Katelin was amazing.. After I called and called I almost gave up.. We finally got ahold of the shop and they were able to get me in right away. Ive had my nails done at several places in the area. So happy that I didnt have to come home and fix my nails.. I love them.. Thanks chickies

Jaclynn did an AMAZING job on my nails today! They were exactly what I wanted and the exact length I asked for. Her work is incredible and I highly recommend asking for her when you go get your nails done here. Service was quick and the professionalism was incredible. Definitely will continue to go back to her for any nail services!

First time getting a pedi and it was AMAZING! The salon is clean and has a nice cozy feel to it. I was a little nervous, but Jax talked me through each step, which made me more comfortable. The hot towels for the foot masks were my favorite! Highly recommend! Will go again!

This has been the best pedicure Ive ever had! They had a new setup that doesnt have the gross jets but step it up with foot massages. Jax was professional, relaxed, and kept my twin and I laughing the entire time. I recommend this place and Jax to everyone!

Suzie has done my nails from some time now and they have never looked better. Recently I made the switch to Madison due to some scheduling difficulties and was not disappointed she maintains the quality of work I have grown accustom to. All of the nail techs have a wonderful sense of art work if you like that but Im just a plain Jane that likes the pampering!

Suzie does a wonderful job. She is careful and makes sure you are comfortable, so much so that I want to fall asleep. Its a great way to relax and escape! And my polish lasts until it grows out, never chips, always smooth and perfect!

Suzie does my nails and she is awesome‼️‼️ My nails are always beautiful and very artistic❤️❤️ My work has my hands in water all the time and my nails are always intact in between fills. I almost never leave reviews like this, but I had an emergency this morning as I have a job interview today at noon.(currently 8:45am). My nail polish chipped and took a large chunk out of my dominant hand that I would shake with normally and was looking to get a quick polish change until I can get back in and get them redone.I saw on google that Ultra was open at 8am and it was like that perfect ahhhh moment. Hoping to catch them before they got going for the day and were busy with clients I called and got a message that they werent available and no voicemail was setup. Ok, cool. Maybe someone was in the bathroom and couldnt get to the phone in time or something. No big deal. So I want five more minutes and call again. Same lack of response. Well, maybe I have the wrong number and dialed incorrectly. Nope. Google, their website, and facebook all say the same number. Another five minutes, and another lack of response. So maybe no one is there yet, and they just need to change their hours. Which by the way, they clearly state on both google and their website (Mon: 8am - 5pm).So I jump in my SUV and off I go in hopes that theyre not slammed and can fit me in really quickly. Place looks deserted when I arrive, but as I drive past the front door to see if there are hours posted, I see a stylist at her station I believe. Awesome! Ill run up and see if I can get a quick polish change. As I get to the door, I notice that the curtains that were open are now pulled down, and the door is locked.At this point Im frustrated, upset, and anxious because in trying to get my nail fixed, I could have been at home preparing for my interview.When they clearly state their hours and phone number on multiple sites, and yet cant manage to answer the phone when a new potential customer calls it is extremely unprofessional. Change your hours or post them somewhere if youre not going to answer the phone or open the door.Ill never know if theyre as good as their other reviews say because I am NEVER going back!
