The kids (5, 4, 2, 2) all loved it... and I did too (the big slide was almost more for me than for them). We were there for a few hours in the afternoon and had to pry the kids away for dinner. Check in was a little weird (waivers for everyone and 5 of the 6 of us needed socks (on sale for 2.50 a pair), so that was a little extra I wasnt planning on) but still not too bad. For a family of 6 it was $72.50 for unlimited time but no tokens (for games, or car rides under the play area). All in all Id likely recommend it and we may be repeat customers (so I can go down that slide, if nothing else).

Great place to have fun for toddlers and young adults! This is a giant, clean playground with padded mats and fun for all ages. I went with my 18 month old and 5 yr old and we had a blast climbing and going down slides. Not much food option though, but one ticket is good for the entire day with in/out privileges. So if you’re hungry you can eat at the food court and come back.

This place is great for kids however the front ladies working there are not. I dont know if my family were the only ones who experienced this today or there were others but these 2 ladies, the chubby and a bit skinny, ones picked on us. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND ILL-MANNERED! I came in last and needed to enter the premises and the skinny, short hair lady asked me rudely, where my receipt was and if I had socks without letting me answer back and kept repeating her question as if I wasnt understanding her. So instead, I went out and sat outside to maintain my composure. The moment I went back, the fat lady asked the same question. I said my husbands inside and reprimanded, take note REPRIMANDED me to call him. The way she talked and asked me was so rude and cannot even say please. My husband came up to me, showed the receipt and we said were going to get socks and she instantly said you have go buy somewhere else without any apologies or whatsoever. Third time, I went back with socks, they did the same thing, rolling their eyes on me and smirking every time. When I finally got in, that fat lady kept looking at me, rolling her eyes and giggling like she wanted to start an issue and cause me to rage. I think we were the only asian and white family at that time and they chose to picked on us. My husband just made me calm and convinced me not to take photos of them and speak to the manager. Later, I saw the lady went to the restroom and quickly changed her work shirt to gray t-shirt. Shes already off duty. They are working in a kids environment and at least be apologetic or ask nicely. They dont deserve to work there. If they dont like their job, just quit.

One of the best places for $15 for a family of three. My wife and son have been a couple of times while I was at work and the last few times I have gone with them. Both times I went I liked that its overall clean and its accessible for adults to join the fun. Once my son makes a little friend my wife and I sit back and relax. Keeping an eye on him is fairly easy as we usually put on something bright. No outside food is allowed but obviously understandable. Recommend for bigger families as its indoor and inexpensive.

Nice place for the kids, but why are grandparents required to pay full price ($15) to attend their grandchild’s birthday celebration! In fact all adults should have special pricing, especially if they are not entering the play area. I can see an extra fee for those that are not going to enter the play area. Seems like there should be something in place for them… gee whiz! You already know the extra adults are going to patronize the snack bar. Hopefully the next party will be at the other company in Rancho!

Place is really fun and has alot of options to choose from ..theres a section for infants and toddlers...then theres a section for the big kids theres 2 big slides alot of mazes a race track and a mini soccer field. I highly recommend this place

First thing I noticed, very organized and well managed. Then I went to the bathroom and saw how EXCEPTIONALLY clean everything is. Changing tables and sinks and toilets very clean. The floor perfectly clean, even the trashcans were clean. This is definitely something to say for a kids place, because kids are dirty. Very sanitary, all the high chairs were new and clean. Kind workers and manager as well. Have already been twice and always have a good time.

Super fun even for adults and you can stay as long as you want. Kids had a blast. Definitely coming back.

Brought my 3yr old and 18month old kids here for the first time.. $15 each. My wife and I were free but make sure to bring socks [all required]. I ended up buying 2 pairs for my son and wife for $5 extra, not bad.. kids socks have the kids empire logo. Plenty of places to sit but using a locker is best to store shoes and belongings. When you close locker enter at least a 4 digit code and # to lock, same to unlock. Make sure to sign the waiver form at kiosks or do it ahead of time online before arriving. Kids loved it and only a small price to pay.. fee is good all day, you can leave and come back just check out and back in at front desk.

At $15 a kid, this is a little pricy, but you do get all day, same day, re-entry. There are a lot of things to do, some cost quarters. I can see this getting super crowded, but in the middle of the day, in the middle of the week, not too bad.

Love this place!!! Cant believe its only $15 per child and I get to stay as long as I want. You even have a free re-entry so my kiddos and I left to grab something to eat and came right back. Havent had so much fun in what seems like years. Love that my little one had a dedicated area that the staff monitors so only children in diapers can play safely. Im sure the bigger kids dont mean them harm but being as rambunctious as they are can easily trample over the babies. Some parents dont seem to like this but most of us, Love it! The staff is so friendly and always cleaning. A+ on that! The snacks are reasonable considering - I pay double at a theatre and Im only there for an hour hahaha. The just gained a guest for life! Very much needed!! The punchcard is a great deal too - already bought mine and was able to use it for my neighbors kids.

I took my girlfriend with her two kids (along with my 11 year old Son) and we all just LOVED the whole experience. Even though it was very busy, there was still plenty of room to play. For the adults too! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The dance and soccer stations were an added bonus to the already exciting play structure. I highly recommend for a day visit or a kids party event!

Fantastic experience. My 7 year old daughter had a birthday with her cousins. Super clean, great smell, Karla was phenomenal. She was attentive and very helpful. Great system, sign a waiver, pay, take off shoes, put in box, find a place to sit and start being a kid again. We’ve been to many different places like this and are nowhere as clean.

Parents are FREE! Just booked my babys 2nd birthday Im so excited. They literally cover everything. Was there all day finally got home after 6hrs of playing. What a workout, I didnt even realize we were in there that long till I noticed the staff change-oops. Was a bit hectic at the check in but the staff was quick to get us in and explain the venue. This is sooo much bigger and nicer than LOL (sorry guys) Even though I saw you guys here today checking out what seems to be the competition. My little girl started crying when we began to leave but the staff helped me - and she left with a big smile on her little face (the balloon helped) didnt catch the ladys name but huge thanks to you. So 2 free adults per child. My husband bought my son after the soccer match with the in-laws being that I was in with my little girl all the adults got in free. We had to pay to play with our kids at other locations so Im so happy! Couple of parents were arguing with the staff - guess they had a bad day but the ladies at the counter remained cool and collected explaining the policies. To corp: Great job on such a great team you have here - congrats and thanks for moving in. Weve been waiting!! :-P

My son loves coming here! He can play for hours. We usually come early, play awhile, go walk around the mall a little, eat lunch, and come back to play for a little longer. Its perfect!

So.. I do agree with everyone that there place is clean. However, I went with my two year old son on a Saturday. Brave I know.. so needless to say it was packed. Walking in I was not sure what to expect. My son is active he ran in. Next thing I know he went down a small blue slide ( instead of going down the walkway like I had to) and he was already running to the playground. Moving around after in children in my way I couldnt get to him fast enough and he was already climbing up some party where you make your way through to the top? Next thing I know he gets trampled on. I also didnt like the slide that you use those plastic sleds. First of all if you are not riding with your kid and the love is building up behind you. Good luck you are stuck no one allows you the chance to walk down to meet your child at the end of the slide.. hence another opportunity for my son to run if without me. I also do not agree that you can see where your child is from all angles cause you cant! I ended up going in the playground with him and I was disappointed at the entrance some or mostly all of these small tiny entrances that this place had. I woke up with bruises and bumps. The toddler area was not enough to keep my son preoccupied and the way its set up that if they use the slide to get into the ball pit.. not good.. it took my son a few minutes to understand the cover to the entrance.. also it being Saturday the lights dimmed so they could play music which prolonged my son getting into the ball pit because he didnt understand what was going on. But all through this lights down time there was two kids who got hurt. Later on in the evening I witnessed a child get hot in the face and was bleeding everywhere! Never have I been to a place where I see so many injuries! The only way I will be going back is if I just have my nice year old daughter by ourselves. Because my son had fun but the bigger playground is not made for his age and the toddler side was not well designed.

Great fun for the kids. A bit unaccommodating of the adults.Tables are densely jammed together, with no aisles, they make even adults remove shoes while the kids play, not much adult food or beverage for sale, loud music all the time, etc.But the kids love it.

Such a fun place to spend the day with my 1 year old. Always very clean they staff are always cleaning I never feel grimy or gross leaving here after crawling around the play areas. They have a nice area for kids in diapers with a ball pit and lots of slides and climbing. The bigger kid area is fun for her to play in as well as long as your careful. They have a really cool little dance room and we are even going to do a Birthday Party there in July the pricing and package is amazingly reasonable. You get to play ALL DAY for just $15 bucks. You can leave and come back too! You can’t bring in outside food but they have snacks and food there and it’s not in overpriced.

Not a bad place to bring kids to burn some energy. The place is clean, for now, since it just opened not too long ago in Montclair. The downside for parents is you can’t sit at the table and enjoy your coffee while your kids are playing since they have a strict no food and drinks rule, yet they sell soda and water. I get that there shouldn’t be food and drinks inside the play area, but, a parent can’t bring coffee to the table area? How else are we to keep sane waiting for hours while our kids are bouncing around in the jungle gym? I say revise the policy to allow drinks at the table area.👎🏻

My son loves this place! Super clean and fun. He could’ve spent hours and hours there!I would’ve given 5 stars, but I bruised my tailbone going down the big pink slide with my son. The end of the slide is very abrupt and I hurt myself very badly from landing incorrectly. Adults beware!

Price is higher at $15 per child than other indoor playgrounds - and that doesnt even include everything. Tokens are $1 each for ride ons and games. Employee supervision is non existent so children whose parents dont pay attention to them dont follow the rules or put toys back where they belong, often leaving them in the way of other children. We were excited to have an indoor playground opening so close to home, but would rather drive the further distance for better pricing and supervision.

Theres always a wait to get in. One person at the counter and 20 people in line. After you get past the entrance it is a really cool place for the kids to play. Fill out the waiver in advance online to speed up the entry process. Still going to take 15 to 20 minutes to get in though. At least thats been my experience.

I been to a few indoor playground with my wife and 3 years old son.this indoor playground had a few different stuff than others, like motorcycles to ride on kids and adults and even a small soccer area.good price to get in and very clean, well recommended.

Whoever complains about prices should stay home if they’re on a budget... they do have snacks and their version of a happy meal but I do agree there is a lot of junk food. If you don’t want to purchase anything you can step out and eat somewhere else then re enter at no additional charge!TO THE PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE TODDLER ZONEI DO NOT want your hyper 2 or 3 year old around my 6 month old while in the ball pit. I’m sure you wouldn’t like someone older kicking balls at your child if it was the other way around. Have some respect and go play with your child on the bigger kid side. They have plenty of stuff for you to do even little motorcycles for them to ride. And yes the bigger electrical motorcycles DO require 1 token which can be purchased for $1 which is reasonable and like I said if you’re on a budget just don’t go out or stay home. Maybe the park is a better option for anyone complaining about the prices.Super clean and the staff is always on it as far as cleaning so that’s a plus! One thing I didn’t like was the younger girl in the front in a black shirt (I’m assuming manager) she had short black hair and had a NASTY attitude. Guy in a neon shirt and other girl in a pink shirt were super friendly and always smiling.We will be coming back to play some more :)

AMAZING. They could definitely use a better menu maybe add a lot more healthy items, plus some unhealthy yummy ones like nachos hot dogs pizza (they only do it for partys). They do ha e snacks and drinks though. It was very clean and smelled good. Not like dirty feet lol. The staff was great, always cleaning and wiping stuff down, the bathrooms I felt like I could eat off of. Lol.

I came here 2 times and i bought the card for 129 and i feel like its a joke the snacks are over priced theres no food to give kids besides junk and now place closes earlier then what i was told i would of never bought a card for 129 if it closes at mall hours i feel i should get my money back i have 2 toddlers that now i am told cant be in ball pit there both in diapers and no where is posted THAT they are to big of toddlers to be in there as i was told by a manager there that my toddlers were TO BIG and if there is babys in there parents would be upset well when i bought the card they told me my kids were fine to go in there how do you have a sign for toddlers but yet the staff is kicking them out without even looking for there parents to do it no toddler wants to climb big equipment or BE STUMBLED WITH BIGGER CHILDREN so how do you make a side where a toddler cant even be SOME BABIES ARE POTTY TRAINED WAY EARLIER 10MONTHS TO ONE YEAR. AND IM ASSUMING CAN NOT GO BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO DIAPER LOL JOKE (which was olga and whoever else running the front) WHEN I BOUGHT CARD THEY SAID MY KIDS WERE OK TO GO IN THERE i would of never bought this it seems like they all are confusedyou have to pay extra for tokens to ride the rides when we already paid alot and EVERYONE SEEMS UPSET OR MAD NOT HAPPYESP IF YOU WORK AT A KID PLACE ATLEAST HAVE A SMILE ILL TAKE MY MONEY TOLOL KIDS CLUB im sure more people will too

Its a great place for the kids BUT they put out groupon vouchers this summer and now are not honoring them. Poor customer service.
