two holes in it as well as the other three tanks

Went to get a part and they had only 1 golf cart working while other 4 was sitting under canopy broke down and employees just sitting out on table smoking not doing anything i ask when the carts would be fixed they just shook there heads this place is going downhill bad management i guess

The cashiers were good at taking money. Other than that there was really no help to be had. Keep your receiptbecause apparently they have no way of looking at previous transactions without such.

I came from group county goergia all the way to this pull a part arrived at 501 pm they would not let me in even though the website says 530. I explained the. Part I nedded only had 3 bolts to take it off and it was under the hood in plain view would have took 10 minutes still no I will not come to this location again poor costomer service and I hope other people do the same .

It gets 2 stars as I have not visited the lot yet. I was unable to use the automated phone system because my vehicle was listed as number 12 (keypad selection). When you tried to enter 12 as a selection it automatically accepted #1. HOW DO YOU PUT 12 in? Im on my way to check in person, hope my experience gets better, at this point my expectations are pretty low.

I had a gentleman name Toby here at the Montgomery, Al location that helped me out without no hesitation and was very polite and very respectful and didnt mind helping me out and listening to me and made sure that I was straighten out before I left.Thanks Toby for being helpful and I definitely appreciate your hospitality and your customer service is immaculate.

Clean and well organized. All vehicles off the ground on welded rims. Ground is covered in stone so as to avoid mud holes. Prices are moderate...not great, but not bad. Glad I went. Better than Columbus, GA Pik-A-Part.

Nice setup they have. It is a three-step process. Step 1: They have computerized terminals so you can look up the car you are interested in and it will show you what row the car is located. Step 2: You pay $2 to enter the junkyard (only $1 if you have the VIP Membership, which is free so I signed up for next time). They stamp your hand and you take your own tools into the yard (they will let you use their wheelbarrow if one is available). Step 3: After you get the parts you want to buy off the car (I took off the Lexus logos from the rear and they only charged me $1 a piece), take the parts back inside to the final station and pay. Get your receipt and you are done! I will definitely be back after I find out how to remove a steering wheel. 😃

I urgently needed a wheel.(stranded vehicle) took a chance and went to this place. I was immediately greeted by Lavelle. He was the most sincere service person I have met in a long time. Very professional. He quickly assisted me and explained the process of getting parts. I needed a specific type of lug wrench and Lavelle lent me his personal 4-way. In 10 minutes I paid for the wheel and was on my way. Everyone was so helpful. I’m a senior and am appreciative of this exceptional business.

We were able to get a needed part for our vehicle. We put our info in a notebook, put down what it was we wanted... Low n behold, a few days later, a text came to my cell phone stating it was in.... Only thing I did all like is that, you remove the parts yourself, and I hate not being able to speak to someone on the phone.... You speaks to a computer. Other than that..... Love it!!!
