I took my sister to g sees t our nails done, my treat. We both got the same acrylics just mine pink hers white. I went to pay they charged $35 for hers $85!!!!! For mine!!!! My mom goes here and its always been $35 still is.

I swear this is the best salon Ive ever been too. They were nice, they made me very comfortable. They did an amazing job. It was definitely a premium experience. They say you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny! My nails look flawlessly amazing! Thank you!

Came in on Labor Day to treat my wife and myself to pedicures. There were a few ladies waiting when we arrived and were told it would be a 25 minute wait. We sat down and were taken back in about 15 minutes! The team here do a great job, their chairs are very comfy even for a tall guy like myself. For $30 they take care of your nails and hang nails if you have them, remove your callouses, massage your feet and legs, and use hot rocks and wax to finish it off. Alot of men dont do pedicures, but they are a great way to relax and take care of a part of the body that is often neglected!

Im ticklish on the bottoms of my feet...so,every time I barely moved my foot, the manicurist working on my feet, would give me this awful look, kind of like disgust. She was not in any way nice! Hell, I dont think she spoke two words to me!

I went there today with my sister. The service was amazing, they were very nice. However it’s just the actual job they did, as soon as we got home the nail polish came off our nails. They were fully dry, it wasn’t chipping at all. The whole polish just came off. The other times I have been there it was ok. Maybe today just wasn’t the day.

I love this nail salon. I have been coming here for years. I have an amazing nail technician named Kyle who ALWAYS goes above and beyond on my nails. Every time I get them done by him I get compliments. David is always so nice and accommodating. I very much recommend Nails by David Lee.

First off he seemed pretty rude when I came in even tho I called. I waited 30 minutes for my services and as I waited I seen him not charge a lady and give out some sort of coupon I was the only woman of color in there and I felt some type of way, so Im hunting for a new nail place because obviously my money dont matter here!

Started off with a rude “welcome” from the owner. I got a set and a pedicure. The lady doing my nails seemed nice, at first, so I was trying to create small talk here and there, but the owner was responding and being very rude with his replies. However, when I tried telling her how I wanted my design, her attitude changed towards me.I noticed that they kept using an old napkin, that was crumpled there, on my nails, and then afterwards saw them using it on another customer.And while I was getting my pedicure, the lady took out a piece of the filter to rinse out while my feet were in there.Super unprofessional, and unhygienic.

I went to a lady named Vicki she was sitting on station 17 she asked what I wanted, I showed her a pic and she said ok have a seat. David sent me to the Spa place next door because they were full at the main location. The shape was great, but the problem started when it got to painting my nails. I asked for beige and white. She insisted on pink, so I let her do that. I didn’t like way the she was painting the white as it was not what I asked for so I kindly asked her to change it and showed her the pic once more. She got really upset and started to rant. A nice lady from station 19 came over and asked me what was going on. I explained to her this is not what I asked for so I kindly asked her to change it. She said ok and talked to Vicki about it. Then Vicki started to yell and mocked what I was saying in English. I felt very uncomfortable. As a paying customer I should be able to have a say so on the nails that I want and I am paying for and not have her determine the type of nails I should get. I noticed her attitude changed and she continued to be rough on my nails. She continued to do what she wanted so I just let it go and let her do her thing. When we got to the nail filing at the end she was so rough she cut two of my fingers. I noticed the blood when she sent me to wash my hands. She told me it will be $65 and I still gave her a $5 tip and I left. I’ve been coming to Nails by David Lee for over ten years and this is was the most disappointing experience ever!! I did however tried to speak to David about this experience, not to necessarily complain but to make him aware about the unprofessional behavior of his employee. Two of my nails were bleeding and I was in pain I couldn’t just leave without saying anything. David’s response was “Don’t worry next time we will have someone here do your nails instead of over there” After coming here for over 10 years, I can say that I will not be return here anymore. And to whoever is reading this, I would avoid having Vicki do your nails if I were you. I would however recommend Calvin. He’s very professional and great at what he does.

I had went to the salon around 4:30 got told to come back at 6:30 so I went back and waited an hour basically before they even thought about seeing me. People came after me and they got seated and started on their nails after waiting for many hours I ended up not getting acrylics done Poor service.

I gwt my toes done here because they usually have different packages that include a foot massage. Last time I went, they literally just painted my nails. They did a great job, and only charged me $15 - but I was looking forward to the hot wax, hot rocks, foot massage and all of the extras that I dont mind paying extra for.

They have you sign -in and leave your contact phone # and tell you the approx. wait time, so having my elderly mom with me, I elected to wait in my car. Well, they skipped right over and noticed ladies being helped that came way after I signed in. We were never called. I was in my car right in front too! I came to check in and they fit us in but made me feel like I was being rude for asking! I was pleasant but asked why they never called us. Very unprofessional and must not need my business. I only stayed because of my poor mom. It takes a lot for her to get around and wanted to treat her for her grandsons upcoming wedding. I had been coming here for years. Not sure I will be back.

Date of mani 2/4/21. Updated review 2/8/21 with description and pictures.Dirty. Impersonal. Lack of attention or care. Nail tech cut my skin too low, a week later you can see how red my skin still looks. The gel polish has come off. Has gone downhill big time. Wont be coming back.

The work is great but the attitude and misery from the owner and the employees is felt miles away. So rude. Zero communication and just straight disrespectful how the owner talks to his paying customers. Definitely on a high horse.

I have been going there for manicure, pedicure and to get my eyebrows waxed, give great tips, went in today and he was in a bad mood and being rude, so Ill take my business elsewhere.

This was my first time here. I loved it. David is absolutely amazing! As well as all the staff. They are very busy, but there is so many stations there wasnt very long of a wait. Davids niece did my nails, she was super fast and did a great job! I will definitely be going back again!

I had a pedicure and it was amazing. The lady who took care of me was very polite and new it had been awhile since I had them done. She took her time and it was very much appreciated.

Theyre pretty decent. They do my nails pretty good, I never have to wait too long in line because they have a lot of people who work there. I always make the 20 minute drive to them because theyre worth it.. so far. ;) would be even better if the foot massage during pedicures lasted longer than just a few seconds.

I had to see a doctor two days after I got a pedi. I got a bacterial infection. I should of known since they don’t put any plastic or anything to prevent this. Don’t recommend!

I’ve noticed the only way to receive great customer service is to either be an elderly Caucasian women or look like your husband owns Tesla. I stopped going to this location because the environment seems unwelcoming the owner doesn’t even look at you when you come in! Sorry I didn’t wear my Balenciagas today. Beside the CLASSISM they are VERY unsanitary. NT nails here I come!

You get what you pay for. Very good prices and nice if your in a hurry I was in and out within an hour getting a manicure and pedicure and everything looked beautiful at the end. That being said, it was very cut and dry basic pedicure no real massage didnt give me an option of upgrading to something more, manicure was basic as well massage lasted less then 5 min for both hands and didnt even clean the underneath of my nails. This is a huge deal breaker for me as I go to get my nails done to have some tlc time and truly relax I felt like I lacked the attention and was more of on an assembly line. But if thats not your thing and are wanting your nails done on a budget and in a hurry this is the place for you.

I myself had only been in here once before w sil. I recently treated my friend for her Birthday w a full Gel Set by appointment because this establishment is always busy, the gentleman in front sounded sternly rude at check-in, I come to find out hes the owner.My nail technician Tommy was awesome his work and attitude was welcoming! My friend liked her nail tech & set as well. If it werent for that I wouldnt be back. I will give it a 3rd chance in 2weeks. :)

Ive been coming here since I was little. David is always nice and friendly. Tina is my favorite pedi lady. I recommend the spa package. The hot rocks feel so good after the calf, foot massage. I literally almost fall asleep everytime. There can be a little bit of a wait, but you can choose which location to relax at. I like the Spa location because they have the private rooms where you can have a more intimate convo (seats 2-3 pedis), if you dont pedi alone, away from other customers. You just have to request it at check in.

They were awesome. Exceptional customer service and great pedicures. My nail look great too! Good prices also.

This place is one of the fastest but most professional nail salons I have ever been to. Your greeted and seated so quickly it’s like a blink of an eye. The staff is so friendly and they make you so relaxed before you know your done! Everything looks so clean and the place is so well kept. They offer water and David walks around checking making sure everything is ok. He is so polite when you go pay making sure everything meets your standards. This place is always packed but they deserve every dollar they make. Great job!

I love coming here! My mom and I come together a lot too! We are seen quickly and our nails are always done to our satisfaction. If the color I chose isnt just right once on, its never a problem to change. Ive never had a nail break, in fact during the pandemic my acrylics stayed on about 8wks and once they did start to come off my nail, while thin, the nail was fine. No discoloration at all! My nails had been sealed that well! It made it very easy to maintain myself till they opened again. Anyway, I love coming in. I love that my name is always remembered by David and Im greeted happily by Nida my favorite gal there! Cant imagine ever going elsewhere! When its been one of those weeks I hit Davids Spa - you gotta try it at least once! You dont know what youre missing!!

This is the best place ever. I have lived in a lot of states and went to plenty of salons. They provide great service, great prices, and great quality and choices to choose from.

This is the fastest nail salon in town. In and out and they do pretty good. Prices are fair. Not all techs are that great my fav is Kyle or if he’s not there ask for Qui or Kyle’s little sister, she does a pretty good job too!

David is always hospitable and his nail technicians are fast.

Some individual nail artists deserve 5 stars, but I give 4 stars as a whole. Sometimes there is a very long wait despite having an appointment, but they really do try to service everyone. Nobody is lazy here. I have gotten a fill every 3 weeks for the past 2 years here. I do prefer this boss side of the business for pedicures, and the regular salon for my nails. The pedicures on the spa side of the establishment cost more, but the atmosphere is more relaxing and the pedicures last much longer. I appreciate that David is almost always at the nail salon and is talking to customers and bringing in the fresh vegetables and fruits that he grows on his farm.

AVOID unless you are okay with having your wedding ring stolen and then stonewalled you have security footage checked. I went in a week after my honeymoon and my ring was stolen from purse. At first the employees and David were super sweet and tried to help find it. One employee said to ask for security footage since there were cameras in place where I was sitting. David said he would check it and call back next day. I did... then he said he didn’t look and it wouldn’t help...SUSPICIOUS, I think so. It sucks because I have been a faithful customer for 15+ years. I do not trust this establishment now and cautioning others. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

ENGAGEMENT RING STOLEN while at hand washing sink.Owner will not look at the security footage, what does that make you think????????A very shady looking client was very attentive to my every move, thinking nothing of it at the time went to the sink as instructed to wash my hands, only to find technician also left their station.When I went to pull my ring out of purse pocket, my engagement ring was not there.Owner lazily keeps putting me off about allowing me to view security footage! Been a rather loyal customer for some time. I could go at times a month without requiring a fill with no lifting, my last couple of visits Ive noticed my nails lift! Never have I had this issue which makes me wonder if theyre using cheaper product. Pricing for a pedi & fill have become inconsistent,I am very basic so I do not change or require extra stuff but often get charged for a design when theres not one. If you ask they say the glitter is the design, but do the same thing next visit and am charged less. Dont bother making an appointment youll wait anyways. If you dip your nails, when you go for a fill youre required to get a new set. I loved this place but as of lately the service received is less than satisfactory and feeling a bit ripped off.

I have moved since, but the service is of the highest quality in my oppinion. My mom & I came to Davids for a pedicure & chair massage. It was relaxing & we felt like queens for the day. Dont bother... made an appointment, got here on time and waited for 45 minutes in the chair for someone to start. Now theyre 20 minutes to closing and theyre vacuuming and mopping around me. I wouldnt say its a spa type experience. Even put the ladies tools and my color away. Thought I would give this place 1 more chance after a previous rude experience with them. I wont be returning..

The price was ok I just felt uncomfortable with all of the non English speaking all around me. I felt concerned. Im not use to that. The nail tech hardly spoke to me at all. My nails came out nice, I just wish it was a nicer experience.

Good place to get your nails done if you are limited on time. The nail professional was constantly checking the clock. It felt like all the tasks were perfunctory and not done thoroughly. She cut off and pushed back excess cuticle but not tough skin at the corners at the top of the nails. The next day my big toe was sore in the corner where it was nicked. Not much, if any, massaging of the lower leg was done. Maybe that isnt their thing. My sisters feet were waxed from a plastic bag and mine from an actual waxing tub. Nail professional was nice. When we came in I felt as if we were ordered to our chairs.

Cash only and much more expensive than NYC. Better ventilation is badly needed. I couldnt stay in the building and wait for the person I came with, the smell of chemical fumes was so bad. Why are the workers wearing masks but none are offered to the customers?

Went in for a pedicure for a party of four, two of us werent there yet so I asked if I could sit and soak until the other two arrived, david lee said no, I expressed to him that it was a shame that he was more concerned with making money than customer service, he then told me if I didnt like it then there was the door! Have never been so disrespected by anybody.! Will never give my hard-earned money to someone like him!

Two DIFFERENT ocassions I wasnt satisfied with the experience. Owner is Rude. So are much of the employees. CC machine didnt work and wants you to use ATM in the establishment. Yeah, nice they provide one, but I dont put my card in any old ATM! So basically CASH ONLY facility. Pedicure was 10minutes long....wheres the Spa aspect? Can I soak a little. Everything is rushed. I dont require much, nor do I complain. Ill let a lot of things roll, BUT to an establishment Im paying money to. I cant. Wont be back.If you decide to go, to see for yourself.
