Staff was very nice, manicures and pedicures for my daughter and I took a long time and they werent even busy. They did a good job, just dont ask for nail art, she had to redo a heart on each ring finger 3 times.

I went in for a design and the nail tech told me she would do that for $50. She kept trying to do the nail design and erasing it then told me I’m sorry I don’t know how to do that nail design just pick a solid color. She still charged me the same amount she has said for a set with design. My nails are lumpy and spots of nail polish are missing in the edges and she cut me several times. I spoke to manager and instead of trying to solve the issue she blamed me. Terrible service and unprofessional. First and last time I come to this nail shop.

I got a full set for my hands and a polish change only for my toes (would have gotten a pedi if both of my feet werent completely bandaged) and was charged $70! This is by far, the worst nail salon that Ive ever been to. It was the day before xmas eve and I had absolutely zero time to stay and attempt to have my nails fixed, or to go somewhere else. I was so upset... every time someone said oh let me see your nails I wished I could hide them! This one lady even asked me if I did them myself. Thats bad. I would not recommend this nail salon if it were the last one left on earth!

I love Helen she is the best!! I have been going to her for over 10 years! I never have broken or lifting nails. I stay loyal to her because she is definitely talented. Thanks Helen for all your hard work! :)

I like the changes being made. Nice remodel. No more blaring television. Relaxing videos shown during pedicure instead. Sound turned down on other TV. Great job by the techs.

Ive gone there 4 times for polish change the fourth time they decided to add an additional fee to take my polish off!!! With no mention of it till I was ready to pay! Other then that incident its a good nail salon. But I will be removing my polish before I go for my next color. Lets see what other charge they come up with!

Paula is amazing. Her knowledge and skill far surpass the nail salon “techs” in salons and strip malls. I had terrible pain on my toes which turned out to be caused by a fungus infection (most likely from on of those salons). She treated my feet, got rid of the fungus and what a relief. She’s also a kind caring person who has helped many many people.

Kim does my nails (sculpture gels) here and she is willing to go the extra mile it takes to make my nails pretty. I have heard from other nail professionals that my nails are hard to do...Kim makes it look easy . :) I would recommend her...and I have! 💅💋

Very bad customer service had an appointment waited an hour an was told oh someone with an appointment showed up. Meanwhile multiple people came in and were seen. Ill never go back. All had bad attitudes.

I would rate five stars but due to my nail tech getting a appointment during his application of mine I didnt really appreciate that. Other than that my nails turned out decent I really wish that my original Nail Tech Toby could have finished the job. When I came home I noticed the gel finish that the other Tech put on was all around my cuticle so now Im worried about lifting of my nails.

The guy who did my nails was the best. He took his time making sure they were perfect. No lifting or breaking. Its been 2 weeks and they still look like the day I got them

I went in today to get a broken nail fixed, I didn’t originally go with them but the lady I normally go with was booked and super busy so I went here instead. I obviously know they’re not gonna have the same color but maybe try and help me pick something similar. Not only were they rude from the beginning but my nail came out extremely lop sided. Had her fix it and she just filed it and never repainted the edge.

I’ve gone her many times to get pedicures. They’re cheap and perfect, just how I like them. I’ve never left there dissatisfied, that is until last night. First of all, let me just say that whoever I had, I think Toby, was kind; but the quality of acrylic nails I left with is so bad that no amount of kindness can do away with that. I went in for A FILL and was charged $35. Never in my life have I been charged that much. My normal place would never charge me that much for a fill but whatever. Secondly, I’m not quite sure what he was thinking but my nails don’t even match up with the width of my nail bed. He filled the sides down SO MUCH, that my actual nail isn’t even there anymore. My finger tips hurt because he filed into my nail bed. If my nails don’t grow back normally after this, I will have some words for this place and they won’t be nice. Lastly, I asked for a very simple design. Just a simple, small Mickey head because I’m going to Disneyland and I wanted something really casual but still Disney related. And I got a huge misshapen and awkward sort of Mickey head on both middle fingers and a weird flower design that I definitely did not ask for or want for that matter. Also, I paid $25 for my little sister to get her nails painted, not shellac or gel, just painted with some white polka dots. It’s rediculously priced for the shabby, not very clean and totally dissatisfying product that you get. I sadly will never be going here again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for a walk in fill on Tuesday night. It was about 6pm, I got an older man. I ended up getting just all plain black. Went home. When I woke up the next day 2 nails had the gel completely peeling. Within the next few hours it turned to 3 nails having the gel completely peeled. Called them to get my money back( why would I want them redone when they were clearly done rushed since it was almost closing) and the owner spoke with me about how it must have been something I done. Maybe I should have picked a different color. Horrible service. Will definately never go back, and rescomend people to go elsewhere. Would have been more satisfied if they didn’t try blaming me.

Honestly if youre someone that doesnt know how nails are supposed to be done then you may think that this is a great affordable place to go but I went to school to learn how to do nails and coming from the perspective of somebody that knows the rules and regulations of Nail Care I can say that this place truly does not follow any of the guidelines they are very unsanitary they use used files I have glue left all over my hands when I left and my nails were not filed properly also they used a Dremel to file my nail bed which causes severe damage to your nail plate I would not recommend this spot to anybody

Horrible ! I got white nails and i understand often the white tends to change color but the next day they were completely brown . i drove to Get the color fixed and they were rude as hell . I used to love this place but i will NEVER return again . his name was Toby . maybe if he stop every 5 seconds to use the bathroom or watch the football game he wouldve noticed

Nail tek is bad they did my nails bad just saying the true no hate and i paid $40 bucks it like the glue on nail you get from the dollar store and they made fun of me and y mom.That i want square nails like bro.If you are in that area go to david lee.Nail tek take an hour two do your nail and david lee takes 30 min.and one last thing i ot y nails done from there and it aready coming off and the lady I dont know her name she did my nails bad it looks like i been having them for 2 weeks

I had a great experience I had my nails done by Hein Le and she did a great job. I got coffin gel nails done and Im very particular and picky and she did an exceptional job and she dealt with my pickiness. I would definitely suggest for you to come there and see her. Im not sure about anyone else

I got plain acrylic nails. No designs, one color. And I paid more than what I have paid other places for super cute designs on my nails. The older man doing my nails was beyond rude. I wanted to yell, no matter how hard you squeeze my finger/hand youre filing it, its still gonna move! I feel like Ill have bruises from it! On top of that, multiple cuts around my nails. One under my finger that bled a small amount. There was only 2 employees that were dressed decent. One of them was literally in what looked like pajamas and slippers! The place was cluttered and unclean. Im disgusted. I just moved here, but I can definitely say I did NOT find my new go-to nail place today! 😡

They Always do good job on my nails.

Never going back! I came to get a new set and one of the nails was not straight. I asked her if she can fix it for me please so she looks at the nail and said its my finger thats cricked (which its not) Also left the place with 3 cuts on the side of my nails.

So I call to schedule and was 10 minutes late, my bad I know and I can handle being turned away.But when Im told no problem, take your time choosing a shade and I tell my husband to go ahead run your errands because I can be seen, I expect this! Instead... theres a mix up because there are two Kims and they confused Lisa with Elizabeth so I cant be seen. Ridiculous and a waste of time.

Paid 49$ for shellac manicure nails and painted toes. Not even 5days has gone by and 4of my nails are chipped. Shellac is to last 2 weeks minimum and yet it chipped while sleeping, and scratching my leg..... Plus my big toe seems inflamed now so Ive been having to soak it in Epsom salt. Not very happy to spend so much money and it doesnt last 2 weeks.... I Paid for shellac bec its to last that long
