Powder dip nails done by John at this location are always AMAZING! I get lots of compliments and make sure to tell them about this location! The orange/coral powder dip lasted me 4 weeks, no chipping with only 2 lifting. Never had an acrylic set last that long! The ombre set I just got done for my birthday and they look amazing, cant believe thats my natural nails, no tips because the powder dip doesnt ruin my nails and make them weak like the acrylic does!DIAMOND NAIL SPA PLEASE READ THIS! I am extremely disappointed to hear that they are no longer doing powder dip, seeing as I cant find other places in town that provide the same service, Im extremely upset over this, Im hoping this review gets noticed and you hear my desperate plea to keep the powder dip service available! Train more than one person to do the service and I can guarantee youll get more people in, I know Id set up a girls spa day to get the powder dip done with my girlfriends and continue coming in to get my nails done here. After such great service Im sad this wont be my go to salon and now my friends and I will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for the powder dip servives.

Seriously 5 stars. I brought my 3 year old to get a manicure and pedicure with me. They made sure she loved her colors (and the special chair for little girls) my daughter was done before me obviously and the staff made sure she was entartained and having fun still. They were so sweet and professional the whole time. Prices are reasonable, salon is clean, and staff is FANTASTIC. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Definitely a place you can bring your kids and get awesome service

Came as a walkin found the on yelp. $30 for removing old gel and new set. Not too bad. Nice, friendly and willing to fit me in. It seemed they talked a bit of smack after on customer left but i couldnt quite tell. Will be back and try again.

I went in with my boyfriend for a pedicure and manicure, 2 of the ladies attending us were super judgemental! We had our appointment an hour before closing so throughout getting my pedicure the lady rushed the process and cut into my cuticle, my toe nails were uneven, and super harsh, they could’nt consider lowering the price...??! Overall it was descent and clean!

Seriously, this is the best place Ive found in the Modesto area. I went in for just a pedicure. They take walk ins, which was awesome because even smaller nail salons sometimes dont. Then, the quality of the pedicure was above anything Ive ever experienced. It was only $30 for trimming and filing my toenails, fixing the cuticles, painting the nails, as well as a hot stone massage, some sort of scrub, lotion, oil, and another thing. Also, the woman actually massaged my legs and feet, taking her time to do it. It wasnt rushed at all and she went easier on me when I told her it tickled lol. As for the water temperature and the hot stone massage, they were originally too hot for me (Im not big on heat) and she lowered the temperature for me. I didnt tell her to, but she picked up on my discomfort. I thought that was really considerate.Also I came in wearing a dress that came down to just above my knee, so when I sat down, it rode up a bit. I didnt realize the situation of what would happen when I put one foot in the water and the other on the step, but the nail lady anticipated it and put a towel on my thighs to cover the area. That was also amazing customer service, in my opinion.This is, without a doubt, my new favorite nail salon. Its affordable, high quality, thorough, and has amazing workers. I would definitely recommend everyone looking for a good nail salon to come give this place a chance.

I have never before been laughed at for wanting a design on my nails. If you look at all the pictures people have posted in the review, you see intricate designs way harder than what I wanted. Definitely not a place I will return to.

This place was over whelming by the chemical smells from it being totally packed. My Mother and I had seen all the great reviews on this place so we thought wed give it a try. But no more than literally 5 minutes of us waiting her & I both couldnt stay any longer because we both had horrible headaches just from waiting to have our nails done. Heres a pointer to the owners of this place, maybe you should use your air conditioning system to get some circulation in this place or even open the back & front doors so fresh air can come in and push the awful chemical smells out.

Ive been here four times now. The first time, I got a gel manicure with glitter. The lady who did my nails decided to experiment with the glitter by dipping my nails in the glitter tube rather than patting it on with a brush. I was okay with that as long as it looked nice. I went home and within two hours it chipped on two nails. I went back the next day and the owner fixed my nails for free, though I was willing to pay. The owner did a really nice job on my nails and I was happy. I like to give everyone a second chance so I went back a third time and the owner again did my gel manicure. I was happy with the quality of service. I went in a fourth time on 4/14/16 and asked for a gel manicure. The owner did not do my nails, I got a taupe color and then gold glitter on just the ring fingers. Within 3 days one nail chipped. Within 5 days four other nails chipped. It has only been one week and I have to remove the gel due to how many have chipped. I respect the owner but I will not return because I can get the same results at home.. Id rather not pay $30 for chipped nails in 3 days.

I haven’t had my nails done in two years and came to this spot. The first lady who did my nails made them look so ugly and completely ignored the fact that I wanted a design. The polish was ruined and when I asked her to fix, she tried to tell me that it looked fine 🤨 I had to get another lady to fix my nails which I also switched over to gel and she did a great job! Too bad I could only get my nail polish changed because the other lady did a horrible job on the acrylic nails. They’re lumpy and uneven 😩 I will NEVER go back. Most of the ladies there were very rude. The older lady who did my feet did an ok job. I could definitely see where she skipped the clear coat over my toes.. $120 in the trash.. and i made an appointment! Also the lady who does waxing is very precise! Very nice!

My first visit was terrible! My nails were not done correctly. I ended up going back about a week later cause all my nails were lifting.When I went back to have my nails redone, John was the one who did all the work repairing the mess from the lady who did them the first time and I must say HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB!! This is my go to guy from now on and I recommend him to any new comers. He not only does awesome nails but he made my visit very pleasant. Very friendly and gets the job done right!

Went in to get my nails done for my wedding day and JON is so wonderful I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he literally did a copy and paste ! I got acrylic with some fake gems and it lasted a good 3 weeks I have been trying to make an appointment but they are always so busy ( understandable they do an amazing job) love this place!

Had a fill and pedicure done.. I cant believe people throw their money away at this place.. 1st of all my nails still have glitter left from the last salon which should have been removed. I can see all the imperfections in my nails.. as far as my pedicure why was the dead skin not taken off the bottoms of my feet? You only use a scrub pad no other item like other salons? This is the worst salon I have experienced even tho the last salon was rude at least my feet were smooth and nails looked professional. YOU SUCK

Just had a pedi and WOW amazing! Super clean, super nice and they took really great care of my mother who has bad feet problems like a pro. PERFECTLY styled spa. Booked another appointment and excited to return. Its been a long time a place has blown me away with their spa and employees.

Normally I make a appointment but this one time I didnt. The lady told me and my sister that it would be a half hour wait, which at the time didnt seem so bad. We ended up waiting one hour and we left very disappointed.

The eyebrow waxing is great! She really does a great job!!its the only place we go!

Ive been getting pedicures from Yen and have been pleased with her work. Today was my 2nd time getting acrylic/gel tips from a male worker. Ugh. Bubbles in the acrylic, both thumbs are sloped, my ring nail is completely crooked. 1st time they charged me $23, today it was $27. He sneezed, snorted (often) & coughed the whole time. They also only take cash so its just a matter of time before they get jacked & I never want to be present for that. Time to find a new salon!

My recent experiences at Diamond have not been good, enough so that I’m no longer going to come here, and Ive been a customer with them for years. If you do decide to go to Diamond, Julie and Dila are the best (if you can get an appointment with them, they’re always really booked). I left the salon nearly in tears today, and spent another $55 at another salon (on top of the $35 I spent here) so they can fix what Diamond f’ed up. My nails looked absolutely horrible, they were all bubbly, uneven, or crooked. The gal at the front desk seemed very unwilling to have my nails fixed in the first place, even though one of THEIR employees messed up. After that god awful customer service, there’s no chance that I’d let Diamond fix my nails. I’d attach a photo of my botched nails if I knew how.

Had a group mani pedi session for 5!! The staff was quick to get us all set up and in the massage chairs next to each other. took care of us 1 right after the other with maybe only 5-10mins each one starting.. got us all taken care of and everyone enjoyed.

I come here because I can easily come walking, but everytime I come they never make my nails the same length some are longer than others and the shapes are off! some nails are square others are coffin shape! The only one that has got my nails 100% correct is Danny but sadly he isn’t there anymore, I went yesterday and I came home thinking my nails were perfect and 5 of them the shape and length were off! 35$ dollars for nothing! UHH I WANT MY NAILS FIXED NOW! I heard Dila is great at doing nails going to her next time if she isn’t forsure fixing another place!

Broke my index finger the other day and I went in today to get it fixed usually walking in I know itll be a wait without scheduling an appointment so I wasnt upset waiting but the lady I ended getting to fix my one nail was in such a hurry the proportion of the nail is off and I ended up with an Easter egg on my index finger paid 5 dollars and still tipped without really checking it out I guess until I left but Ive gone to a handful of the nail techs there and have always been happy except for this one visit, close mouths dont get fed...

I do like how my nails come out when I go to this salon. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because I keep getting cut with the electric nail filer! Its been 3 times my cuticle gets cut my the filer because the tech gets too close and isnt careful.
