Revisited after not so great experience. I Had gotten acrylics done years ago here but unfortunately the nail tech left my nails in pain for a few days so I didnt come back until 2021 and Im glad I did.Its summer time, and my feet were looking crusty. I cant cut or trim my toenails straight worth my life. Some of my nails are weirdly lifted, and I have a bad ingrown big toe nail. Decided to give these professionals another chance in the hopes for sandal ready feet.On two separate visits had gotten a pedicure with french tips. 36-38 ish +$18 for clear gel topcoat thats supposed to make the pedicure last longer. (French paint Still going strong after 1 month)Both times they did a wonderful job, they didnt hurt me too much with the ingrown nail. Even though my feet looked busted, i didnt feel like they judged me for it and went right to work. They helped trim down the lifted nails which i didnt know you could do and glad they did. They took off most of the dry skin (diabetes dries them up so bad) . They didnt really talk much which i was fine with and overall I feel like I can trust them with caring and beautifying my feet especially since Im diabetic. Glad to have given this place another chance.

Worst customer service ever! Do not recommend!! Worst part was I told them i don’t how they painted my nails or how they didn’t even clean my feet they just massage your LEGS for the most part not even your FEET. They charged me 20 dollars more than what they said it should cost.Kept continuing to charge me and not listen to me.

Fast friendly service usually hard to get into nail places on a Sunday but had no problem here...

Paid 38 bucks for 2 color acylics. Decent pricing but the lady cut some of my fingers with the drill. Other then that its better than most salons in the area.

Do NOT waste your time of money!! To write a review I had to give 1 star. Or it would be 0!! Worst nail salon ever. I waited 40 minutes, then had to wait again for 15 to get someone to do the gel color. The original nail technician said hurry up, you have 1 minute to pick your color, my real client is waiting. She left and never came back. She was the rudest woman Ive ever had doing my nails.

Use to like them...... The ladys have always been kinda rude but I loved their work... Now nails are so thin. I went in on Sunday and its now half my nails have broke off.

I normally do not post a response if it is not positive but my experience here was so terrible that I feel I have to. When I entered the shop it was busy but she assured me the wait would be only 20 minutes and I waited 40 which wouldnt have been bad had my nails come out nicely but they did not. I showed her the design I wanted and asked her if she could do it and she said she could. She painted one fingernail and I realized she could not so I asked her for something simpler. She became angry and did a poor job removing the gel. When she finished it was sloppy and there was gel crammed under my nails. When I pointed it out to her she took the sharp end of a file and crammed it under my nails to dislodge the gel. Overall, it was a painful and unsatisfying experience. I work hard for my money so I dont like to just waste it which is what I did by going to that shop. Worst $30 Ive ever spent. If I could give it no stars, I would. I wont be going back there and neither should anyone else. Awful.

Im Satisfied with the service, when I get there to get a pedicure and manicure, I Dont Wait they get Me right to a Chair and begin.

AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL customer service!!! I took my daughter to this shop to get a full set. My daughter is in a wheelchair. She was born with a condition called AMC that causes her hands to be twisted, fingers dont bend & she has tight joints. They took one look at her, asked if her hands could go straight then immediately without trying said no! They are very rude! We will NEVER step foot in there again! I took my daughter to Pretty Nails & they did not only did an amazing job but they are very friendly & have a very welcoming environment!

I stopped going here about a year ago. I forgot to write my experience. First incident, I sat down to get my nails done believing it was one price. But by the end the lady doing my nails told me, no, because your nails are longer the price is more. I had only brought enough for my nails and a tip but since the price increased I only had enough for the service. I couldnt give her a tip. She snatched my money in annoyance and made a sound like, Psft with her mouth as though she was annoyed. I just let it blow over. The next time my mom and I went in we had been sitting there waiting. Another lady and her boyfriend walked in after us. They did not schedule an appoitment and I know this because they said, we just want a manicure and pedicure. Weve never been here before. How long is the wait. Etc. It was obvious they did not set up an appointment. But she remembered that I didnt tip the last time and she welcomed them with open arms to come sit down and she told me and my mom, they had appointment. The girl and her boyfriend looked confused because they knew she was lying. I HOPE it was because the tip thing and not because theyre racist... most horrible service ever. They are very rude unless you tip good EVERY TIME.

My nails were horrible . All of them were different shapes and when I went back to ask for a refund I was told that they couldn’t give me a refund because they had done nothing wrong . I payed 40$ for acrylic and shellac. The lady cut me with the drill as well. Over priced and they came out so bad. If you want good nails go to polished nail and spa on mchenry not here. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.!

Im very disappointed in a customer service and the nail quality is absolutely horrible all of my nails are lifting they are uneven they look absolutely disgusting this is only after a week I will be returning I also wouldnt miss them yelling at another woman ganging up on her about the prices of nails was completely uncalled for

Annoying they dont speak English while customers in shop. They are hard to understand at times..shop is clean and pedicures are okay for $20 bucks.

Horrible Place always dirty they dont clean the tub from the pedicure chairs they use used items on customers! Did my nails and feet and they only cut my hands and feet Im literally bleeding. Very unhappy 1-26-17 at 430pm. They are Very rude and will not fix any mistakes they make . one of the workers kept on trying to convince me to spend more money. She did a horrible job and i asked her nicely to re paint my nails and she said no! And started yelling in my face!! Thats no way to treat a paying customer! and they are racist btw. I didnt want to pay her a dime but i paid her anyways because i am kind hearted. No one should go there.do yourself a favor and Go somewhere else.

I got a pedicure it was awful !! Then the shellac polish I got chipped off the next day. Got it re-done and it still chipped... smh. !

I used to go a few times. Treated me shitty every time. Never talked to me. Made what I wanted seem stupid. Cut me everytime. And I had different ppl. So most staff there have terrible customer service.

Extremely unprofessional and rude pretty quick service but at the risk of cuts infections and extremely racist I watched them tell a young lady of color she had to wait and a lady came in after her and they immediately took the older lady she was extremely appalled that the young lady had been the way before there for she had no appointments either will never step foot in there again.

I was ignored for 30 minutes and I walked out.
