I really like this agent. He and his staff are quick to respond and will do everything in their power to help.However, if you have certain types of claims, they have no option but to pass you to a different (basically faceless) claims agent who (whether due to lack of care or too heavy workload) can take an extended amount of time to work everything out.

I am thankful to have found this agency. I have worked the most with Buddy Pugh on my policies, and have greatly appreciated the extra time he took in explaining the options available when I changed policies and vehicles. So far all has ran smooth with Allstate. All but the renters insurance. Only received 1/3 value of claim on stolen lawn equipment. Thats the only issue.In addition we have received mony back from drive wise and the corona virus discount. That was a good gesture. Thanks
