Have nothing bad to say very professional they left no mess on my boiler replacement

We chose the Lennox top of the line furnace and A/C. We are very pleased. It is very quiet and heats the house well. Dave and Adam installed the furnace one day and the A/C later. Professionalism was 1st rate. They worked to keep our house clean and explained what they were doing. Dave is an excellent teacher. We will stick with Lanz.

Excellent service!! We discovered our hot water heater had finally worn out after 14 years. On a Saturday afternoon around noon. By 10:00 that night we had a brand new hot water heater installed and working great! Lanz Furnace and Fireplace saved the day. We were very happy with the service we received!!

They totally squared away my boiler and got my system running like a top. I was also left with good maintenance instuctions. I was in dire need to get this system running properly.

Needing to make an appointment for furnace issues. Not necessarily emergent. Was told not able to work in new customers. I even asked for later in the week and although it would be scheduled, they wouldnt guarantee that the appointment would be kept. Poor customer service.
