Johnny and Tracy does an AMAZING job!!! My husband is extremely picky when it comes to nails. Johnny has done over the top on both manicure and pedicure that left my husband speechless on multiple occasions. Also both johnny and Tracy are very friendly and professional. They go over-the-top to make sure that you are satisfied. Tracy does amazing job on waxing. She is very precise and careful with minimum discomfort of the waxing.I HIGHLY recommend Idol Nails in arvada. Always been very pleased with service and the quality of product. Staff was friendly and my nails are beautifully done! Perfect shape and matching length. They offered my son a snack and provided a mini chair for him to sit next to me. Definitely when you walk in you don’t see luxury in their furniture but definitely get luxury service and nails!

Prices arent ths best. I got a regular pedicure and they didnt do anything but soak my feet and clip and paint my nails. Im not satisfied.

Probably the only nail salon in uptown where walk-ins are actually welcome. Great color selection, nail techs are great, and there’s free parking. The place is small but inviting!

My daughter and I just found this place and we love it! Very pleasant atmosphere and great customer service. I am very picky and they did everything I asked. We will definitely be coming back.

This people never have time. Even if you see on watching movies on the phone and not doing anything. They argue with themselves and tell you “to come another day”. DONT WANT TO WORK? Close this place down! Why even open? Lost a client. Such a jk

I get there at 6:15 I see that there is only one person ahead of me I let them know what I wanted done and the lady had said okay she continued working on the other client as I’m waiting another client walks has issues with the work that was done her previous visit as soon she she’s done with the other client she walks over and asked the girl to go sit down I’m siting there confused like I was next I don’t say anything and then I asked her how long are you going to be because I was here before her and she goes oh I’m sorry 30 min I just get up walk out as a loyal customer I returned for the quality of my nails and the service now that Lisa is gone on vaction I feel like the customer service is not where it should be. Lisa would of never done that to me nor any other client due to this I will not be returning and I will take my money else where TILL Lisa returns.

I really wanted to like this place since they had good reviews. There were only two ladies working, both were working on someone when I walked in. There was no one else waiting so I thought it would be fast but ended up waiting an hour and a half to even be sat. The one who did my nails didn’t speak any English at all and had to call the other lady every time I spoke to her. She also went on her cell phone texting SEVERAL times while I just sat there waiting for her to be done. I wasn’t planning on tipping her since I think it’s rude that I waited an hour and a half to be seen and then I’m just sitting there while she is on the phone, but since I paid with credit card they automatically added the tip on there? WTH? Pretty sure that’s illegal. I will never go to this place again.

Kevin needs to work with his attitude, his wife is pretty awesome. She does great nails.
