I was referred to Carolinas Stone Marble & Granite through a friend. I stopped in the office on Monday, March 15 and found exactly what I wanted. The display had the white subway tiles that I wanted as well, so I was able to see what they looked like together. I had my measurements with me, so Phillip game me a price to complete the job. The following Monday, March 22, my templates were made. The following Monday, March 29, my counter top was installed. Carolinas Stone Marble & Granite was the third business that I had visited. I compared prices, and Phillip was well below the two other businesses, as well as the quickness of my installation. Great experience with this company. Do a lage kitchen remodel, had picked out a quartzite from a supplier in Charlotte and contacted Carolinas Stone Marble & Granite, Inc. about doing the fabrication. Visited the showroom to get the warm, fuzzy feeling we were looking for and met with Phillip, he worked with us to put everything in place for the project. They procured the Quartzite and held it until we were ready. I gave them a date for cabinets to be installed and they had a guy out that same day to create the template and three days later the countertops were installed. Installation was quick, prefessionally done and care was taken to protect the new floors and walls in our remodeled kitchen area. Great staff, everyone was couteous, and worked quickly to help put our new kitchen together, Highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a fair price with a professional installation and great experience.

Got the recommendation from a friend who did her bathrooms and again from a contractor friend. Small family business, more personal service. We have done a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with granite and tile and my daughters kitchen in quartz and tile. Everyone in the showroom is very friendly and the guys who come to measure and install are great. Several months after the kitchen install I had a small issue and they sent someone out right a way to rectify the problem. That’s when you know they are a reliable company! Some companies, once they are paid they are gone. Not Carolinas Stone, they stood behind theirworkmanship. That means a lot to me. Their prices are fair and they are reliable. I would recommend them to everyone.

I called this company once deciding to have my counters replaced. The man I spoke with was very nice, told me to take some measurements and come on it to pick out my stone. I went in the next day and picked out the stone. I provided a drawing, photos and measurements of my kitchen. They gave me a cash price and I paid in full that day (which they signed off on saying paid in full). Someone came out on a Wednesday to do the template and within 2 hours I got a call saying there was a discrepancy of approximately 2-3 sq ft. He offered to meet half way on the price difference and I told him I’d get back to him once I talked with my husband, I responded the very next morning but didn’t get a call until almost the end of the day where my sales guy told me that Andre read him the riot act and that they are not willing to meet halfway and the job was canceled. I was instructed to come pick up my refund. They didn’t feel this job was worth their time and that showed with Andres attitude from day 1!! Don’t let them fool you. There are companies out there that will value you and not dismiss you. Thankfully I found another company offering the same product for an even better price and prompt installation.

The price quoted (dollars per square foot) included tear out, installation, edges on the granite and whatever modifications were necessary in the field to make a perfect fit. There were no extras and the installation went smoothly and only took two hours. They are very easy to deal with, and I would definitely use them again.

Recently had a marble sink top installed which was our second time using Carolinas Stone Marble & Granite. As with our first experience, the sales person, Thomas, made everything easy. His knowledge of the products and his no pressure approach was fantastic. We selected our marble and they were willing to hold the piece for a few weeks until we were ready for install. On the day of install the crew arrived on time, were very efficient, did a great job and cleaned up before leaving. The finished product looks amazing and we are very happy. Well, I cant say my experience was anything good at all. We are upgrading our entire kitchen plus adding a island. We stopped in meet the lady at the front desk. She was very pleasant helpful. We told her what we wanted to do. She took us out to look at all there selections. We picked out the stone we wanted. We also wanted to put an island in. She said the cabinet guy was busy with a customer. She would have him call us back. Well, 3 days later no call from him. I called asked for the cabinet guy. He didnt know who we were. He was confused thought we emailed him. He was rude seemed bothered. Him I guess no body told him about us. Well, we texted that took over a week plus. We are ready to get our kitchen done. We picked out a cabinet. I asked how much, when can we get it. They scheduled a guy to come out an measure for us. He got all the measurements. I called the next day asked for the owner. He was busy he would call me back in a bit. Well, no call a few hrs later I called again. He got the message said he had to go out but will call me back. No call back at all. Hmm, really ok. I dont need to do business with you all. We found another place, got our farmhouse sink put in measurements done. The kitchen counter tops should be in this week. I will update who I bought from later with pictures. There maybe a bunch of 5* but this was my experience. I have email and text to prove it all.

Six months ago I went to Carolinas Stone Marble & Granite completely fed up with my laminate counter-top that was suffering from old age! Thomas spent a lot of time with me, reviewing my options and using my primitively measurements to come up with a comprehensive price for granite counter-tops and back splash. I hung on to that price quote until two weeks ago when we could finally afford to re-visit the shop. I was surprised to be greeted by the exact same team that had been there in January. Thomas honored the quote he gave me and sent me to Granite Global Distribution to find the perfect granite (I was a bit picky). Wednesday I chose the color, it was delivered Friday, the following Thursday (yesterday) I got to see my kitchen transformed! Wow is all I can say. Three men arrived at 9:40am, had a 10 minute lunch at 11:30 and left the kitchen and downstairs bathroom (decided to do with a remnant) by 12:30 spotless with all counter-tops sealed for the first year. Amazing!I have to add that I had a quote from Metro which was significantly more than what I paid so I did look around. Personally I think you can tell a good company by their team and the quality of the job. Everything was exceptional. Now Im saving for the upstairs bathrooms!Pop in and see anyone if your thinking of changing your counter-tops. You wont be disappointed.UPDATE: I accidentally dropped a bowl and chipped two sides of the granite. They sent someone out by the end of the day to repair it, no charge!It was wonderful to have it repaired so quickly and with no questions asked.I also picked up the bottom basin rack for the inside of the sink ($75). I thought I could order one online from Amazon for less money, however it is worth it to get the one that fits the sink exactly.Anyway, same day repair, no questions asked and no charge to the customer at a job that took an hour and required expert knowledge is amazing in my opinion!

We are remodeling an old home in Peachland and had been having the worst time getting counter top companies to actually show up for their appointments so we could get an estimate. I found Carolinas Stone Marble online and reached out via email to see if I could send them measurements of our counters and get an estimate through email. Carlos was extremely accommodating and I received the estimate within just a few hours. We went in to look at the color options and Carlos helped us again, he took a lot of time with us explaining our edge, sink and color options and walked us around showing us different slabs of granite. I was very specific on the colors I wanted and never even checked into Quartz as I knew we would not be able to afford Quartz. Carlos showed me two options in the color family I wanted and to my surprise the Quartz option was actually cheaper than the other company quoted me for the level 1 granite. Service was excellent all around, the 2 gentlemen that came to install were very pleasant and did a great job of installing and cleaning up. I would highly recommend Carolinas Stone and Marble & Granite to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.
