Wonderful crew and amazing energy!!One stop shop for hair, nails and waxes

Really disappointed. I made a wax appointment nearly a month in advance. I did not shave, etc in order to be able to get waxed. I stayed in contact. 3-1/2 HOURS BEFORE my appointment the lady text me and cancelled.. I asked if she had another day available and I got no response. So here I am trying to find anywhere to get a wax, because i’m still going on vacation in a couple days. Just really aggravating. 😬😑 All i can say is make sure you have a back up !

Fast service, great people, nice and clean place inside. The pedicures were super nice and they always made sure the customer was happy. Definitely recommend!!!

The place might look nice, but Ive had better service at the mall for half the price. I went here because I had a gift certificate. I had to be scheduled in the next day during the week. Thats cool, I understand. But then the person who did my pedicure was rude, criticizing my nails in front of everyone else in the salon. I mean, seriously? If my nails were perfect I wouldnt be in here for a pedicure. Im not trying to have a conversation with you, but you dont have to be rude about what I do say.Also, when I arrived, I was told someone would be there at 5:30 to do an eyebrow wax. I waited an extra 20 minutes after I was done for this mysterious person to arrive. By that time, the person whod made the promise had vanished. When I asked someone else, I was told that no one could possibly do it because everyone was busy. Which I get. But I should not have been told that someone could have done it. No one even seemed apologetic whatsoever and there was zero accountability.Next time, Im going to the mall where theyre nice and dont charge an arm and a leg for basic services. Its the same quality stuff either way. You can believe Im telling everyone I know not to go here.

I love the peaceful setting and that the ladies make you comfortable and get you a glass of wine when you come in. The products used were top notch, and I loved the massage, sugar scrub, and paraffin dip for the pedicure. If you like personalized service and want to be pampered this is the place for you. They also do a great job on waxing and have a menu of services.
