Always great service! Easy to book appointments online and always on time. I always go to “nails by Real” for my nails and he’s amazing! Nails by Sam is also great at doing long nail designs. Pedicures are always relaxing and great. I highly recommend 5 Star Nails.

I made an appointment for acrylic nails. When I went in for my appointment, I waited about 20 minutes, not a big deal to me. Sam called me over and he started my white tip acrylics. I’m not sure if he was in a rush but he cut the acrylics very short without asking the length I wanted. When putting on the acrylic powder, it was very dry which seemed to be hard to shape for him. I noticed right away that the tip wasn’t glued all the way to my nail and there was already a gap in between. Sam noticed and just filled it with a bunch of glue which didn’t solve the problem. After they were dried, my nails had SO many bubbles, which has never happened before with the nail salons I’ve gone to. He never pushed back my cuticle when doing my nails which will cause lifting immediately. There was no prep on my nails which causes your nails to not last as long. Overall I was very disappointed since it cost me 60 dollars for a short set of white tip acrylics. Unfortunately, due to bad prep, after 4 days my nails are ALREADY lifting and one has fallen off. I added pics to show the lifting and pictures to show the excessive bubbles.

I came here a few weeks ago as a walk in, and I was sat down basically instantly. I had Sam do my nails both times and he really took his time making my nail shape and designs perfect. It is a little on the higher end of prices but the quality shows for the price. I get tons of compliments and I will be visiting this shop more. Everyone seems very nice and the shop itself is very clean as well.

This was my first time getting a manicure here and I’ll definitely be back! I wanted a fall color so Sam helped pick out a pretty color. He took his time to make sure the shape was perfect and the nails were straight. I love my nails, everything about them is perfect!!! So worth the price too!

Have been getting my nails done by Real for the last couple of months! He is always quick and does such a beautiful job! ❤️ This is my go to spot for nails! 10/10 💅’d it!

Not only was I booked over I payed $70 for really short no shape nails and as I was sitting as girl who worked there obviously came up and looked at me and laughed while conversing with my nail tech definitely knew it was about the dress I was wearing. regardless the guy who started me out didn’t even finish with me transfered me to someone else I’m def not a Karen but come on??? Over charging and poor costumer service

Pretty standard nail place, I go here because its close to home. No complaints so far. Pricing is standard same as everywhere else. It seems clean and thats a plus.

Sam did my fill and he did an incredible job. I am very particular and he met all my acrylic nail needs ☺️🥰 I also got a pedicure which could have been a little better, as far as the paint job. However, the staff is VERY FRIENDLY and patient. I will definitely be back and I’ll be recommending this place to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Drove here from Brentwood to see my guy Sang, who had just opened up his shop with his family. I am so proud of this kid who has a lot of smarts and a good heart. Want go back soon but it is a horrible drive! Lol! He knows what he is doing and can now express himself freely through his nail art. A note to Yelp: He has become like a Vietnamese son to me so maybe this time you can call it nepotism and be right!! Here I am with his real, beautiful, sweet Mom. Blessings dear ones.

Not the best service, felt she rushed to get me out, she was busy talking to the two other people and I was the only one in shop. Don’t think I’ll return. The girl never spoke a word to me accept done and pay

When we got to our appointment they werent even open yet they got there like 15 minutes late....our appointment was at 9:00 am for 4 pedicures 2 were kids 2 adults and 2 full sets of nails we left 12:30..my daughters nails started lifting 2 days after mine 1 week....I paid 290.00 not happy not 5 stars....

Got my nails done yesterday and it looks like the nails already needs to be redone! You can see my real nail on the side as well. The place was clean and nice but I was disappointed with service.

I am very disappointed in this salon. I went this morning to have a pedicure done, the sign said that they will be reopening July 1st. All of the nail artist were walking into the salon they looked at me and said we are not opened and walked in the salon and dismissed me. A man came out and gave me some bull story about the government not allowing them to open. I actually called right after I left to see if I could book a future appt and go figure the same man told me I could come in and get a pedicure at 10:00am today because theyre open! Not knowing that I was the same woman I asked how could this be you just told me youre closed I was hung up on!This is extremely disheartening and I do feel as if this was discrimination, as a master stylist and new resident of Modesto this is poor customer service and just down right rude!

Super good nail salon! i had my nails detailed to a danganronpa (anime/game) theme and they did a very good job.
