Ive been to other NT Nail Spa locations before, but this one truly took the cake, simply because of Kelly!! She was absolutely meticulous about shaping my full set acrylics to the proper length and shape I wanted, and made sure I got the colors I wanted spot on! She was extremely sweet, and everything from my nail shape, to my cuticles, to the polish application is absolutely perfect!Ill definitely be back to book an appointment with her for me and my sister in the future again and again !!

Got my manicure and pedicure done. Theyre so accommodating to my needs without knowing my hearing problems. They treat you like family. Im so happy to choose to come here. See you again soon 😁

I came during a lunch break yesterday and the girl although sweet did the fastest pedicure in the Guinness book of world records! Not worth $61 dollars and $5 tip. I can get a better gel pedicure for much less elsewhere or at the other NT NAIL SALONS. I also came less than two weeks ago and decided to give them a second try (I don’t know why!) my French tip pedicure was looking like trash in three days!

Great staff, Kelly in particular! I love my nails, and she was really nice, even though I made things complicated and wanted 5 different colors! She matched my nail shape and length on each hand perfectly, and did a really great job! Thank you!

Made an appointment, I was on time. Was having basic acrylics done. Felt rushed. Had a bunch of nail/acrylic hanging out in a chipped manner.

I went in at 6 and I asked for acrylics. I sat down and my lady asked what I wanted and I showed her a design and she didn’t know how to do it. I got plain white and all she did was cut my nails, no cuticle work, nothing. She got went straight on to putting on the polish. She shaped my nails into circles but all of them where different shapes and sizes. She painted them and they were messy. Now one week after, my nails have airbunles i. them and just don’t look like what I wanted them too. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I went to get a new set of nails...I had acrylics on already...instead of soaking off the old ones, the nail tech was ripping them off my fingers by wedging a nail tip between the acrylic and the real nail. Then charged me the amount of the soak. Ill never go back to these people in my life. It was very painful.

The salon was very clean and they were following all of the safety precautions to help prevent the spread of covid-19. The lady did such an amazing job on my nails. Im going back this weekend to get a pedicure.

Got a gel manicure. Polish came off in one week. I love the gel manicure because it is indestructible. I can do anything and my nails still look great. They have almost always lasted a month before they need attention.

The nails are all different shapes i wanted coffin but they look square. sum look more square than others my friend got hers done with me and the lady didny listen when mu friend wanted pink on her nails but got white instead. she told her many times she wanted pink. the design my friend wanted came out horribly.

Filed my cuticles. Used so much gel that its bubbling and peeling. The nails were not filed smooth. Every nail has a different shape. Horrible job. Three of us went and they are all the same. 3 different people worked on 3 different customers and they all came out bubbly, bumpy, and peeling.

I scheduled an appointment for a time in which I was available only for them not to have time. Went back a second day for a general pedicure and manicure in which they did not remove the acrylic residue from my last visit and just painted over it. They didnt even allow my nails to dry before escorting me to the cashier

The lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job and took her time, thus the two star rating, but after my pedicure another lady took over to do my manicure. I asked for ombré dip powder. I had made an appointment for both the pedicure and dip powder, but felt my manicure was rushed through and the lady who did them was being too rough. Indeed, because the day after (today) my cuticles are cut up on multiple fingers and bleeding. I have never had this happen after getting a manicure before and contribute it towards the roughness and rushed manicure I received. While the pedicure was amazing, I unfortunately won’t be coming back, but want to warn others to speak up when they are rushing or being rough, because my fingers definitely paid the price.

Beware very unprofessional business owner with no customer remorse! My daughter and I went to the salon yesterday. The nail tech asked us to put hand sanitizer on that they provided on their counter before sitting down. My daughter went to sit down first and used their hand sanitizer and it squirted directly in her eyes causing extreme pain. We sat there rinsing he eyes with water as the techs were telling me that that’s how the bottle of hand sanitizer works and they can’t fix it!!!! I asked if they had an incident report in case I had to take my daughter to the doctor and they said no. They told me to call the company of that makes the hand sanitizer!!!!! Clearly the bottle is not defective the nozzle is clogged and has never been wiped off as you can see in the photo. The nail tech gave me the owners number to inform him of the incident and when I spoke with him he was extremely rude talked Over me and even blamed my daughter and said she must’ve done it to herself. He did not apologize once for what happened in his business all he did was argue with me and put the blame on my 11-year-old daughter and hung up on me. I myself and 20+ friends and family will no longer get our nails done here ever again!!!!! I returned to the salon 20 minutes later to take a video of how the hand sanitizer works hoping they threw the bottle away. They never removed it from the counter even after I took the video they still kept it there for others to use!!!!!!***** The picture is posted on their Facebook site*******

I LOVE Kelly! I used to get my nails done for YEARS but stopped getting them done because my usual place went down hill and I literally could not find a place who I felt was polite or clean or consistent. FLASH FORWARD to at least 4 years, my daughter started going to Kelly at NT Nail Spa on McHenry and I kept seeing her with beautiful nails month after month. So, I went to see Kelly. And it’s been months and I don’t know where I’d go without Kelly! After the first visit, she remembered everything I liked, the shape...everything. I literally NEVER say a peep other than our chit chatting! My nails always look amazing, every time! She even has me into Gel which I’d stayed away from but I’m so hooked! Kelly let me just sit back and relax (I have a stressful job at times so I appreciate the ability to sit back and relax!) and she does her job to perfection! The facility is extremely clean!! I can even bring my own polish if I want a specific color I love! Customer service is everything and no one there has ever been rude or moody. It’s like a little escape where I come out with beautiful hands! Now she’s trying to get me comfy with pedicures and Kelly will probably win come this Spring. Long review but that’s how much I appreciate Kelly and NT Nail Spa!!! Side note: if you can, Tip your technicians. It breaks my heart when someone drops a zero tip, especially on Kelly. She’s never ever said it but I’ve seen it happen to her and others. They get a flat pay rate...what you pay mainly belongs to the establishment. Tips are gravy that can really make a difference, just like servers. So if you can, tip often, tip high. Not everyone can afford the extra expense, so that’s why I say if you can. Maybe not every trip, but they really appreciate it when you can tip.

When NT took over the salon the quality and customer service when way down. It has become a salon where the management is more interested in getting people in and out of chairs for money than providing quality work. It is evident that many nail techs are unhappy and feel bad that their clients are not receiving the same quality services. The only thing that is saving their rating is that most of the nail techs I have gone to are kind, professional, and deliver quality work. The only plus of the new management is the ability to make appointments online. Also the prices increased, while quality has decreased.

The nail tech I got was amazing! She was very detail oriented. There isnt one complaint I could possibly come up with. Her name is Catherina and I would definitely go back to her.

The guy that did my nails was very nice and speedy. Got me in and out in a good amount of time. I was disappointed at the outrageous prices though, the quality is good even though my demands wernt met. I asked him to push the acrylic all the way to where my nail starts and he attempted to fix it but there was still quite a bit of nail showing.. 3/5 stars. Good but not amazing.

I went for the first time today and had a wonderful day! Nancy did my short nails so beautifully that I am still able to play my guitar and look great doing it! The hot stone massage on my legs felt so good and made my legs so smooth. Overall, a wonderful experience!!!

Salon employees were awesome. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Salon looked clean and organized. They did a great job overall.

They were super nice, my nails were not great. I had a full set acrylic and they were so chunky and off. My pointer nail was sideways and my thumb nail on my right was 2 times thicker than all the rest. If anything ask for Kelly shes done great with me everytime.

Billy is horrible and needs to work on his customer service skills. Not only did he cut me he was rude the entire time. Im looking for a nail home and unfortunately both times I went to this shop they displayed the same rude attitudes with myself and my guest. Never will we return to this shop.

I wouldn’t even rate it one star. Technician took off previous set of nails without permission (and then charged for it), cut nails too short, and didn’t care about desired length or fill. While walking out they looked like they had grown out two weeks already. Not recommended

I called in advance for2 gel pedicures1 gel color change1 gel manicureI know that the owners of this company hold a high bar for all of their salons but today that bar was let down so low, they were not prepared for what I asked for over the phone I had to wait a half an hour after getting my pedicure done to get a color change and so did my mom when I asked if I could get anything else done they wanted me to wait until my pedicure was over to give me my answer by this time I had no time I came early its been an hour and a half Im still here all I have is a pedicure so disappointed and the receptionist could use booking training as well as good customer service!

They spent less than 1 minute on the massage with each application of product (lotions, scrubs, etc.). Nail polish starting flaking off soon after I left. They charged for hot rocks, but never used them and then tried to convince me that they had used them.

I’ve been going to this place for years and I loved it but it has recently sold and the new people are rude and are just interested in collecting the money they don’t care about customer service one of employees dropped nail polish on my leather sandals they were ruined also on my daughters but hers weren’t as bad I understood it was an accident so I asked for a discount to compensate for my $50 sandals They got rude and said ok $5 off for both of you when I replied I didn’t think that was enough for both pairs of sandals she said it’s only a sandal and asked what was the matter with me I will never go there again obviously they don’t care if they ruin your property. After the salon was sold thier prices were raised its extremely expensive here now and they do a rush quick job so they can go on to next person because all they want is your money also they advertise that they do nail designs but none of them can do a decent nail art it always looked like a child drew it even simple lines are difficult for them to do after a while I just stopped asking for designs it never looked good those pictures on the webpage false they don’t do anything like that

For having Professional on their title they truly lack professionalism. My mother in law and I came here for years and have seen a steady decline in the curtesy of the staff, particularly Billy. He was rough and kept tugging at her legs after she repeatedly told him she had nerve damange in some parts of her leg and to be careful with her feet. He was rude and completely unprofessional when he stopped working on her feet speaking loudly in his language while throwing his tools to put them away. Never again will I come here to receive that kind of seevice after politely explaining we needed careful care when moving her feet. If you want someone to rush and be completely unprofessional this is the spot.

It should be noted that the salon has changed hands in the last year. Work is generally passable, but I wouldnt call it artistic. There are better choices if you are looking for something with stripes, rhinestones, etc. The massage chairs are old, but the people are friendly.

Literally JUST came back from here. I usually get the gel polish but decided to get acrylic so my nails would be long. I am SOOO disappointed!! They ended up, instead of giving me long nails, put acrylic as short as my natural nails and then put polish on top of that. What was the point of me paying extra $$$$ for acrylics! I will NEVER go back! They do not listen to what u want and never even offered me water.. horrible customer service.

I tried to give this place a try from reading all the reviews but oh man oh man what can I say. The star is only for really don’t know what it’s for but never will I ever come back here. The owner has a smile on his face but he’s nothing but a weasel. They’re yelling across the room to fill the tub for my pedicure after my manicure but no one wants to do it because whatever her name was that did my manicure surprisingly was speaking English and said they’re walking around doing nothing. I only got a hot stone rolled around my legs with no massage and when I asked her no massage ? With an angry voice said I did the stone. Very unprofessional in every way . Then my polish was so thick it started sinking i had to loudly tell her that I’m not paying a lot of money to get a lousy service she tried fixing it but really crappy work. Never again. The only reason I came here the place I go to was booked and had to get my nails done today. Beware trust me I usually don’t write reviews but I will definitely write one about this place

Horrible service! The nail polish never dries, because its so cheap or old. They try to force you into buying shellac saying that it last longer but my nails lifted in one week and one broke the next day! They still charged me for the nail repair. Kenny is awesome which is why I followed him there but their product is so bad that I wont even be going back to see him and hes been doing my nails over 2 years. Bummer...

My mother and I purchased full set/ full set fill & #3 Deluxe pedicures. We were made to wait nearly 5 hrs!!!In 48 hrs my nail on my right hand was completely broken off. I had to go in to work on my first day with a missing nail!The following day I go back to the nail shop site and theyre full of people, I explain what happened to me. I get told there are people here and I should sit down and wait!!! All the while more appointments are showing up!!!!Ridiculous! For 1 broken nail.

I went to get a fill, and a new nail bc mine broke off when I was trying to open the car door. Easily snapped off and didnt get it done not to long before. I went to go and the lady owner blamed the broken nail bc my nail was too long? Ive never heard that excuse before. None of my other nails broke except the one she fixed. When she was using the machine to cut the skin around my nail bed, it hurt so bad. 2 of my nails were bleeding! Not going back ever again.

This is the only nail place I will ever go to. I live in spanish fork and I still will only go to this salon it is totally worth the drive. They take the time to do it right. Its always what I want and I would recommend this place to anyone and eveyone.

Clean and spacious, open space and no odor smell

I usually have such a great experience here, but this time was awful. My gel nail polish was applied too thin, so it looks blotchy and you can see my nail through the polish, it needs a third coat. Same with my toe nail color. The lady who did my toes pumised my toe so much it has a sore and scratches on it now and the massage wasnt even a 10min job when it was supposed to be 25min . They filed my daughters nails for a paint job only to not smooth it on top of the nail so the color chipped right away because the top layer of her nail flaked off. All around just seemed like a bunch of inexperienced people working. I witnessed one worker walk away from a pedicure because she couldnt handle listening to the customers requests when all that customer was looking for was to get pampered after a stressful day at work. just all around terrible, Its sad that I normally love it there but wont be returning after this experience, I dont need to be paying for something im not happy with.To your reply:My gel nail color only got 2 coats. I mentioned in needs a 3rd, but it was not applied.Nope, my daughter did not mess it up, you can see her nail lifting with the polish on it because the nail was not smoothed out before polish was applied.Understandable that she has personal things going on, but it shouldnt interfear with her work, where this did. You could tell the customer was bothered by it because she even commented that she Scared her off which is sad.

Went for a mani pedi and everything was good until it came to the color of my nails. I told her what i wanted and she basically did whaterver she wanted, when i told her that the way she did them isnt what i wanted she told me she didnt know how to do anything that i wanted. Which was basically lines and some ombre. Then after telling me she couldnt draw LINES she had the odacity to ask me if i wasnt gana want a design. Couldnt even paint the solid color right my nails look like the 100 layer nail polish challenge.
