I really disliked the job they did. The nail is extremely thick and the shaping isn’t good either.

Prices are high for gel and cats eye. I was told they had 20% off when I called to make a appointment. When I walked in they said I needed a coupon. Was not told that. They did not honor what they told me. The gel nails are also very thick. Will not go back.

I have gone to Lee for a couple of years and had great service - which is why I gave it three stars. If I reviewed based on my last three visits it would be a one star review. I went in this evening for a pedicure and fill in and had requested a design be painted on a couple of my nails and Ivy assured me they would take care of me. A couple of minutes into my pedicure, a nail technician came over to start fill in. I would have preferred to relax while getting my pedicure, but I allowed it. To be clear, Hong did an amazing pedicure and I was very pleased! After moving to the nail station, I saw Ivy leaving and asked the woman doing my nails if she knew I wanted a design painted on my nails and she assured me she could do it. When she began applying to clear topcoat I mentioned the design again only to be told she “can do it no problem” then a couple of minutes later she puts the oil on my cuticles and says we were finished. She ignored my response that I wanted a design painted on my nails.The past few times I have been there, I have felt rushed out. I love getting different designs and they used to have some great techs who were talented and seemed to enjoy doing my nails. I no longer feel as if they even want my business.

I absolutely love this place for my lashes! They do an amazing job, she is kind, gentle and very professional. The first time i went in about 4 months ago, she explained everything to detail and asked me how i would like them to look and it came out exactly how i envisioned. I have been leaving completely satisfied every single time since then.If you are thinking about getting a lash extension definitely come here, you will not regret it! I usually go during the week so the place is always nice and quiet. Parking is usually available directly in front of the store and they are always on schedule. I couldnt be happier

The first two times I came here were great. This time it seemed like the nail technician was new or had no idea what she was doing. She barely glued the nail tips on my finger, resulting in 8/10 of them breaking off a week later. She filed my nails for so long that my fingers were raw and sore for days, and she took so long that another nail technician had to do my other hand (I wish he just did my nails because he actually knew what he was doing). The customer service was great, everyone is friendly which is why I feel bad leaving a nasty review but when you pay for nails for $60 with your hard earned money you expect them to last and be of good quality. Also my middle finger nail is so crooked it looks ridiculous. I’ll never go back! Not worth the $60, just for them to fall right off and waste 2 hours of my time.Also, all of my nails are either really thick or too thin. The acrylic is uneven. Most of them are different lengths. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for years and this is the worst set I’ve ever had.

I love coming here. The staff is so friendly and my nails are always perfect even. Toe polish lasts for months. My feet always feel so much better after the hot stone pedicure 😍

Nick was awesome! I’ve been here twice so far and have only had very positive experiences. I’m so picky I don’t usually get them done bc people usually mess them up and I get so frustrated, but I’ll definitely be back to this place. The man who did my nails and the man at the front desk were both very friendly and attentive. A little on the pricier side compared to some other nail places I’ve been but SO worth it! Highly recommended!

I took my 93 year old mother with me to get our Pedis done. They took great care of us, especially mom who has tender feet. We will be going back again! I recommend using Lee Nails.

Me and my mom have been going there for years and have never had a problem there! We loved it there. Well shortly after they changed locations the service started to suck. Today was our last straw with them. We went and got no chip manicures and they got a new machine to dry the no chip. Well the machine was burning my mothers hand so she didnt put it in all the way, well her nail lady and my nail lady kept badgering her to put her hand in more when my mom kept repeating no this hurts can I have an old machine please Ive been coming for years and the old machine never burned me. They told her they didnt have any old machines left and that if her nails get messed up at home its her fault and they wont fix it since she wouldnt stick her hand in the machine all the way. My mom then told them no its the machines fault this is burning me! Well they kept telling her to stick her hand in the machine more and she refused and then shortly after they went in the back and got an old machine when they supposedly told us they didnt have any old ones left. Im sorry but thats terrible customer service! If someone says the machine is burning them dont force them to shove their hand in more listen to the customer! Also the last couple times Ive gone there my nails are always uneven, the no chip is all bubbled and peeling off, and they are just rough now. I never complain and will never talk about a business but today was just terrible.

I tried Lee Nails more than once. I thought that their service would get better. It didnt, it got worse. Many of their staff are unfriendly and unprofessional. In addition the quality of their service is coarse and unproficient. Definitely not worth their high prices.

The first time I went I had a good experience. The second time I went the man overcharged me $15 and after explaining to him that he overcharged me $15 he didnt want to give me back the money that I had paid in cash. He knew exactly what he did after I made a big deal about it because its a big deal he then returned my $15. I went again this time with my daughter this past Sunday Fathers Day my daughter was going to get acrylics done which is 25. I explained to the girls at the front desk my daughter will be getting acrylic and they completely understood which service she will be getting as they had explained this to the man who was going to do my daughters nails which happened to be the same man who tried gypping me $15 the previous time. My daughter also explained to him that she was going to be getting acrylic nails applied. This man took it upon himself to later say that he applied gel nails to her and after reviewing her nails it definitely did not look like he had done so. He never applied her hands into the UV light ones I said something to them thats when he decided to take up the lamp and pretend like he was going to put her hands in there which in reality did nothing at all. It just so happened that this man is the owner of the place. He then had the decency of charging me $45. once again he tried overcharging me for a service that I did not want that I did not ask for and he tried pushing the $45 on me but I wasnt having it. He reluctantly gave me back whatever I was overcharged . I will never ever ever go to these crooks again and I do not recommend anyone going to these crooks!!

I have been coming to Lee Nails for 6 years and I cant imagine going any place else. They provide the best service and great prices with the best results. My nails have never looked better and I cant wait to try their other services.

I stopped here randomly before my monthly massage at Massage Envy and have been coming back ever since! The technitions are always courteous and do a great job. My no chip manicure always lasts at least 3 weeks. The atmosphere is tranquil and very relaxing and they give really good leg and hand massages.I would definitely recommend Lee Nails to those in the area.

Ive been going here for a few months now for my manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. Never had a bad experience even after dealing with different nail techs. But today was my worst experience with Ben truly unhappy with my powder dip manicure!! He buff and sanded my nails way to much, will make darn sure I never sit with him.

I do not recommend going to Lee Nails.On 3/24/19, I sat down with one of the workers for a Fill-In. He filled them in with acrylic powder, then used an electronic tool to smooth it out. In doing so, he kept scraping at the skin surrounding my nail. Pretty much all of my fingers are red around my cuticle area and as seen in the picture, I left bleeding. I kept pulling away, making it known he was hurting me but he wasnt getting the hint or just didnt care.He then began his attempt at filing them down. I came in with Almond shape and wanted it again. He started by using a nail file but he didnt seem confident so he switched to an electric tool. In doing that, it took off too much on the sides and left them completely misshapen. Not at all even, very jagged and some were way too thin and pointy. But he kept going. Picked up the nail file and started to file down the misshapen nails. Having to take off even more from the sides and left them so thin and going in different directions. All bad!I kindly told him that I didnt like the shaping and pointed out all the errors and he tried to fix them. He asked if it was better, I said no and told him what the issues were. He then began to add more acrylic to a few nails because he took too much off and couldnt fix the shape without doing so. He began again but still wasnt getting it.At that point, he got the manager to take over. The manager did help the situation but the shape was still thin, pointy and the length was not even from finger to finger. He had asked me at one point if I was happy with the shape and allowed me half a second to look before he continued. At that point, I was just ready to get out of there so I didnt say anything. He didnt seem at all concerned with fixing my poor experience. When he was finished, we went to the front to pay and he didnt offer any type of discount for the poor quality of work from the first associate or the fact that I had been there going on 3 hours.I ended up having to file them down myself when I got home because of how sharp and uneven they were.Needless to say, I wont be returning.

I always really enjoyed this place, but this is the second time I came there to get a no chip manicure and I peeled the polish off within a few days. First time I went back to get them redone. Which turned out great. Second time I got them done a few months later, polish peeled off a few days later. I enjoyed going there but I will never come back. Just wasting my time and money. Theres too many inexperienced technicians.

I come here all the time for pedicures and they always do a nice job but I got a no chip manicure for the first time today and I loved it!! Very fast and friendly service.

Ive recently switched nail salons to Lee nails and the service is great. The technicians do an excellent job and ive never had a bad experience. Aaron typically does my nails and he goes above and beyond to give me exactly what I want.

Worst nail place i’ve ever been to. I frequently get my nails done, and every time I go to Lee Nails in Mokena they charge me a different price for the same services. Unprofessional, rude, and overpriced. The nails do not last and look horrible in a week. Do not recommend.

I just move to new Lenox and try a few place to had my nails done, after trying couple place around my house didn’t like it I had prefer by someone at hair place about the lee nails! Wow this place is difference from any nails salon around beautiful inside design like a bar and atmosphere was nice I can’t smell a thing, usually when I come to a nails salon I could smell liquid and acetone but not this place very clean and well maintained the most informants is I love my nails, it’s been 2 week and my nails still great! I went in today to get my nails done by a gentleman. As he was doing my nails I realized about 4 of my nails that weren’t even, crooked, and slanted. My pointer finger is extremely slanted on the side that there’s no fixing to it unless I grow it out for 130 years 😒. While he was doing my nails, I kept telling him that 2 certain nails were still crooked, and all he said was “oh yea oh yea” and went back to “file” it. The bonding is on my skin (won’t come off) and the sides of my skin alongside of my nails are bonded together. Plus the gel he applied across some of my nails are extremely in even. Super disappointed in this nail salon. It gets 2 stars because the lady at the from greeted me and she was really nice. I ignored the other reviews that gave this place a one star but seriously, go spend your money else where!

I love the no-chip they got its more color to choose from, i also have great experience on pedicure its so relax and great massage everyone were friendly and helpful. this is only place i want to spend the $$$ for.

I have been going to this salon for some time. I recently started to make appointments due to my schedule being hectic. Several times they didnt write down the appointment, or they have made me wait for my appointment. I only go to one person so that makes it difficult. Another thing Id like to inform you of is the product. I usually bring my own due to it being so thinned out that it chips off immediately. Lack of respect for a persons time and cheap product. Ashame!

This place did an absolutely horrendous job on my full set of nails and no chip polish. They look completely ridiculous - thick and phoney, not even close to the natural look I asked for when I walked in. No human on earth has a finger nail shaped the way they did mine. I literally walked out and called another nail salon immediately to have them stripped and reshaped. Honestly - no one has nails that are a quarter inch thick and wider than your natural nail bed. I will NEVER return! The only reason they have a star is because you cannot post less than that rating.

I went in there yesterday and the guy that did my feet, was very unprofessional! He kept flirting with me and saying that he could be mines. As soon as he got done with my feet, he kept fixing my legends and started to rub on my knees. I felt weird about that because thats never happened to me before whenever I get a pedi! Usually when I get a pedi is just my feet and the massage scrub. He didnt have to rub on my knees that way. I felt weird because he knew exactly what he was doing. I get up to go pay for my bill, he tried play me with the bill and I was so glad that one of the staff were there to witness the bill because she said that I didnt have to pay $65. Other than that! I still didnt like how he rubbed on knees like that!!! I wasnt happy with my whole pedi treatment!!! I had a very stressful day yesterday and my plan was to sit down and relaxed. Not get treated like that!! Im not going back there ever again!😡😡😡😡😡

Just another reminder to never visit this nail salon, it’s been a month and my nails are still screwed. This place hires nail technicians who have no idea what they’re doing and they waste hours of clients time only to leave them with disgusting uneven nails that break in 2 days. I paid $60 to be left with ratchet nails that have fallen off and left my real nail bleeding and shred down to nothing. They said they would refund me if I had a reciept, like they couldn’t remember my actual face. What a joke.

I have been to Lees Nails before and on the weekend and never had a problem. I went there 2 weeks ago and got my nails done very simple. Nail polish and a flower design with Rhinestones. They cut my nails way to short without asking what size I wanted then messed up the design 3 times. I was so frustrated I said just leave it I want to leave but they insisted that they fix it. A girl fixed the nails but it was so uneven I just said keep it and left. I decided to go back again a week later thinking it was a bad day and got my nails done with the new glitter gel tips. They arent even at all. You can see all the glitter on the right hand but nothing on the left hand lol. I asked for a fill and I got charged $45?! I asked twice saying this isnt right but I was so frustrated I left. I called back and asked how much would it be for a fill for gels and the glitter tips they told me $30 plus a 10% discount for everything today so the total would be $27? Why did I pay $45?! I will not be coming back. Very disappointed.
