I came here by recommendation of my neighbor and love it. Got my first nail dip and I am hooked, gonna be a regular now! Such friendly service and I appreciate that appointments are honored. I’ve been to other nail salons in the area and hands down, this is the best in Mokena.

I have always been happy with the services at LA Nails. Sam greets her clients by name. The salon is always clean. The staff care and make sure you are happy with your finished manicure or pedicure. They are always helpful choosing colors. It’s a great place for a little self-care!

About an hour and a half session with both me and my mom. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE RESULTS. everyone was so accommodating even though I kept changing reservation plans, I truly appreciate how patient they were with me 😭 and my mom loved her nails cuz she has had a good experience with nails salons but everyone here blew her aeay and wants to come here everytime she wants to get pampered. Will definitely come back! I had something simple cuz my job doesnt allow painted nails so I was just happy to be able to get a mani pedi for the first time in a couple months 😤❤️❤️❤️❤️ (and sorry for the photos, they do not do the nails justice lol)

This LA Nails location does not honor your appointments. On a couple of recent occasions I’ve made an appointment over a week in advance however when I arrive at the shop (on time) I’ve had to wait in excess for 30 minutes. It shouldn’t be a money grab…Treat your “regular” customers with respect.

Yesterday I got possibly the BEST MANICURE I’ve ever had. John did my new set of gel nails after 6 months of Covid caution. The salon was impeccably clean and everyone was completely careful about all the safety measures. Ill be back soon for a pedicure!!THANKS LA NAILS!!

My Nails after 4 days. Middle finger was a repair that looks nothing like my natural nails. Arcrylic is chipping on both hands.

It’s our 3rd time to this place. Today they were in a hurry i guessed, didnt do what we expected. Not even close to what we had before.No trimming, no buffing, the service we chose said 10 minutes massage, they just gave us a few strokes and then were done. So disappointed, what a waste of money. Im not coming back here.

Visited this location after a very long shift and the service which was a pedicure seemed very lacking from the moment we weren’t asked what kind of pedicure we wanted. The very least was done for even the most basic pedicure. No buffing of nails. Cuticles were not trimmed. The buffing of dried skin was given a few strokes of genuine concern and the towels were lukewarm at best. Very disappointed

I originally had no chip on that lasted me 4 weeks from another place. I came here thinking it was good because it was inside and the man at the desk was very friendly. The place seemed very clean. The lady who removed my no chip did not know what she was doing. She kept hurting me and the way she took of my no chip was damaging my nails so bad. I asked for no chip and she painted them very nicely and I liked the results at the end. But this is NO CHIP I got my nails done on Sunday and they started chipping on Wednesday. I am very disappointed.

I love LA nails in mokena! Simon always does a fabulous job and gives me the best pedicures. Sam- the owner, is a very sweet lady that you can tell cares about her employees and costumers.

I as a bit uneasy making the appointment, with the COVID distancing going on. I was so shocked when arriving to the Salon. The place was spotless and very clean. There was a older man cleaning after each client and the clear shields up to keep you pretty well distance from the tech.MEGAN WAS AWESOME. Even though they were not letting air of clients in at one time, they treated everyone so professionally. My nails were so close to perfect. She made my day, week and I will be back. Client for life.

The staff is pretty nice, and they do a pretty good job at most of their nail services, however I do not recommend this place if you are interested in doing dip powder. I’ve had this done by multiple people at this salon and every time it ends up looking lumpy and unprofessional. There are other salons in the area that do a great job of the dip powder that makes your nails look smooth and natural. If this is what you’re interested in I would recommend going somewhere else where they know how to do it correctly.

Love my DIP manicures from here they always last so long and look fantastic. The gentleman who checks peoplee inat the front desk is verry ncie and always accomodating.

Absolutely the best nail salon I’ve been to!!!!! Super friendly staff, they’re fast and get you in & out. Most places screw up my acrylics making them crooked and all different lengths but LA nails is always amazing!!!! I’ll never go anywhere else! Staff is super nice and friendly and I always feel very welcomed. Wish I could give this place 10 stars they deserve it!

Always clean and nice. They do a great job. If you arent happy with your nails they will fix them or redo them. I always go to this place.

Fantastic service and friendly staff at this salon! Tony was quick but not rushy and made sure I was satisfied with the shape of my nails. He even finished with a cuticle trip and short hand massage! I will definitely return in the future.

Taking FULL precautions for covid. I sat amd watched for over an hour while getting my nails done. Thermoscanned each visitor and provided hand sanitizer. Partion of glass between client and nail tech. Felt very comfortable. Friendly staff

My pedi was great, but my nails I’ll just get the. Fixed at my normal place! my nails didn’t need much done and they still look off! I even had to take the file and help shape them because he had them so crooked when all he had to do was follow the shape from my normal girl. All in all I won’t even come back here!

Just moved to the area and Im happy I found such a great place on the 1st try. Theyre friendly, very clean and the nail tech, Tony, did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new place!

I recommend LA Nails to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and professional salon to get their nails done at. Sam, the owner, does an amazing job of taking care of her clients and making sure that they are completely satisfied. My favorite thing to get done is the no chip polish because it last more than 2 weeks and there are tons of selections to choose from!

He’s very personable and answered all of my questions as well as giving me advice on what to do with my nails. More nail salons need people like Tommie!

I started coming to L.A. Nails when I moved to Frankfort. I brought my entire bridal party here too for our wedding and everyone (including a bridesmaid who is a nail tech herself) was very happy with their nails! I have been coming every 3 weeks since and the service is great, my nails are always perfect and last 3 weeks, and they have the best color selection for no-chip Ive ever seen. I highly recommend!

This is my usual place to go for a pedicure. I love it! In the 10 or so years Ive been going here, Ive had a couple of off experiences but thats probably because I dont get the same person everytime.

I recommend LA Nails in Mokena for an awesome hot wax pedicure, It will pamper your feet and make you feel wonderful. I enjoy getting this pedicure, the place is clean, neat and organized and the the technicians are excellent and very friendly.

I have been here a few times. Just last month I took my 76 year old mother for a mani/pedi. The technician (I dont recall his name), he was so attentive to my mother and her needs! She was thrilled and nails looked great! We will be back again soon!

They re-use their paraffin wax for pedicures after a customer is done and melt the wax to re-use again. They also pay their employees extra to have their friends and family write them 5 star reviews. Over priced and they dont clean their utensils with anything but water and throw them back into little medical looking sealed bags without any other form of sanitation. The owners are also kinda rude and fake nice--they treat their employees horribly. There were multiple occasions where I would be yelled at and blamed for things that were not my fault, and a few times where I was yelled at so much (once in front of customers) that my boss made me so awful that I cried. First hand experience with all of this- I worked there for over a year.

Such a friendly salon. It is amazing how Sam (the owner) can remember everyones names. I always have great service and my nochip always last more than 2 weeks.

I will have to say I have been here a few times and loved how they did my nails.. I was in about a week and half ago and asked to get a thin layer of overlay to help protect my nail so it can grow without breaking. The tech that did my nails-i cant remember her name-did a horrible job I wanted a natural look bit this looked anything but. First she cut me when doing my nails bit didnt care than she completely disregarded how I wanted my nails to look. And finally she didnt even put the nail polish on the whole nail!!!! This is completely ridiculous that this is how they can do nails I was so mad. I can say I wont ever be going there for my nails again

The first time i went into this Nail Salon i was getting my service done and i asked bout the now hiring sign. I asked if they were looking for licensed esthetician, and they said no they were looking for front desk position. i then asked if i could apply for that position and they refused to give me an application or even tell me how to apply. i asked again before i left and they again didnt want to give me the application and told me that the front desk position was really hard work. AGAIN i am a licensed esthetician so im sure i can handle a front desk position. I do feel like there was a reason they didnt want me to apply. i work in the same plaza and i was a little offended. The next visit was also terrible, i came in Monday March 25th to make an appointment for March 26th. i asked to have my nails done by tony because i saw him on Instagram and i liked the style. they confirmed mt 4pm appointment and said i was fine. i came in at 4 and they said that tony was not in because his child was ill. i completely understand that but why wouldnt anyone call me to either reschedule or something. Then one of the nail techs asked why i picked tony as if it isnt normal to request him. i then told her that if tony isnt there i was fine with having another tech do my nails. as i was waiting for her to seat me as i picked a color. 3 women walked in and she showed them to seats and told me i would have to wait 45 minutes because nobody was available. this was my appointment for my birthday and i was on my break and i was so upset with this nail salon because i work in the same plaza and follow them on social media so i know that they do nice nails but i havent any luck with the customer service.

Worst experience EVER! Went for mani/pedi with my daughter, I left without the pedi and no color on my nail. First there was clearly a language barrier with the woman, then she kept refusing to do what we asked and making her recommendations that were not remotely close to what we wanted. Not surprisingly all of her suggestions cost $10 more. Second, she was incredibly slow and rude. I am so sorry I subjected my daughter to this place. Save your money and your time and go anywhere else!

Horrible horrible service sat for 1/2 hour after picking color.... then sat in the water for 40 mins. I got up and left and no one noticed! Such a joke! I’ll never go back!

Ive went to this place a few times for pedicures and the work they do is top notch, i will be returning!!!

For the first time in my life, Im suffering from tinea pedis (fungal foot infection) after getting a pedicure at this salon. I dont want to blame them but its hard to believe this is just a bad coincidence. Please make sure they clean all the tools and the bowl before getting a pedicure there.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and asked them not to wax the top of my eyebrows. the lady said she wouldnt but still did, now i cant shape my eyebrows the way i want, and now i have to start regrowing them
