This is my first time coming here and Andy did my nails, I highly recommend!! He took his time and I have horrible cuticles but he worked with it and my nails came out beautifully. He made sure I was satisfied with my nails before he put on the top coat and the customer service here is amazing

Me and my friend came in for a relaxing day at a nail spa. All in all I won’t be too harsh because there was some good experiences here and there...BUT,....WE HAD A TERRIBLE GREETING, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IN WE WERE TREATED UNNECESSARILY RUDE, THE NAIL TECH WAS BEING SO PETTY WITH ME AND MY FRIEND BECAUSE WE WERE MAKING CONVERSATION WITH ONES ANOTHER, trying to enjoy the moment. ME AND MY FRIEND HAVEN’T GOT OUR NAILS DONE TOGETHER IN ALMOST 2 YEARS AND WERE GOING THROUGH SOME HARDSHIPS AND NEEDED A BREAK...BUT ANYONE LOOKING TO COME HERE FOR A GET AWAY OR A NICE BREAK...KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT or DONT COME AT ALL. BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PATIENT WITH THIER CUSTOMERS AT ALL FROM WHAT IVE EXPERIENCED. PLUS THE MAN WORKING ON MY FRIENDS NAILS WAS IN A RUSH AND MADE THEM CROOKED! Even in good lighting you can’t hide the the nail isn’t even covering her whole finger nail or the paint on her skin.

Have come to this nail shop two times so far and have left very happy. They take pride in their work and are very detailed. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. There isn’t too much chatter amongst the workers and I appreciate that. Will definitely keep going back.

I went to the nt nails by the mall and they did a great job on my acrylic nails and pedicure. So I decided to take my mother and daughter to an NT that was closer. We all had a horrible experience. My mom decided to get acrylics and he did a horrible job. And all 3 of our pedicures were horribly painful, even for my 9yo daughter. I don’t think all of them know what they’re doing. Will not go back. I was so embarrassed to have even suggested this place to them.

The first time I came was in April, Tracy did my nails great! So I decided to come back again with my daughters. We called and scheduled 3 pedicures, full set, fill and gel manicure. Only two of us received our horrible pedicures. I had to wait 20 minutes for mine to start and my daughter 45 minutes. Hers was extremely rushed and I had overlay on mine, which the tech used acetone removed half the overlay and continued with the pedicure- never replacing or filling the overlay.Then the nail tech I had (male in the back) couldn’t do a basic cut down and file. Cut me several times and didn’t pay attention to me alerting him to it. My daughters manicure was rushed and basic. They even talked about her because few of them speak clearly in english and she washed her hands instead of rinsing (the lady told her to wash) and the techs began to talk about my kid until I corrected her. My other daughter never got her pedicure after her nails were done and they never even asked her or made mention to it.I tried to speak to the receptionist before we left, but she was extremely busy and the only one who speaks English, really. I called her as we were leaving and told her of the situation, she was very apologetic and offered a discount to come in the next time. However, after paying $200 ($55 for a fill- when I paid $55 for longer nails and a full set!) and having my toe nails crack and chip 4 days after, rushed pedicures and a terrible cut job on my nails was absolutely not worth it. My daughters with the full set was the only one to come out nice. We were extremely unhappy and I want a refund. The tech completely messed up my overlay and did nothing to fix it and now I have to go to another salon to get it fixed. Also, they are rude, except Jackie the receptionist- she’s awesome! They all speak in their language and do not make you feel welcomed or comfortable. Both times I’ve gone we were the only minorities... I don’t know if that plays into how rude they were to us or not, but it was noticed.

Andy did my nails; Gel, acrylic and he shaped my nails so perfectly. He did a great job because he took his time and made sure my nails were perfect. Also, Jackie the receptionist is super nice, she makes sure to welcome everyone nicely and professionally. I recommend this Salon!

Great work but they gave me nail fungus on every single finger nail. Disgusting. Obviously they dont clean their tools. Beware!!

Terrible experience at the salon, I came to my appointment on time and even a bit earlier and I was told that I should wait 30 minutes and the receptionist was really rude and unprofessional. She sounded like it was normal to wait for a nail appointment 30 minutes and I was not supposed to be upset about that. I am really disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend this place to anyone.

These ladies were wonderful very kind and helpful especially Diane! but be kind and please try to call ahead these ladies work their butts off And dont be rude if they ask you to wait because theyre fitting you in you know who you are...

Took myself and 2 daughters to get our nails done and they were different lengths,not straight at all. Went back another time to do a pedi and the paint job looked like a 5 year old painted my toes, as well as they charged me $5 on top to remove the ruff skin on my heels and there still rough and no change. NEVER AGAIN?!!

They got me in right away however, they completely rushed my gel manicure. The lady was rude,she got the gel stuck to my skin then was irritated when I asked her to fix it. She then was expecting a tip.

This is my go to nail salon. I visit every two weeks like clock work. I get acrylic stiletto nails, pedicures and my eyebrows waxed. Kenny is my guy but everyone here is very talented. Very good pricing. Many options for pedicures. Also they serve a selection of beer and mimosas.

My first time at NT nails and I always get a little nervous going to new places. Andy was my nail tech and I got acrylics with gel polish. They turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Andy was extremely attentive to the shape and that the length was consistent between all my nails. No lumps or bumps!!!! I also told him I have sensitive skin and cuticles, and that I’ve been cut frequently by previous nail salons and he took his time to be gentle. Not a single cut! He was a great conversationalist as well and made the experience so enjoyable:)

Every time i walk in to this nail salon they are always busy.. i give it 5 stars for their fast service.. always friendly and they take care of you correctly.. i totally recommend this place...BiBi is my favorite manicurist. She is fast and not only that. She takes care of every single detail until you are happy with the shape and color of your nails. Appointments online are always welcome. I suggest you do this so you dont have to wait.

Been here twice and both times I’ve had a great pedicure. They are friendly and each time I’ve called to make an appointment, I am actually seen at the time of my appointment! 😆 during my pedicure, the manager came by to check on me and called me by my name which is pretty cool 😎 👏 and my nail lady asked me if I liked the way my nails looked, very courteous. She also gave me a good leg massage 👍👍👍 Place is clean and smells good. Will be back soon!

Andy always does a great job with my nails. I only ever go back to do a color change (3 weeks later). My nails look great and he is always so much fun to talk to throughout the entire visit.

Mary Lynn did my dip powder nails today. From the beginning she told me that if I have any problems with my service, to let her know. Anyways, service was great! Dip powder kept nkt drying fast enough so she would file and then some of the powder scraped off but she would fix it right away. She is a perfectionist and I just found my new nail tech! Shes awesome ladies, ask for Mary Lynn! 💕💅

Went to get last minute nails done, the nail tech was kind of in a rush but overall still did not come out too bad. Plus they have several locations!

I got acrylic nails by Henry. He was great. Paid amazing attention to detail and was fast. My pedicure was done by a woman. Idk who, but OUCH! She nicked me so many times doing my cuticles and her nails scratched me when she was doing my massage. I would regiment getting your manicures there, but not your pedicures.

This is my favorite place out of all the NT nails. Great service and people.

It was alright service, the tech doing my toes cut me on 3 toes. Honestly not happy about it and she filed my big toe causing the paint to get damaged. Not worth my $44.

I will definitely be coming back even though its a little far from me, its worth it. My mom was in town from L.A wanted to get her nails done and a few places we went too turned us away but even though this place was busy they took us in and attended to us right away. My nails look awesome and my mom was happy with hers as well.

I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed, I waited a long time and finally when someone came just asked me to lay down rudely. I requested eyebrows to be shaped & arched, and this rude person walked out the room refused to help. I complaint to guy at register desk and said they can not accommodate me and referred me out to an eyebrows professional. This is a very expensive place it has a bad employee. I regret paying for my mom and my daughter services. I will never go back to this place NT Nail Spa on Coffee Rd.

I have been going to NT Nails for 20 years. Not this location at Coffee road. Truthfuly I was disappointed in the service It was not what I usually receive. I have placed them on a pedestal of a higher standard. I will not be going back to this location. I pay a premium and expect quality.

I had been driving to Tracy to get my nails done as I had just moved to Modesto recently. So, I looked up on Yelp to find something local. I was very pleased to find something close by and convenient. I was able to make an appointment online for that afternoon. When I went in, they were courteous and quick to get me sat down. Brittany was excellent. My nails were a mess and she got them back into shape quickly and wonderfully. I will definitely be going back there again soon. There was a sign there that said they only take tips in cash; however, I told the front desk the amount I wanted to tip before they processed my card and they were able to add the amount on to my total. The price was comparable to other places Ive been to and definitely worth what I paid for. I highly recommend this place. (had acrylic nails with gel polish and paid $40 for a full set)

Was recommended this salon by a coworker and I was not disappointed! Arrived in the middle of the day and they seemed busy, but they were able to seat us and get us started right away. All employees are extremely friendly and talented in what they do. I got a gel acrylic set and a basic gel pedicure and both came out beautiful! I have never gotten so many compliments on my nails. Will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family!

Im from out of town. I searched for good reviews at lots of nail salons in the area. I saw a couple recommendations for Tracie (on website) or Tracy. She was very friendly and did a good job. Have lots of gel colors. I was disappointed though, because they offer lots of colors but didnt have them. Definitely recommend you stop by for gel nails.

My full set was good, but my pedi was not a good experience they try not to charge me but I pay the full amount I was not there to get anything for free. I was very disappointed.

Got prompt service, facilities appeared very tidy, comfy massage chairs, liked the hot towel and hot stones, could have used a little more pressure on the massage and more even coat on my thumbs (not enough to redo) but overall I recommend this friendly shop. My technician also checked to make sure I was happy with the look and touched up some that had bubbled without batting an eye. Thank you for a nice girls day out with my family.

I used to love it here. Friendly staff and fast service, but the last 3 visits I received a gel manicure and had my polish chip on multiple fingers within 2-3 days. For $30 plus tip, I expect better quality of gel.

My entire experience was great from Start to finish. My mom and I walked in and they got started right away. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The woman that did my nails, An, was very sweet and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time she cut my cuticles and gave me my hot stone leg massage. I would definitely go back here again.

Amazing nails and service! They’re so nice and always do such a great job on my nails. You do need to communicate clearly what you want, and the color selection for their acrylics skews a little toward glittery pink, but there’s enough variety to keep anyone happy! I always go to Diane; she’s the best!

Hello if I could give this place a zero I would. My nails have never been so poorly done and to put the cherry on top, my left big toe is infected. There’s pus and gross stuff coming out. The lady I came with, finger was literally bleeding because of the lady that works there poor work towards nails, thanks person. Also the nails are uneven. The chair hurt people the Bruised The lady I came with let’s just say that’s not the kind of service I want to own. The Nail polish doesn’t even cover the entire nail. And when I leave a nail salon I should walk out feeling like my nails and me are beautiful, and I walk out feeling nothing like that.

I have been going to this salon regularly since September. Calvin always does an amazing job on my nails. I only go once a month to save money and my nails do not lift at all. Today I got a pedicure from Mary and she was so friendly and did an amazing job. I recommend all of my members at work to come to this place and my coworkers as well! Thank you always for doing such a great job!

My first experience was a good one at this nail salon. I liked how their prices are up front and you know exactly what you are paying for; no “hidden” costs. I had a pedicure with Bebe and she was very friendly and did a job well done. They offer a various amounts of options, and if you want a more relaxing time, they also offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Definitely will go back for another perdicure.

My son & I went in on a Sunday morning. We walked in and the tone of the owners voice (Brandon) was very rude. I shook it off we sat down and were getting serviced and I noticed other people coming in and his tone was much nicer more friendly. So I began to be irritated. My son got a regular manicure and was waiting for me to be finished so he decided to get a pedicure. So I said to Brandon, my son would like to get a pedicure while he waits for me to be finished. Brandon says to me well he should have said something earlier because he’s going to have to wait now. I was like ok that’s not the answer I was expecting to hear but anyway. He would like a pedicure when someone is free.The nail technicians and owner kept speaking to each other in their language and it was just very uncomfortable. My gel manicure was good. I have had better but it is a nice clean place.

I will not be coming back. I asked for basic short nails with regular polish because of my job and the guy said okay and then does my nails but puts shellac instead of regular polish thinking he is doing it sneaky and could just charge me more. First and last time!

Always packed... but always except walk ins. They do a good job. Clean. Not the friendliest place, but they always try to accommodate all clients even if its super busy and just walking in. Good place to go if you need your nails done and didnt make an appt. Of course if you did make one they wait for you.

Just moved to the area about a month ago and was pretty leery about finding a new nail shop but I decided on this one because of the awesome reviews and I was not disappointed. Lisa took me as a walk in only 1 hour before closing which I was thankful for. I was greeted within seconds of walking in the door and I would just like to say this is the largest salon I have ever been to! The shop is spilt in half, one side for pedicure and the other for manicure and there had to be about 20 stations on EACH side! But anyways, I picked a color and Lisa got to work right away and was very friendly and thorough. The overall experience was pleasant, I received a mini deluxe pedicure and a gel soak off for my hands and she took such good care of me. I will definitely be returning for my regular pedicures and gel manicures. They also have a beer and wine menu which I know is an awesome bonus for a lot of people looking to unwind even more.

I brought my girlfriend here to have her get a manicure and pedicure. The service is great. Despite the language gap, they gave her exactly what she wanted when she had her nails painted. Ive taken her to other places before and the prices are about the same as the competition it seems. They attended to us right away because we showed up at a good time. They got packed a few min after we arrived. Definitely a place I would recommend.

Disappointed with the service. This is the second time I am disappointed. The first time I said something about it and they fixed it. This time I didn’t waste my time and just paid. My old nail polish didn’t fully get removed and nails were cut in odd shapes not consistent square or round. This was a pedicure. I do not plan on returning. Thank you

I cant remember the guy who did my pedicures name but he had glasses on. He was amazing and so meticulous to my feet took his time and made sure that my toes were perfect. I have went to 3 other salons since I moved back to Cali and this one has been the greatest experience. Friendly all around staff.. I WILL BE BACK!!Also my eyebrows by Brittany she is so sweet and got the job done quick and beautifully. Most definitely recommend her.

LOVE THIS SALON! my first time here and I just absolutely love it here! The salon is very clean and it smells really nice! The techs working here are very pleasant too! The nail tech working on my nails was very gentle with me. She removed the cuticles from my nails like a pro. I didnt bleed once at all! When she was done with the manicure, my nails looked absolutely beautiful! Definitely earn yourself a nice customer!

I have been going to NT nail salon since I moved here a year ago. I have always had a great experience. I was referred to Britney and she has always been on point with my nails. As a Vocalist and Entertainer it is important for me to always look my best, and so far this salon has delivered every time. Even when I have had a nail break they always fit me in to fix it. ♡

First time going today to get a full and a change of color. I also brought my 5 year old daughter and her friend to get manis and pedis. Henry did my nails, he was awesome! The only reason they did not get five stars because the wait for the two girls did take a while.. luckily they were being patient. Definitely going back!

Didnt have to wait long. The man that did my Mani and pedi was very friendly and did a good job. Had to take off one star cause he cut my finger while trimming my cuticles and painted my toe the wrong color. My bad for not noticing before he did both feet. I am sure I will be back.

I love this place! The staff is very friendly, I feel very welcomed every time I come and they give very good pedicures. My favorite is the $53 pedicure that has hot wax nourishing milk and scrubs and lotions to make my skin feel perfect afterwards.
