I love getting my nails done at Vickis. Their staff is always friendly, welcoming,, and the atmosphere is so pleasant and they do a great job! This has been my favorite nail salon in Modesto for a few years now.

I always go here have never had a problem until today. It was somewhat busy got seated waited another 15 min before they started it was completely rushed, stones were barely warm, very disappointed.

First time here. It was great. The shop is very clean and spacious. The employees are friendly and know what they are doing. The owners, Henry and Kimmie greeted us and made us feel like regular clients. Henry did my nails. He did a great job. Their pricing is very reasonable. We will be back.

This is the best nail shop Ive ever tried. They took me in at 6pm as a walk in I had no appointment but she was very happy to see me and they were busy and stayed open past closing for other cutomers. By far the best manicure and pedicureI ve ever had. Made my day. Make sure to have cash for tips!

Vickis Nail salon is open again for now. They all do good work for a good price. It was nice to get a pedicure again! Staff are always courteous amd professional. They have great products and techniques to make your skin feel super soft. Ive been here many times and they are always do consistent work.

They are Awesome.... Welcomed me and took care of me right away even though I was a walk-in. Calling ahead and having cash is helpful.

I go here a lot to get my eye brows done. They are nice. They dont do heavy shaping but clean up well. I have had a manicure as well. I thought they did a good job.

The foot massage with the $35 package pedicure was not to good. I had to ask for a liner for the foot bath many times before I was able to get it.I wanted to see how the color look first before she put it on my toes. Because I wasnt sure but in the end the nail tech put the colors on all my toes before I knew it. I didnt like it. My manicure was simple I asked for a base and top coat only and even that was not put on properly. I would not go back.

They do great nails here. Guys will even complement my nails thats how good they are.

I dont know whats wrong with you women with the negative attitudes. Henry & Cami are fantastic in their profession. I have been going there for many years and never had a bad experience. I have probably had my spa pedicure and manicure done by every one of their employees. They are more than professional and pleasant. I am always greeted by name and welcomed. I am headed there now.

After moving to Modesto this salon was recommended by my previous nail technician of 10 years. Great service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. They make my nails just how I like them.

Pedicure was very good. I had the top of the line. The moisturizing was worth the money. After deciding to have a manicure I was not asked what type. So I didnt receive any type of moisturizing or massage on my hands. First time there and third time I ever had a manicure. Requested french tip fake nails but may have gotten gel nails which I did not want. They look good. At least one clinical can do short stilleto nails. A customer asked and received this style. Another popular nail salon said short stilleto nails could not be done.

I have gone a few times because its the closest to job, and Im honestly not happy with there service. I thought it was normal the way they served a customer but it is not. Thankfully I found better. I do not recommend, in experience it was horrible 5 out of 6 times

Awful, dont waist your money, deluxe pedi, my feet were in a foot bath for 30 minutes that was cold water. I told employee but didnt understand me and did nothing about it. Then didnt get a massage and rush through process. Hot rocks were cold and hot towels werent hot at all. Then to top it off the toe polish paint job was awful!!! Never Again will I waist my money

I have been a customer of Vickis Nails for over three years. That alone speaks for itself! Since the remodel, everything is sooo new and convenient. The massage chairs are always a welcome treat with a pedicure. Full service salon always gets me in right away, with or without an appointment. The staff is always pleasant and fun. Gel fingernails last

They laugh at every little thing. This place is horrible I do not recommend it. Employees make jokes for every thing you ask them. No respect for customers. Don’t ever waste your time coming here it is not worth it at all.

My first time there and I got my nails done blue with white tips:Purse falls in waterI had to remind them to turn massage chair onWhite tips were wide, half my toeCharged me $10 for a flower drawing!!Ready to pay and they dont take tips with card.. They missed that one! Im never going to this place again! I paid 38$$ for blue nails with big ass wide tips!!

I come here all the time and love it. So I bring my mom here today to get her nails done. The old lady working waa super rude. She messes up my moms nail and yelled at her saying she told her not to move her hand and not only that. She didnt even fix her mistake. And still charged her $40 just for tips. Was super rude til the minute we walked out. Never coming here again. Sorry henry.

This shop is super clean, the staff are fantastic and so friendly they fit me right in with no appointment and my nails were completely on point! Highly recommend!!💜💜💜

I got my nails done here for the first time and they were glued to my skin crookedly and then i decided to go again because i live nearby i made an appointment but when i got there the lady doing my nails was rushing to leave for some reason and didn’t even bother to make them look decent she cut my finger on accident and after she finished i went to a different nail salon to get them off and redone never ever going to this place again the ladies are so mean and impatient

I had a pedicure and wanted a fill. The person who did the pedicure had an attitude with me and picked up a towel off the floor to dry my feet! No real massage since she was busy listening to others talk. Girl who did manicure said I needed new full set. They are all bumpy and not straight as she too was busy listening to others talk and at times looked like she was in dream land! I will NEVER go back to thus place!

Ive been going for a while but always book with Kathy shes the best in doing my nails she tries her best to do exactly what I ask her too by coping my picturesshes amazing in her free hand art good prices as well.

I go back and forth from Vickys and another place for my pedicures and I have always loved the service that Henry gives me. I hadnt been in for about 3 months and came during my hour lunch for a pedicure. Great pedicure, the lady really took her time but what reminded me about why I keep coming is that they charged me $30. I didnt even think twice about it just paid and walked out. As I was getting ready to leave, Henry runs out and catches me right before I pulled out! They had accidentally overcharged me $10 and I didnt even realize it! He apologized profusely and returned the $10! I didnt even realize it! I appreciate the honesty, which is why I always come back!

I wouldnt go here again. The older lady who did my pedicure really sucked. She was so quick, cut my nails crooked, and my under feet look still a bit ashy like she did scrub enough. When she was done she didnt say anything just walked away and stated to eat her lunch very unprofessional.

I went none of my nails where the same length and they are not smooth, on tops of that the lady tried to play me and say coffin shaped nails cost an extra $5 when she was trying to tax me $35 when the sign said $25 ! I wouldnt recommend going here unless you want half fast nails 😂

I had a bad experience there the lady seemed in a bad mood since the beginning when i went to pick my nail color. you can tell she did not want to work. i picked my color ignored the fact that she was in a bad mood and i let her continue my nails. before she even started i showed her a picture of what i wanted and told her that i liked them narrow from the sides if she can fill the sides more. she seemed upset that i told her what i wanted. she kept asking if i liked them i said yes just a little more on the side . then i noticed that she was about to do a process that i know its for a gel manicure and i stopped her and said no i want regular nail polish. she only put the ph bond on three nails so that is not a big deal for me. you can tell she is irritated and upset she does my nail polish on three nails all bad and you can just feel her bad vibe and mood. she asked me if i liked them but with attitude and i told her yes i do like them i just dont like your attitude she takes of my nail polish off the three nails and tells me to leave but that she needs to cut my acrylic nails short i said no you either remove them all off or no she said no that she was only cutting them because i didnt like them i said i do like them just not the way you are treating me as a client. She argued saying it was my fault. When i did nothing i still payed because i was just dont understand why she treated me this way.

I wanted to get Shellac done on my hands and toes. So I called around and asked a few places how much it would cost for shellac with a manicure and pedicure. I went to Vickis Nails because the woman on the phone said it was $35, I specifically asked for a mani-pedi with shellac on both. Well after they finished my nails the women tells me its $60. I told her that the woman on the phone said $35 but she said no. Well they refused to bring down the price at all and I am forced to pay them because the job is already done. Also the polish they used on me wasnt even Shellac, which is a specific brand, it was some generic gel polish.

I tried here a few times after looking for a cheaper place (remember...you get what you paid for.) The first few times were fine. The last time I made an appointment for a gel fill. While she was working on me her friend came in and she rushed the rest. Since it was rushed, it didnt set properly and was peeling up within a week (gel AND tips.) I went to my regular salon, Labelle in Manteca to have them fixed. Helens my go-to girl! She peeled the crappy nails off and I had a fungus! I have NEVER had a fungus in 15 years of getting my nails done on and off! Luckily it was toward the tip and we had to let it grow and cut it off. Never again will I look somewhere else and if anyone asks me where to go Im saying Not Vickies!

Nail fill plus a gel color for my kid. Got rude when I didn’t want to keep letting them add on to my bill. My kids nail color didn’t even last the next day... I did not even want to go back to get fixed. Nope- never again...

I love this place but why is it so hard to find a location that uses new supplies! I dont want to catch some infection from used supplies.
