They do a decent job on nails but they have horrible customer service. They don’t know how to address customer issues and complaints in a professional manner (will just hang up on you). Management is a joke. If you value good service and good customer service I wouldn’t recommend going here. If you don’t care and don’t mind people talking about you in front of your face in a different language this is the place for you!

Staff was extremely rude. Went there on my birthday to pamper myself. They didn’t allow me to chose a pedicure, insulted me because I was taking to long to pick a color (which they didn’t give me options while getting my toes done), insulted me because I said the wrong word for a shape of nail, did my pedicure backwards. Painted my nails before soaking my feet and massaging them. Overall not a good experience. Very rushed and rude. Will never return.

The services were good. Anyway, this is the very first time that I came to the nails salon with the EDM music. It was really annoying, the others nails salon made me really relax. But here was not, I was felt like I was in the bar or the club. I worked all day and I want to be relaxing. And, I have no clue how the technicians can hear that all the time. The music made me headache and I just want to step out the salon as fast as possible.

I am so extremely happy with my nails and I would love to share a picture but unfortunately I am unable to on this platform. I have visited most of the nail salons in all of the surrounding areas (New Lenox, Manhattan and Frankfort) and this place is my favorite! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been coming here regularly for a couple of years, and after my last 2 experiences I will not be returning. Seems as if there has been a bit of turnover in techs lately. I had 2 people that I always asked for but they have both left, and my visit before the last one the guy who is constantly on his phone near the register made it a point to tell me what salon they went to and suggested that l go there, which was weird and uncomfortable, but I got my dip and it was beautiful and everything was fine. My last time there the quality was not as good, and the more senior tech was kind enough to intervene and not charge me, but I just have to say that Im done. Its sad to see that the quality of the place has slowly degraded over time.

I really loved this place! I do not remember the name of my tech but whoever it was, she was absolutely wonderful. I have done my no chip manicures at other salons and they usually chip within a few days but my nails here lasted more than two weeks! The environment is also very nice and all the techs are friendly with their clients. I will definitely be returning!!

Love it here! I’ve tried so many salons for my nails but none will ever compare to TLC! Favorite place ever!! All employees are nice and you never have someone not good doing your nails, everyone knows what they’re doing!! And it is just a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I usually have a great experience at this location. I have had one experience that I had the nail tech cut my toe, when I went to complain they told me to call Zoe the manager or owner and would not deal with it at all except to say the nail tech is no longer there. I put it to rest and never continued to pursue. I have returned and they did ok. I will go back and may edit my review but as it stands I can not give them 5 stars.

This is my favorite salon to get my nails done and I have been coming here for years. Despite this, I have noticed the cleanliness decline rapidly over the past couple of years. They are really busy so I understand things gets dirty faster but its gotten bad. A lot of the time they sit you down at a station that still has nail dust from other customers still there. They also use the same nail files on everyone which is not sanitary. They should be using a new nail file with every customer. When I first started coming here this shop quickly became my favorite because of how clean it was. I hate to see it changing. I also really hate to not give a five star review because they do such a good job (your nails dont chip for weeks) and their staff is so nice, but I hope they see this and start cleaning more. I love this place and I hate to see it declining like this.

My mother and I have been going there for months. Usually we have a great guy and that does a wonderful job. Unfortunately the last 2 times have been awful but today took the cake. I had a guy that couldn’t stay off his cell phone either calling or texting people. He also got up and walked away more than 5 times. The guy my mom had seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Not only did she have to pull away numerous times in pain but he didn’t cut her nails they way she wanted. He did the clear dip at the end which is supposed to be done first. THEN the guy who is either the manger or owner turned real disrespectful when we asked to have her nails dipped and then glitter on top (which was not the first time we have had it done that way) he kept arguing saying they don’t do that, are we sure we were at his salon, then pretty much called us lairs!! We would have just left but of course we were almost done. This turned into a pretty big argument. Then this poor lady that was drying her nails FOREVER finally had to ask Mr. Disrespectful to put on her top coat and had to go back drying.... never never again. They use to be good but now are just sloppy. Oh to top it all off my mom was bleeding above her nail and the kid still but the oil on with that brush and put it back. Not sanitary at all!!

I had a great pedicure with Q she took her time and did a great job. I had the basic manicure and my manicure was just as good. I will definitely return to TIC Nails again.

They do quality work but use unsanitary tools between customers, they were all sharing drill bits and tools from one another. That’s absolutely disgusting.

Very disappointed with the service today. I went in to get my eyebrows done as I usually do and I left in tears. I always come here because I can trust them and they are always super awesome with shaping my eyebrows sometimes I don’t even have to come back for months. I had to come home today and pluck out all the hair she missed and I paid $15 for that terrible job. Understandable she was with a client before me but they take walk-ins. I come to this nail salon all the time and it’s always only $10 so that was another problem, they didn’t even let me know they raised the price. There’s also no service menu on the wall or anywhere when you walk in, otherwise I wouldn’t have came. Super upset about this.

Called ahead to ask for an appointment and I was told to come and that I didn’t need one. When I arrived it was an hour wait. It’s become a factory in this salon and too many nearby options to be lied to.

I got a milk and honey pedicure and it was wonderful. Nice staff and beautiful place. Will definitely come back.

I was very disappointed. I went to this salon because of all the great reviews. My no chip didn’t last at all, on the third day it chipped and has been chipping everyday. The nail polish turned a different shade after three days, it had streaks of lighter color on it. Don’t waste your time or money. For $50 I could have done a bad job myself.
