We hired Nightmare to recover a vehicle that had skipped out of state. James and I agreed on a price for the recovery and transportation of this vehicle. On 8/26/21 I received an invoice from Nightmare stating they had recovered the vehicle. The charges on the invoice were clearly outlined as we agreed with an address to send the check. The invoice stated that we had 10 days of free storage and if payment wasnt received within 10 days storage cost would start accruing. Payment was sent in full USPS with tracking and we confirmed was delivered 9/1.James is now trying to charge me storage! This is clearly outside of the policies stated on their invoice and is in excess of what has already been remitted. I need my vehicle transported to the agreed location ASAP! We would not recommend this company to anyone looking to recover collateral on loans as they have not shown themselves to conduct business in a trustworthy manner.Im willing to update this review if James is willing to hold up his end of the deal, by dropping the added storage cost and transport the vehicle in a timely manner as agreed.

A guest at our hotel recently used these services and it was the most affordable and punctual. They retrieved the locked keys inside a vehicle for less than an arm or a leg. We will definitely use them again.

The worst experience I had with a company.....All of this happened because of a current tag been on a car. A few minutes after my wife came home from work she noticed a strange, unidentified individual walking around our backyard. She asked who are you & why are you in my backyard. He was so rude, loud, & disrespectful. When I came out& questioned him about being in my backyard he got loud & started cursing about he have paperwork to tow this car. But never showed the paperwork. He was asked several times to leave the backyard. The police was called. I looked around front and saw the tow truck and took him for his word & showed him that the current tag was on the car & he still walked around, getting loud, acting as if he wasnt going to leave & still not showing his paperwork. I showed the police the current tag & proper paperwork for my vehicle & the officer escorted him off of my property. All of this could have been avoided if he would have knocked on the door, not triwd to sneak in the backyard, & most importantly identified himself. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a company.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE! I was stranded locked out of my car that was running. Called EVERY towing/locksmith/wrecking company in Montgomery and no one could come in shorter than 3 hours. Called nightmare recovery they came in 15 minutes. James was great! I recccomend this company if you are having problems!

These people are price gouging!! Who in their right mind would charge $200 for a tow!!!! Especially, during this crisis!! Dont forget about karma, people.
