I walked in to get my no chip mani removed. The place was dark and the layers of dust on every surface. The table and chair I was seated at was full of nail dust, clippings and hair. The tech didn’t even bother to wipe it off. As I was soaking my nails, I didn’t even notice the aquarium next to me because it was so cloudy, didn’t look like fish were in there until swam to glass. And when the tech couldn’t get all polish off with tool, he took the toughest file and files it off destroying my cuticles. I had to pull back many times. Will never go back to this spot.

Highly recommend. Henry (male) gives a great no-chip pedicure. Ching (female) does a great no chip pedicure /manicure with fill. The staff isn’t as “polite, friendly” as I wish they would be especially for such loyal customers, as myself, but, i sense this might be a cultural difference in experiencing. So, i tolerate it because the outcome of the nails are great. This location has a gotten significantly busier so make that appointment & call to cancel if needed. Unfortunately the prices keep going up for some reason, but i still choose to come here due to the skill level. Have been coming here since 2020 & have had a consistent experience everytime w/ different employees. Definitely significant room for improvement with attitudes (customer service-wise) but skill-wise, they’ll do a great job for you if you’re willing to shell out the $$$ & they do keep their equipment clean, which is a priority.

Terrible customer service. The receptioninsts/workers are very condescending. They take the people who they want to service even if you walked in before someone. When my daughter and I walked in they initally told me 15 minutes, 10 minutes pass, they take 3 others in front of us, I let it go. I waited patiently as the worker checked out a customer, she was done, tried to walk away like I wasnt standing there, after I said excuse me, she rudely looked at me, I asked her how much longer for pedicures for my daughter and I, she says 15 minutes, I responded you said that 30 min ago and proceeded to walk out, she sarcasticlly says bye. I used to like this place but noticed that the place and service is going down. I will gladly take my dollars else where, deuces! And the one star is so I could post this!

I visited this place two times and it is by far the best pedicure Ive ever had. I highly recommend for a nice treat

I went to get a full set acrylic lastweek . the tech was just terrible, pulling my finger twist them and over all just rough not caring or putting much focus in the job while on the phone. Just felt super uncomfortable . A thin layer of acrylic was placed and a messy paint job I hate it set after

As soon as I walked into the shop I was asked what type of service did I want, I answered. Sat down for 15min. As soon as I was called I sat down &&’ the guy tech started filing my nails stating they were too small for an overlay (which i did not ask for) I said no I want a full set, he then said what he asked me &&’ what he thought I said twice in a negative manner, I quickly apologized for the misunderstanding, he then said something in his native language &&’ shook his head. I ran out of there ! I travel 20mins from home just for this location . Never again !

We came in an hour and a half before closing. We called to see if it was okay for us to come and the girl on the phone was so nice and told us we could come right away. We live a half hour away so left and came in. The lady at the door was super rude and loud and told us we couldn’t be serviced. After explaining that we were told to come in they serviced us in a very unprofessional way, rushing and doing a poor job.Update: I made the original review while I was in the chair. The technician cut straight through the side of my toenail and it bled:( I had to stop the pedicure and I asked him not to paint them. I still paid $28 for my service, too. :(

Horrible. Horrible!! Got a mani pedi. The lady they assigned mutilated my cuticles. I’ve been bleeding off and on since I’ve left. Having to wear a bandaid, might as well had done it myself! She also applied a clear coat on only certain areas of EVERY finger, so my polish looks very tacky. Will never go back. This place is horrible! They will definitely be seeing a charge back soon.

My MIL & I got mani-pedis… along with unevenly trimmed nails, polish on our skin, missed areas on our nails, and jagged cuticles with bleeding. We won’t be back.

I make appointments to get my nails done every time i come here and they never put their appointments first, they take walk ins first. And they never ask for your name when you try to make an appointment. Don’t recommend coming here.

This is the only place I trust with my nails. they always take care of me and make sure my nails are flawless! I get gel no chip every time, like them longer and always get stones. they pay so much attention to detail, whether its the shape of my actual nail or the stone designs, everything looks perfect every time. my nails have NEVER broken off, even the stones. Ive tried other salons and have been getting my nails done for YEARS, and every other place doesnt even compare. Ive never waited to be seated for more than 5 minutes, even when busy. staff is friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about you and your nails. 💕

I used to love this place, I came for about 2 years! Until recently, I was dissatisfied. There was no care while I got my manicure. I left with cotton ball hairs on my nails and in my nail polish. The dead skin was still around my cuticles. He didnt shape or file down my nails after i asked for them to be cut, leaving them all uneven. He didnt seem to care how they looked. He was done within 10 minutes. I could have done my nails myself.

Had my bridal party here. The customer service was great and they had more than enough employees on hand to service everyone. They allowed us to decorate and they also provided tables for beverages and snacks. If you are looking to host a event here, then check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I went to get no chip and the next day 3 of my no chip nails completely peeled off, they rushed through the process I was out of the nail salon within 25 minutes when usually it takes a good hour when I go somewhere else for no chip. I could of done my nails my self if I knew they were just going to come undone in one day instead of wasting money on them.

I asked for long fakes. She cut where I usually wear them. I said okay, that I liked them. She then continued to cut more off the sides. They are too short for what I originally asked for. I left, thinking they will grow on me, WRONG. I hate them. Called back to see if I can get them fixed. The women argued with me & told me I have to completely get a new set & pay ANOTHER almost $40. Ridiculous. On top, of them not being long enough, some are too pointy, some are more rounded. I, however, do like the color and the matte finish. First time customer, was recommended by a friend. Will for sure keep to my usual place. I’m not picky and almost never leave reviews. I have never been so unhappy with how my nails look.

Every time I come here I leave with a great acrylic set! They have trendy colors and are well priced. Friendly staff that are great at what they do. In my six months of fills I have only been mildly dissatisfied once because one nail shape was a little off.

After trying a lot of nail salons over the years I think this is the best one Ive been to! Andy did my nails and he wa great. Told him what I wanted and he did exactly that. So glad I found a good place !! Will def be back

The place is absolutely gorgeous and CLEAN!!!! Ive been to many nail shop and this one by far is the best!!! the services are amazing. I was offered water and magazine to read while getting my pedicure. The technicians took their time to do my nails and toe everytime I came. The best thing was they all speak English so they understand what I was saying. Loved their milk and honey pedicure!!! Already recommended this place to all of my friends and family.

I wanted to leave a review because finding a great nail spa is very challenging to all of us. What I liked the most about this spa isn’t their environment it isn’t the pretty chandelier it isn’t the Fishtank it’s the CustomerService the attitude that the technicians have and their willingness to do exactly what I wanted them to do this is something that a lot of spies fail at and this is a big reason why I don’t return to the fancy places that have everything that looks to be an amazing spa minus the CustomerService this place gets it right even if it’s something that they don’t necessarily think would look nice they follow what the customer wants and that’s a salon that I’ll go back to you again and again I do think they have an area of Opportunity to increase the visibility of their sanitation practices being a registered nurse and knowing how quickly a fungus can take over and now especially on our feet it’s very important to have impeccable sanitation and sterile equipment and it’s important that the customer is very aware of that I give this salon and A.

Went with my in law to get Mani pedis. The pedi was ok did not do as I asked. She had an attitude when I told her what and how I would like them done. Now for my Mani, she never buffed never trimmed the cuticle and filed them wrong I myself will not be back. Very sad because it is hard to find a good place.

I went in to get acrylics put on, I waited over half a hour when there was barely anyone in there, the whole time the tech kept walking away and coming back a few minutes later after disappearing to the back, then at one point he got up and walked out the door, got in his car and DROVE AWAY! I was left alone in the middle of getting my nails done for 10-15 min until he came back from where ever he went to! A time prior to this they made me wait a hour to fix one nail that broke a day after I got them done and took people who didnt have a appointment and walked in after me, before they took me.

Grand opening. Nice ambiance. Friendly and very attentive.

I used to love this place because there was an awesome techniacian I used she has now left and they are under new management. There’s no top table of the best nail technician. They have more people there and don’t know who all is properly trained. When I get my nails done I always get fake gel or acrylic so I’ve seen my share of crappy. I needed a fill and repair in acrylic bc I was in town. I’m extremely picky with my nails, here they make them look very thick I asked for square and they rounded the tips, there’s blobs of nail polish under my nails which I asked to be removed an he failed to do and told him to forget it bc the blob was still there. He cut my fingers with the file. They don’t shape them to you finger so it looks like a blob on your hand. If you’ve had great nails done before this it is not a place to try. If you got lucky definitely stick with that tech bc they will place you with anyone. Also they will find anyway to charge you a crazy amount a fill n repair cost me 40$ which is almost the price of a new set, told him the price I said it was suppose to be n he laughed. I luckily held my tongue n just paid n will never return I would go to a real salon before I go to this place. I don’t know what people’s version of clean is but they were easy to deceive bc they don’t wash their tools seen them do pedicures n just wipe out the bowl with no cleaner n place the next person in. So if you have decent standards of cleanliness and actually talent to do nails then this place is not for you. Crappy standards n uncleanliness bc you don’t know what clean is then this place is just for you they would gladly destroy your nails and rob your wallet.

This place deserves zero stars. I made an appointment for 445. I arrived at 430. I was taken back at 445 for my pedicure. I asked 3 people if they had the matching no chip polish to match the regular paint color I chose for my toes. Everyone said yes. I sat in the water from 445 to 522. I saw many people being serviced and passing me by weird. I also noticed all the other patrons were offered a pedicure menu, which I was never offered. I saw others offered wine, Champaign and water. I was NEVER offered anything. Finally a tech came to service me. Sam the technician did a terrible job on my cuticles not cutting any skin or really doing any work at all. Someone else came to finish. After the paint was on my toes I went to get my no chip manicure and was told they DID NOT HAVE THE MATCHING COLOR!!! Weird because I asked 3 employees BEFORE I got my toes painted. Now your telling me you dont have it. Needles to say I am very upset my hands and feet dont match. They werent busy and I didnt get out of there until 722! Why did it take so long? Why was I not offered any service? Everyone kept asking is everything ok, when they knew it wasnt. I was late for an appointment because a simple no chip manicure and crappy pedicure took almost 3 hours and it was slow as molasses in this shop! Plus theyre way over priced! Stay away. Bad bad customer service!

Love this palace lol place... Staff is professional. Andy and Amy are the best.. Some dont always understand u but its ok... They have private rooms if u book party. And they keep up on the new things p.s. i love the new pedichairs prices are reasonable and they have a rewards card.
