We used Nehemiah Construction to remodel our 1980s, tiny master bath. We cannot believe how beautiful it turned out, far exceeding our expectations. After their first visit, we knew they were the ones to do our project. They were prepared, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to as they walked us through the details.All of the work was done on time (if not early) and it looked great when they finished. They cleaned up every time they left and were always respectful of our time and space.We are using them for another project in the fall because we know they will do a great job.

This summer we had the privilege of partnering with Nehemiah Construction on several backyard projects. To describe Nehemiah Construction, I think of superior quality and their natural ability to be customer-focused. I was impressed with the level of detail and thought put into my requests so that we would experience the best solutions. For our project, we had an amazing shed built, electrical work performed and an outdoor TV installed. Once our contract was signed, we were assigned a project manager. He always kept me updated on progress and next steps. I mention this because communications are so important to me. I think many companies fail to deliver on good communications with customers but not Nehemiah Construction. Another thing that stands out to me is when we discovered a scratch on our new TV screen as we’re attempting to install. It would be another week before we would be able to get a new TV reordered and delivered. We had upcoming company for the weekend and were really disappointed. Nehemiah went out of their way to purchase a new TV, deliver and install for us. They didn’t have to do this but they did and I will never forget. I recommend Nehemiah Construction hands down and can’t wait to use them again for future projects.

We used Nehemiah Construction to remove a large wall in our house and move some electrical. We had trouble getting any other contractors to even come out and give us a quote. Nehemiah construction came out and gave us a good quote within a couple days of contacting them and removed the wall shortly after. They removed the wall while I was work which made it very easy. It was nice to just come home to a completed projected. They did great work. I would use them again.

I initially contracted with Nehemiah for a simple retile of my bathroom. Upon demo of the tile, we discovered a horrible/years long leak under the shower that was eating away at my floor. So our simple retile ended up being a complete bathroom remodel with a new shower, tub, and floor. The repair work was top notch, and I was kept in the loop about every step of repair to my bathroom. Every day I was given information about the work done and how it was fixed. I very much appreciated the detailed information about my remodel. I was also kept in the loop about costs so there was no surprise billing. The repair, tile work, and plumbing were done in a very professional and superb manner. My bathroom is gorgeous, and I finally feel secure that the problems that previously affected my bathroom are completely fixed. The contractors took extra care to clean after each work day. I would recommend Nehemiah for repair and remodel work for any household issue.

Nehemiah Construction did a complete tear down and build of a new covered deck. It turned out better than I could have imagined. We will be spending more time on our new deck than ever before. Everyone was polite and great to work with, plus the work was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Nehemiah for any job, no matter the size. I know we will be using them in the future for a couple of interior remodeling projects.

We hired Nehemiah to replace old, outdated fixtures and add new ones on the exterior of our home. They also installed a new outlet inside our home. They were prompt and professional. When I think of the word Nehemiah the word wall comes to mind...and that is what we had an issue with that needed repaired. Apparently when it was built, flashing was not installed near the chimney and back door in the house that our parents live in. This led to water damage under the chimney and deck support and under the siding below the back door. Chanch and his crew did a great job removing, repairing, and replacing the areas of concern as well as replacing the back door. The project was bigger than we all initially anticipated (water works its way everywhere it can) but they advised along the way and worked with us on trying to control the cost. Communication was great during the process and they also did a great job cleaning up when they were done. We highly recommend Nehemiah Construction for your next project.

We hired Nehemiah for our kitchen refresh, and basement remodel projects back in Q1 2021. Their craftsmanship in tile, cabinetry, and carpentry was top-notch (i.e., surgical with the quarter round in our bar area). They did a good job of managing expectations amid supply chain shortages, back-office turnover, and the pandemic, all while following CDC guidelines when needed. We had one issue with a countertop sub-contractor who damaged drywall when installing our countertops due to their measurements being off. Rather than patching the drywall and moving on, Nehemiah removed the countertops, repaired the drywall, and pulled in another sub-contractor to install the countertops. Their experience and agility showed when working through this challenge. All in all, we are happy with the results of both projects and would partner with Nehemiah again.

We used Nehemiah Remodeling for an entire house remodel. The biggest part was most definitely in the kitchen. They took out a wall, moved all the electrical, moved the kitchen sink and replaced a window with a bigger one (which required them to cut out the siding). They also replaced the popcorn ceiling with a smooth ceiling as well as installed new light fixtures and added led can lights. They replaced all the kitchen cabinets, added an island and entirely new appliances. The house looks completely different....very open and bright! Nehemiah Remodeling did an excellent job and we couldn’t be more pleased! Their attentiveness to details and in precision were impeccable! We highly recommend them for any of your remodeling and/or construction needs!

Nehemiah replaced our rotting wood deck with a stamped concrete patio and extend our driveway by six feet. That involved removing an existing slab and the wood deck. They were on time for the estimate and turned the quote around quickly. I had three quotes and they were right in line with one other outfit (the third outfit was way high).
