A friend of mine referred Allegiance and what a great referral. They were on site quickly and quickly diagnosed the error, and provided options. The tech who installed the HVAC and coils not only did that, but went above and beyond and looked at other things (new homeowner.) Installed new furnace and air conditioner. Fair price. Very quick. Quoted and then installed completely within 24 hours of acceptance. That was assume when it’s getting hot outside. Neat and professional. Knowledgeable employees. Only one of the three companies quoting that did heat. and cooling requirements of the house. Others just wanted to replace existing equipment with same size without checking loads. I will be using them for future service.

This company has no clue about what they are doing. They installed our three zone HVAC and screwed it up from the beginning. They reluctantly came to service the ongoing issues and finally gave up and stopped helping us even though we had ample proof they didn’t put the system in correctly at the beginning. We have since hired another company and had to replace two out of the three units because of their poor installation and service activity. Note to anyone using them: if they have to come out more than once in a given season for service they do not know what they are doing and worse they don’t care. We learned the hard way. Stay very far away. We also got sick of calling repeatedly to get an appointment but given they didn’t care we found out it was unsurprising.

Fast and reliable. Furnace was old and had cracks in the heat register. Needed a new one and had to go through my warranty company. Allegiance worked with my warranty company to expedite the process. Installation of the new furnace went smoothly and love having my heat work! Very professional and will definitely call again for future work.

Allegiance HVAC was the provider that our builder selected to install HVAC systems in a group of brand new townhomes in Lockport. We purchased pour unit just a little over a year ago. We then had Allegiance install a humidifier system on the furnace. Subsequently, due to my total satisfaction with their work, I set up a service contract. I continue to be very pleased with the superior service that weve received. Scheduling appointments has been very easy and the work is top notch. A special accolade goes to Bobby, who has made two maintenance calls for us. He is friendly, very efficient, and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. The service was prompt! He was a friendly technician, only thing I had an issue with was my service call to my warranty company was to check both furnaces, where as they saw both issues and only fixed one said to call back in a few days and let them know about the other furnace, meaning if it goes all the way out. I didn’t understand why when we both knew it was acting up. Woke up the next morning to a non-working furnace. I got on the phone with the warranty company and they reached back out to them and they called me in a good amount of time and rectified the situation. The customer service is good as well. Just that one issue I had but overall they are good and fast.

If you are going through a home warranty, request that they do not use Allegiance! I am trying to get my AC fixed through my home warranty company. They decided to go with Allegiance as the contractor. While the technician who did the diagnosis and the secretary were helpful, I could NOT get my AC fixed bc their boss is out of town and would not answer any of the authorization departments questions. So, Ive been without AC for almost a week now. It is ridiculous that only one person for the company can answer the authorization department.
