I always go back, they always do a great job and my nails always look very natural. My favorite is Ann but Lili does a great job also.

Always a great experience. I have had pedis, full sets and fills from New York Nails. It is clean, the staff are friendly and the prices are great. Lily does a beautiful job, never had a lift or a break. Tons of polish and acrylic colors to choose from.

I had my Bachelorette party here and it was wonderful. My bridal crew got full service and we enjoyed a wondeful evening. Lily went above and beyond. My all time favorite nail spa.

Anne does a great job at nails BUT no matter if you have a appointment you will still be waiting and extra 30-45min. Its happend to me multiple times. The owner is rude, her customer service sucks. She brushes it off and doesnt care about your time as long as she gets paid. Ive walked out twice after waiting over 40 minutes for the appointment i had. I stopped coming here. High tech nails in turlock does a great job if you dont mind the drive.

Anne is great, unfortunately the owner is not. She doesnt seem to have even the most basic grasp of what customer service means. She is rude, dismissive, and unapologetic when she doesnt meet appointment times. Her response to my complaint that we were just sitting well past our appointment timeswas that she cant control when her employees arrive. Pretty much anyplace else in Modesto would be better than this dump.

Took my fiance to get her nails filled 3 weeks after she got them done and only had 1 broken nail i paid 40 dollars to get them done and they told me it would be 20 to get them filled and only a little bit more to fix one if one broke that was a complete lie cause they tried charging me 40 which is what i paid to have them put on in the first place i found that out and was not happy my fiance just ended up having them take them off we drove from stockton because this is where she wanted to go and a complete waist of time

They have the worst customer service. They are always rude and it makes you feel uncomfortable. They make you feel like you are just one more customer they dont care if you ar happy with their work or not. I have my own bussiness and for me customers are first. I have a lot of customers but I treat everyone one like if they were my only customers. These ladies here dont care if you come back or not. I would not recommend this nail place. It is not all about the nail art it is also about the service you get and that is what sucks. The boss is the rudest out of all ive seen her be rude to other people who walked out and she didnt even care.
