They have had my window and doors for over a month. The lady in the offices always say “ they should be picking them up today or hopefully tomorrow”. They stopped returning my calls!!! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau because I already paid based off of the lady in the office telling me that they would be ready!!!

Firstly, I rarely ever review any business (for better or worse) but my experience with Crump & Co was so extraordinarily positive, I feel I have to share. My experience with other contractors has often been one where I get a quote for a job and then somehow by the time the bill comes, Ive been charged way more than the original quote. So I was shocked when they came promptly, did the work, and because it was simpler than expected, waived the initial fee I was quoted. I was flabbergasted! Talk about restoring your faith in humanity! This company is honest and goes above and beyond. Thanks so much! Will definitely recommend them to others and call them back if we have any other needs they can address.

The Crump installation guys were efficient, friendly and fast. They gave thorough instructions about the new shower glass and left the shower beautifully clean! The service was great and the new glass doors are amazing! thank you Crump!

These guys framed and put glass on a full shower and added a door to another. Crump & Company is 1st class all the way. They were affordable, and prompt.

This is a customer service driven company. Someone always answers the phone. The original company that installed my seamless shower, came multiple times to fix excessive leaking with no success.Crump and Company worked with my schedule and fix the problem. The install crew is very knowledgeable and friendly.Highly recommend this company.
