I called to try to make an appointment on Thanksgiving morning and she responded “On Thanksgiving, really?” and hung up on me.Being an essential worker for a online retailer during this time my schedule is crazy and I don’t get many days off. She could of easily replied with sorry I’m closed on Thanksgiving. But to be rude and hang up on someone is just unprofessional.

Tiffany is the best, I colored my own hair it turned dark on top of that its thick, l messed it up, well I met her through a friend at my condo I live at, and Tiffany straight turned my hair from a nightmare to a Miracle job, thank you Tiffany.

My barber recently retired. Tried somewhere else and they jacked up my hair! Then I was recommended to Tish at Sola Salon by a friend of mine and she fixed my hair! This is definitely a great place to go!

Go to Julie at Julies Skin and Sugaring Spa, she is AMAZING! She is very fast, attentive, professional and caring about her clients. The sugaring is way WAY less painful than regular wax and the hard wax, its just great! I was left a very happy camper 😋 I highly recommend and I hope you all enjoy your visit just as I did!

Marcella Munoz did a GREAT JOB!!!! That girl knows her hair. She turned my regular ole highlights out! She made them POP!! I love my new hair. She is so personable, she listens to what you want and she has a great personality! She is very professional. She knows her stuff. If you are scared to get highlights or if you just want to look like a whole new person, you need to book an appointment!!My hair is hard to work with because it takes on alot of reds. But she worked with it and got my hair to cooperate and made the reds turn to more carmels and blondes like I wanted!! LOVE IT!!

Had my hair done by Marcella Munoz at the Loft and was super disappointed because the reviews of her work are so good. A tip to all: if youre from the Bay dont let any hair stylist out here know, they will jack up prices on you for 2nd rate work like she did to me . This lady actually told me that she DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR, why would you pay somebody to dye your hair and then pay somebody else to cut it? Seriously? She was only able to cut my hair in straight line, straight across and it looked horrible. I took a picture to her of the color I wanted which was a brown/blonde mix of highlights and left there with a mix of red hair with highlights- not even close to the same. She talked about how hing over she was and had her assistant doing all thecwork on my hair and then paid the assistant right in front of me so basically letting me know that she charge me more than Bay Area prices because she was too hungover to do the work herself. Save your money and go elsewhere . I had to go back to my original hair stylist in San Jose to get my hair color and cut fixed. Was hoping to find a local hair stylist but I guess that wont be happening.
