Update- the owner did call me and came out and gave us an estimate for a new roof. Joe was very professional and apologized for his teams lack of professionalism. We had a good conversation and appreciated him taking the time to talk with us and give us an estimate when he was at our place. We have chosen to wait to have our roof replaced but will be giving him a call when we are ready to do. Thanks again Joe for all of your help and hard work in making things right.I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate for a new roof, window for our garage and possibly adding a second bathroom. They were very friendly, set up an appointment to give us an estimate. Josh came and talked with us and said it shouldnt take long to get us an estimate. We didnt hear anything for 2 weeks so I called Josh. He said he would call us back the next day with some information. He had a family illness that had kept him from getting back with us. We didnt hear anything. A week later I called him back since we hadnt heard anything. I left a message on his voicemail. I called the business number and spoke with Derrick. He said he was waiting to talk with Josh and one of them would be in touch with us later that day or the next day for sure. Its now been over 3 weeks since Josh came to give us the estimate and we still have no estimate and have not heard from Josh or Derrick. Sad....they did work for my cousins a couple of years ago and they were both very happy with them. I was hoping to use them also

This company was everything i expected and more! The consultants knowledge was exceptional and answered all of my questions and concerns and helped me chose the best product for our home. The installers were fantastic! They were on time and explained the process thoroughly and made me feel confident going into the project. The estimate took nearly a month and was so high I had to laugh!

My husband and I really needed our windows that were original to the home replaced. The windows were almost 50 years old so it was time to upgrade. We did some shopping around and found TruHome at a trade show in Rockford, IL. We signed up for estimates with multiple companies, did our research, and read reviews on all companies and TruHome had the best product for the best price. Richard came out to our home and gave a very informative presentation on the windows and was able to answer every question we had. It was nice to see options, as well as physically see the window and see how it worked. Since having our windows installed, we have definitely noticed a difference. Our drafts are gone, our house stays warmer, our energy bills have gone down, and we can no longer hear the loud kids at the park next door to us. We also feel much safer in our home with the windows safety lock feature..it will come in handy when our baby gets older and starts being adventurous. Right at the moment I am a little upset that they will not return our calls.Update: Still upset that the only contact we have with them is when we have called them! It has been one month since we signed the contract and we have heard nothing from them!
