I got a pedicure here and acrylic on all toes. It was absolutely horrible. Anyone that gets their nails done on a regular knows that when acrylic is applied, there’s a process. The nail tech literally applied the acrylic and walked away. Another nail tech had to finish the job and had no idea what she was doing. I was also cut with the drill twice. They wanted to charge $50… I pleaded with them to either reduce the price or fix them! We went back and forth until she finally sat me down for someone to “fix my toes” …. And that tech was completely lost also. I was running out of time on my lunch break so I had to leave. I paid the money, but I will NEVER go there again. Their pedicures are great but DO NOT go to this shop if you want acrylic on nails or toes.

Service is very poor. Rather than tell you all of his workers walked out on him. Hes in the middle of a heated conversation with another woman. And because I didnt want a pedicure done first. He refuses my service all together and tell me to come back next week and there will be no more pedicures done this week. Only before I could finish asking why. Two other customers come in for same treatment.Unprofessional. Ive been going to this business for years..I wont be back. Lack of respect for customers. Very angry man. 😠

This was terrible. people were nice but they couldn’t even cover the whole nail. the paint fell off and they didn’t fix it. i asked for an accent nail with blended glitter. they drew a crooked line without blending. nails weren’t equal in size. terrible. never go here.

WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN!! The owner put me out BECAUSE I NICELY ASKED THEM TO USE A NEW PUMICE STONE on my feet!! Just FYI, I am a licensed Nail technician & I know better!! Pumice stones are porous therefore they can not be properly disinfected! He looked me dead in my face and said “we can’t use new everything on everybody because it costs. If you want to use new stuff, bring your own stuff..” I AM DISGUSTED.

My experience at your place of business was horrible. I have been cut well you was doing my feet then you refuse to clean up my nails after you put glue in gel all over my skin .I advise people not to go here if they want their nails done yall did some sloppy work. I am not pleased and the next person might not be as nice as I was I paid you and still wasnt satisfied I will not be back and I will not recommend anyone to come to your business. You do not change your tools you do not sanitized them you use the same nail file on everybody you do not change it out. And for you to be the owner you are very rude.

My paint is on my skin and they were not the nicest and my friend got a regular paint on her fingernails and it was all messed up. would NOT recommend going there. and the place smelled like smoke when i first walked in.

Ive been going to this nail salon for years and Im really starting to hate it for a number of reasons. Theyve started to charge you whatever they want! I paid $40 for a REFILL! I had medium length square acrylics with gel polish, which use to cost $25(extra $10 for gel) for a refill. When I asked about the price, the man told me its an extra $10 length and shape. As you can see they arent long and they are regular square shaped. Even then the total would come out to be $35 not $40 and they bumpy and sloppy. Although theyve never been rude to me, I also see the husband being disrespectful to employees and customers. I WILL NOT be going back!!Any recommendations on another salon?

Loved the experience. The nail tech was awesome.

My daughter and I went in to this salon even though it is big on the inside, it wasnt staffed to take care of the amount of customers coming in. Having to wait for a long period of time and the prices are expensive.

My ABSOLUTELY favorite nail shop. Paula is the BEST!!!

Pedicure was rushed. Barely recieved a massage during my pedicure. She simply rubbed lotion on my leg for about 2min and wrapped my pedicure up. Not friendly. Spoke with the owner to inform of my disapproval with my pedicure before leaving. Came back the next day to get toes polished again because the white police turned into a dirty brown. I was treated as if I hadnt just spent 60.00 on my daughter and I pedicure the day before. I was told that they will wait on the paying customers 1st and for me to wait. After waiting over 30 minutes. I informed them that I would never spend a dime in their shop anymore and left. On top of the treatment I recieved. They also seem to cater more to Caucasian customers than the African Americans who spend just asmuch money. When a Caucasian enters the Facility its an immediate hello can I help you. When African Americans come in most have to speak up and ask is someone avaliable for the services they are requiring. I was also told by one of the workers to always tip in cash because when customers leave tips on their credit card receipts. The owners would not give them all to them. Therfore I would suggest anyone thinking of going to Nail Tech ..DONT. They only value some of their customers. Not all of their customers

Went to get a full face wax. I had to wait for 15 minutes just to see a tech and then she half did the job so after a brief discussion, I paid half the price. The lack of communication and the language barrier is a major issue here. This wasnt my first visit but it will be my last. This place is going down so fast.

Never will I come back to this place... my normal shop was taking appointments only... not to mention they are the highest in town... with in two days the corner of my nail broke... in less than a week you can see around the edges of each nail where it is coming loose... and now there is a crack all the way across one of my nails... worst experience all around... highly recommend Tnm or natural nails... both have always been really good

I walked in this establishment wanting to get a pedicure in which I was refused service because I asked do they use bags in the pedicure tube. I asked about the bag because there was a white residue in the tube.

This was the only place that could do my nails right. The Hispanics in the back do a way better job than the Asians in the front. But the last couple of times I been getting the owners and they rush through it so fast and it looks like it. I’m paying too much money for sloppy work. I need to find a new nail tech.

Male manager was very rude to his employees. Talked to workers like they were incarcerated. He even threw cleaning supplies on the floor for them to pick up. Another client & I were outraged at the way the employees were being handled. When I voiced my opinions to him, He replied that this was his shop & that he could do & say what he wanted in his shop. Also that if I didnt like it to not come back! These people were perhaps Mexican immigrants. If I could give a 0 rating I would!

I had nail polish on the bottom and top of my feet. I had to say something just for her to remove it.

I got a manicure and the lady cut me 3 times in 1 sitting making me bleed all 3 times. I started going only for brows. This last time I went she ripped my skin off leaving a 1 inch scab under my eyebrow. Ill never go back nor recommend them. Im not paying to bleed.

Just left here. Hate to say it, they did a really sloppy job. The lady who did my toes smeared polish all over them and didn’t clean it up. It looks like a child painted them. I really hate to leave bad reviews but this was so bad...

First, when they started to do my nails .. they did not ask me what shape of nail I wanted and put on square when my friend let him know I wanted coffin tip . he said “it to late now” and which was a lie . he could have filed it to the correct shape . he was just to lazy to . and then a lady painted the very wrong . This place is flat out racist and full of scammers! I love the atmosphere so I used to get my nails done here. I noticed right off that when black people come in, they dont get greeted, but when white come in they are greeted and catered to. One day I got services and the guy who I believe is the owner approves the price, as they are not posted anywhere. The guy tries to charge me 5 dollars more than what i usually pay for the same service...I said I wasnt paying that amount, he threatened to call cops, I said go ahead.. He then starts ranting about how Im a food stamps & section 8 getting female (I work 2 jobs and get neither) I couldnt believe his comment. I paid and havent been back since but it definitely did something to me for a while.... They charge according to how they feel. I really hope they shut down soon.. no one deserves to be treated this way...

I took myself and my mom here last Sunday to get our nails done bc my mom wanted to go. Well my nails only lasted a week. I will never go there again. I had to go to my normal nail salon yesterday and get them fixed. So from now on I will stick with my nail salon. Where I know they do a excellent job and my nails will last longer. Too much money to pay for them to only last a week.

I went here with gel on my toes for a pedicure. The first nail tech placed cotton on them with alcohol, then immediately began attempting to scrape the gel off. They werent soaked at all and it was painful. I then asked for a different nail tech, who used a grinder to get the gel off. The grinder kept hitting my skin. Incredibly painful and now my toe nails feel very thin. I decided to leave and was there maybe 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and the VERY rude man, who seemed to be the only one working who spoke English, charged me $20 because his massage chair isnt free. And when I informed him it was painful, his response was you arent bleeding, you arent injured. Ive been to nail salons in lots of different places and never had gel taken off like that or a response like that from a manager. I will be reporting this place tomorrow. Worst nail experience of my life. $20 for a painful experience and the polish wasnt even completely taken off. So glad I didnt stay for a pedicure! Incompetent nail techs and a horrible attitude from the guy working there. Even the girl sitting next to me told me she would leave if she were me and wouldnt pay.

So it was my First time ever Going there right, (only bc my technician was Booked)Im actually liking the set up & vibes, Everything was cool & went well during my nail apt. I noticed they had different techniques than any nail shop I been to.but It was cool atm, ....baby until my nails start to break day 2 of having them. I literally was taking my jacket off & my nail popped right on off as if they were just Regular press- ons.(currently walking around with 3 nails broke in 4 days) I didnt even call and complain, I just said NEVER again & leaving my review!!💅Period . I rathered wait than have them play me out my money like that .

Ok i got my nails done for prom and they do not look good at all. the service was nice and polite but my nails look horrible. i also got my toes done and they look good, but my nails are horrible and i had to pay 60$ for it all and i should’ve only had to pay about 35$! the end, enjoy luvs.

I go here often. They do good manicures. The leg massage and hot towels during pedicure is nice but the rest of it is ok.

This was probably the worst nail experience Ive ever had. The service was fine, however the quality of these nails were absolutely terrible. The polished looked like a child painted them. With in the first 3 days I had to had two nail repairs, naturally I went back to get the repairs. Today is exactly one week from getting them done the first time, and I have not one nail on my hand. They all fell right off as if they were just press on nails. Im highly disappointed and I will never waste my money there again.

The worst set of nails I have ever had. The man who filled them in rushed through the process and left the nails uneven on the surface and the length. The color has various shades on the nails. When I tried to ask for one of the ladies to look at them, he just started yelling. The worst customer service. For the amount of money I and other women spend on our nails, we should be ashamed to show our hands. It is embarrassing to have to work the rest of the day with this mess. You can bet I will have them redone this evening. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

Worse nail place Ive ever been to, only clipped the toe nails on one foot, when I asked them to do the other, no one spoke enough English to understand what I was saying. They tried to get an ingrown nail out and clipped my nail to the bed and made me bleed. Utensils didnt even look like were cleaned. I hope I dont get a fungus. I got a lip wax too and they ripped the skin off my lip and globed on the wax to the point where it got in my mouth. On top of that I waited 10 minutes for someone to even approach me and ask if I paid. I dont have very high standards when it comes to nail salons but I left pissed. Not worth $42. I cant believe I even paid. I would pay that NOT to come here.

Horrible customer service, Owner was extremely rude had the nerve to write in tip, after asking him to correct it he became very belligerent and foul, told us that he didnt want is to come back and that he never makes mistakes although he corrected the tip he still threatened us and was very disrespectful, the wife was very sweet and timid.
