Walked in having an idea of what I was looking to have done however I needed some assistance. Kelly greeted me, asked what brought me in today. Attempting to explain, she asked me some open ended questions and offered some suggestions. Kelly walked me though what she was thinking to make sure it aligned with what I was thinking. I left VERY satisfied. I found my new nail tech!!! 😊💅🏾

I came for my birthday on Tuesday...Kelly is AMAZING! I came in for a pedicure and full set and left with way more than I expected! She was so helpful and even let me copy her nails a little bit! Just made a few customizing changes for my style and Im so happy with the outcome!UPDATE (2/3/2021): After going back time and time again I would like to say again that Kelly is AMAZING! I will not go see anyone else! She always does a wonderful job and beautiful designs! Thank you!

I would give this place no stars what so ever because its apparent if youre black in this salon you get treated differently than white customers. Arrived early around 4:45 on a Tuesday was the first person in for that time and signed in went to have a seat to get waited on. There were 3 other women that came in after I was there and they were serviced first. The technicians in there only knew how to do manicures and pedicures. I went for full service eye brows, feet, fingernails. They dont have to worry about ever getting anymore business from me or any recommendation.

The lady kept stabbing me with her nails and she was squeezing my hand when getting my nails done and I spent 80$ and got a crooked nail And the lady does not know how to apply the dip powder and I did not even get what I asked for

I just got a manicure there and I have never been more disappointed. She was so rushed. The nail polish was applied so thick and won’t dry. It looks like a toddler painted my nails. She filed them into oblivion and I all I have are nubs left. I will never go back there again and I suggest you don’t waste your time and money either.

I love having my pedicure/manicures done at Tips & Toes. They are very clean and sterilize their equipment. They have such a relaxing atmosphere, and a kind, professional staff. If I chip a nail,they are more than happy to fit me in and fix the nail. I have had so compliments on my nails and have recommended Tips & Toes to many people. Tips & Toes, youre awesome!!

I went here for the first time today and I had an amazing experience! I was able to get in quick and had acrylics put on, shaped, ombré paint, and a design in less than an hour and it looks AMAZING! My stylist, I think her name was Kelly, was kind, gentle, and gave me exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be going back! 10/10 recommend

First time getting my nails done at this location and I’m disappointed. I got a full set, black French tip with a coffin shape ( $30 for the full set $5 for the shape and $5 for French tip for a total of $40). I thought the price was pretty reasonable and the reviews were decent so I was excited to get my nails done. The lady doing my nails was kind but very confusing. First she shaped my nails and she took a nail clipper to shape my nails which I hate when nail salons do that they always come out different shapes, but I let her continue my nails with out saying anything and she ends up getting my finger caught and cutting it and tells me “it’s fine small cut you have tough skin”. While she was buffing and shaping a woman walked in that knew the lady doing my nails and she said she was in a rush and needed her to do her nails so my nail tech began to rush on my nails which I do not appreciate. There were about 4 other ladies working there just doing nothing so I’m not sure why not one of them could’ve done her nails or why the lady couldn’t wait or come back considering she didn’t have an appointment. I always inspect my nails when getting them done because I’m paying for the service, so when I saw a few of my nails not straight I asked if she could fix them and she barely did anything to them. She pulled out acrylic and asked if she could use gel instead of acrylic and she had not a single clue about anything I was talking about. After a few minutes of talking about it she said she can do gel it will just cost more which is normal so I agreed. She then continued to use acrylic so at this point I was just annoyed and let her do what she wanted. I continued to ask her to straighten the tips out and she ignored me. She then put a gel clear top coat on my nail and said she was doing gel but I didn’t ask for the no chip I asked for the gel powder. She then got up and picked out a black polish and it was normal nail polish but it just didn’t make sense because she just told me she was doing no chip. She did one coat of black and cleaned it up I asked if she could do another coat and she told me she can’t because the polish would be too thick. The entire time I was getting my nails done the lady that walked in with out an appointment continued to ask my nail tech when she would be done so that just made her rush more. She put a tip coat on it and then just told me to sit at the drying table. I noticed a bunch of mistakes but honestly I had given up on asking her to fix things. While wait for my nails to dry all the other employees were outside on their phones and one was sleeping or just laying down in the other room. I went to pay and she charged me an extra $5 for the gel but I literally didn’t get that. They only have cash only tips so make sure you have enough cash on you. I spent a total of 20ish minutes in this salon which I’m my opinion is way to little of time to get any decent nails and let alone a full set. I do not recommend coming here my nails aren’t terrible but not was I was expecting and not worth the money.

All my nails are different sizes, my sister wasnt even asked how long she wanted her acrylics. When I got on the phone with the man he just kept sayin mhm mhm mhm $100 for this?!?!?!?!?! Im not someone that complains at all! But this was just horrible!!!!

I went in on Sunday morning for a acrylic fill, the place looked cute, clean and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately the woman doing my nails didn’t understand a word I said & didn’t say one word to me the whole time. So that wasn’t the best experience. By Monday morning 4 nails were already lifting and there were marks all over them, they feel sticky and even touching something leaves marks on them. Not sure what they use or what but they are not good quality at all. I’m a stay at home mom of three kids so the weekends are my days to have mommy time so haven’t had the chance to go back & am highly disappointed in spending money here.

I was in here about a month ago and forgot the guys name that did my nails However it was the best job I’ve ever had. I got a full set and he did exactly what I wanted and he took his time unlike other places and I wasn’t charged extra for the shape I wanted. I live in the city 20miles away and would definitely go back as I did this past Tuesday but they were closed for Halloween 😔

Worse service ever. Owner has ignored me twice on two different days, she is very rude and not accommodating. Doesnt communicate well and very unprofessional. She assume I couldnt pay and that was never a problem. In fact I paid and she still kept talking about it. She refused to do the design I wanted and walked away from the job. Very unprofessional They use gorilla glue to decorate your nails!!! Total hazard

The nail techs were very professional, courtesy and patient! I took my 3 yr old in with me for her birthday and they were fabulous!!!!

So I happen to be out where this nail spa is located and stopped in for a pedicure and manicure. The place is immaculate and the atmosphere is very cozy. Kelly did both my pedi and mani and she was FABULOUS! I like that everything was sterile and brand new. Literally, I saw the techs tearing open brand new pkgs of tools for each client.

They are a very clean and sanitary place, and have great customer service!

Awesome A++++++ service. My nails are beautiful. Salon is lovely and very clean and they are so nice. Offer you drinks when you sit down for pedi and they know each customer by name which is very impressive. They want to make sure you like you nails so they will constantly ask if everything is ok and to your liking. So pleased!

Nice employees. Bad quality work, no chip didn’t even last a week. Got nails done Tuesday and by Sat no chip was already lifting off my nail and finally chipped today (Sunday). Paid $90 after no chip mani/pedi and tips. Was serviced by 2 people that I asked to leave a tip for and they added a tips for 3 people.

I went there today for the first t. They served me right away and without a appointment. Nice work I was pampered, its worth a few extra bucks

Have been looking for a new place for 2 months. Was in the area so I thought Id try this place. Lue did a great job with my pedicure! She is so warm and kind. I look forward to coming back for a long time. Cant wait to treat my daughter to a great mani-pedi when she returns to the states.
