Very good quality and very nice people! Got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure with my grandma and we love it here. They were very nice and treated me very well. Loved the way my nails turned out ❤️

Had to wait a hour for walk in which isnt bad considering the holiday I went in yesterday n got almond shaped medium length black matte set done. Was 38 I was 5 short n she still did it. With a smile 😄. I brought her in a 10 later. She even helped mind my seven year old in a nice way. So ya. Shes cool n they are cool. Place needs a face lift a lil but. I like the place

I have been going to city nails for over four years now and I am very satisfied with the great customer service they provide. I have had so many bad experiences at other nail shops I have gone too. They really make you feel welcome and will do whatever it takes to put a smile on your face 😊. If you guys are looking for a great nail shop this is the place to go!

Definitely zero star. Poor quality customer service. The lady that sits in the first station is very rude (maybe owner). Below zero on cleanliness, they have remodeled however place still looks dirty. It appears they never clean at the end of their day.

They were rude from the start and unprofessional. Wish I could give them a zero but you have to put at least 1 star 🙄

Will never come back to this place. The lady that did my nails was in such hurry to finish up. Do not have good customer service. They all talk in their language and made me feel very uncomfortable, the lady did not even have a small conversation with me.

Worst place ever hands down do NOT recommend it. If you call for appointment they will lie just to have you go in. Second time they have done that to me. Last time I ever go here. They are so unprofessional do NOT I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. If I can give them no stars I would.

I went in for a full set, In the end they made me pay 38 dollars instead of the $23 service I asked for. Don’t get duped ladies, they actually only direct you to choose from the gel colors as soon as you walk in and don’t let you know they cost extra! This place is dishonest and they deserve less than one star. I later called to explain the situation as to not embarrass them in front of customers and they promised to give me my money back if I came back, but when I showed up they sent someone up just to argue with me. (Exactly what I had tried to avoid). Did not give my money back as promised and left me feeling duped. I hope the $15 dollars was worth losing a great customer.

I called early morning asked if they had openings and they said to come in at 10 I understand its a walk in and I have to wait. After 5 minutes I walked in they asked what I wanted and I said a simple glitter ombre, they said ok. A half hour later I still havent been called and they tell me they dont know how to do glitter ombre. That I would have to wait till 12pm to wait for someone to come in and do it. Wasted my time and how does a nail salon not know how to do a glitter ombre. I will never go back again.

Been going to Patricia for 15+ years! Nails have never lifted or broken. Can go without a fill for 3 weeks. No lifts!

I had such a bad experience at this place they have the Worst customer service and bad product, one of my nails fell off on the 3rd day of getting a brand new set, I went back to get a repair and they were super rude and made me wait about an hour!!If you want to to have a bad experience go here.

They are very friendly. And the nails will last up to 3 weeks easily.

I tried to schedule an appointment and they told me they don’t want to see me anymore because I’m too picky . The reason behind this was I went in once because there was a mistake made and I asked if they could fix it I even offered to pay they did fix it but the next time I made an appointment they told me they no longer want to see me because I’m too picky. This was very unprofessional of them and they will move longer have my business !!

They did a absolute good job me and my mom walked in got our nails done and they did it in less than 2 hours and they didn’t rush I loved my nails and they lasted me about 1 month and 2 weeks which was pretty long and they have suck a good variety of colors I totally recommend this place

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! First off the staff member who helped me only said 3 things to me, second they charge extra to get coffin shaped nails, third the lady who did my nails put a ton of air bubbles in them and after just 2 days of having these nails on the index nail that was placed on my right hand already feels slightly loose! 😡

Good but to much talking in their own language makes one feel as if they are taking about them.. IJS.

Love this place everyone is so friendly and they are also very reasonable priced. Been coming here for years now never have had a bad time. Ive even seen them handle disgruntled customers with exceptional service. I get long black stilettos tips and have been to other places where I leave with crooked rips.
