In May my washer stopped working. Because the product is still under warranty I was confident that it would be take care of. Most of our appliances are from Sears and weve only been happy with them and their service. Unfortunately, the service Ive received with my washer has been horrific. The first repair person replaced various parts and the washer still didnt work. That was after two trips out and two cancelled appointments. He was advices to order the parts all over again and try again. The following appointment was cancelled. On the rescheduled appointment, a new technician came out and he had no idea what was going on with my washer. I had to explain what was going on... Which at this point I dont really know whats going on! He did what he could with the parts that had arrived and when the washer still wasnt working he called his manager quite a few times. The manager never answered or called back so the technician watched a YouTube video on how to fix my washer. He thought he fixed it had me sign that the job was complete and left. I eagerly went to wash clothes and to my horror the washer was broken in a new way, it wont even turn on. I tried to reset it and it still didnt work. Now it makes funny sounds and trickles out water and all the lights light up. I called Sears right after and was told the technician would come out the following day. The technician confirmed my appointment the next day and then quickly canceled. Now I have to wait until July 17th to have another technician come out and see whats going on. Talking to Sears via their 1-800 number is a nightmare! I was transferred at least six or seven different times, no one could help me.
My dryer was making a loud noise and sears sent a repair technician and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Now my dryer is so quiet while operating like when we bought it new!
While it is awkward only getting service to the mountains once a week and waiting 2 weeks for the next available date, the technician had the part with him that was the most likely cause of failure. He was therefore able to complete repairs during the service call.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THE INCOMPETENCY IS UNBELIEVABLE. THE MANAGEMENT (MICHELLE BADGE # 801033) SAYS SHES OFF SHORE SO THEY DONT WANT YOU TO KNOW WHERE THEY ARE SO YOU CANT HAVE ANY WAY TO SETTLE THE PROBLEM. THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND IGNORE THE PROBLEM. IF YOU WANT TO SUPPORT AN OFF SHORE BUSINESS AND NOT A LOCAL COMPANY I STILL WOULDNT USE THEM. THEY HAVE THE PARTS SENT TO YOUR HOUSE AND THEN ASK YOU TO CALL THEM FOR AN APPOINTMENT. SO YOU ARE THERE SHIPPING AND RECEIVING AND SERVICE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER. SO THEY WONT EVEN RUN THERE OWN BUSINESS THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU AND MAKE YOU AN UNPAID MEMBER OF THERE USELESS TEAM. DONT BELIEVE ME PLEASE ASK THEM HOW THEY RUN THERE BUSINESS AND YOU TO WILL SEE.
The repair was good, excellent the repairman knew what he was doing changed the compressor (still covered) for only $430.00. $109.00 for coming to my door which made the rest one and half hours labor, parts covered by Sears. The repairman explained the billing twice making sure I understood the charges prior to starting work. The part by itself was over $300. so your only choice is a new refrigerator or pay for the change. The work was excellent everything cleaned spotless when done, I couldnt have asked for more.
Ten weeks without repair. Four different technician visits.Service agreement worthless. Will never buy a sears product again.
Ben is really great. Very helpful and even fixed a slider on my refrigerator.
While I will post a 4 Star rating for Sears Appliance Repair for my water heater, but the signing up for and dealing with Cinch Home Services for an annual warranty costing $60/month wasnt worth the frustration obtained while trying to reach a human being that hides behind a portal wall which isolates you from talking directly with a customer service rep who is trained in only obtaining your name, address and zip code. Beyond that they could not see that I was (within 2 days of signing up for the warranty service) current on my initial payment, but was also Past Due for $179.97. All I wanted was to have them correct their mistake with the portal information which could impact my credit rating. I did reach a customer service rep, but he was incapable of seeing or adjusting their error. I requested to talk with his supervisor, but according to Raymond, he was in a meeting. I requested that before the supervisors shift was over, that his supervisor call me. No call was received at my end for two hours, and at that point, I cancelled my service with Cinch Home Services. I will be calling the corporate office to share my experience with them before I will consider an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you are considering a home warranty service, I would highly suggest that you read the existing complaints filed at the BBB for Cinch Home Services. As best as I could determine, Cinch Home Services has taken over the Sears Home Services.
The technician worked diligently to fix my washer & dryer - he explained what he was doing. They are working, I pray they stay working.
The repair man came out to replace the radiant burner for my electric stoveThe repairman obviously was not up to the taskHe didnt install the unit correctly so when he plugged the stove back in after replacing the part he blew half of the breakers in my houseHe had to pull the unit back out and reinstall again called the repair good and leftNow when I turn on any of the burners they all turn on and the stove top always shows that the heat elements are always onThese clowns really botched this badly and now Im stuck waiting for someone else to come out to try to sort this all outI really regret purchasing a service contract with these guys and it was a big waste of moneyI could have done better myself!!!!
Ruben the service tech was very professional courteous and friendly he explained what he was doing again great job Ruben
Very unsatisfied with the cost and the five week duration of the replacement of the compressor on my 4.5 year old Kenmore elite refrigerator. the $480 labor cost for a 1.5 hour repair nearly exceeded the parts cost on this warranty item. i also had to purchase a used refrigerator due the lag from the first call for service to the actual repair. i have bought many items from sears in my lifetime but even if you were still in business i am certain that ride has ended due to this costly experience.interested in your responseRobert Hall
The service tech was not prepared, he did not have all of the proper tools to complete the task: correct bit for drill to remove cover and clean glass, and did not have a temperature probe to verify temperature. He stuck his hand in the oven and said yes it is at 350. Absolutely a poor representation for Sears. It would also be a little easier if the technicians all spoke English a little clearer for our understanding. We might be a little older and hard of hearing, however, we do speak English.
First question to me and then my husbandDid you see where the technician took this part out of? He was holding the replacement compressor...I know that there are lots of models but that question does not give you faith in the service mans ability to do the repairs.About a half hour into the visit he called a senior technician for help. The senior technician told him that hed need to spend a good amount of time checking out the digital board. I didnt think another half hour was enough time to do that. I dont really know. After about an hour total he left telling us that we needed an electrician to make sure we were getting enough electricity. The next am an electrician was out. The electricity was fine. The electrician left his card for the next technician to call if he had any questions. As teachers we understand the need to help the technician learn about what he doesnt know so that he can give better service. This technician didnt appear to want to have to work until he found a solution. We both think that he could use someone to mentor him before he goes out on call alone.
Joe R is a great technician with so much knowledge of theproduct and very professional.
The serviceman did a great job with both my oven and washing machine repair. He was very courteous and went the extra mile especially with my oven glass which is difficult to clean.Have used the Sears Appliance Repair several times and always been very satisfied.A few years ago was encouraged to purchase an extended warranty on my oven andlater on the washing machine. I was reluctant but purchased the warranty was probably the best investment for the small price as I have used the service several times on both appliances.Recommend both sears appliances as well as the very efficient repair services when needed.
He came on time he did a great job he cleaned everything up I couldnt expect anything more
Sears had a 20 percent off first repair, we presented the coupon on the first visit, we have a written invoice of that fact. On the day of repair 3 weeks later we were charged full price. I called to get it resolved and got told a claim would be opened, got an email from someone named Sara saying no there is no claim in fact you owe us more, mind you we had paid 480 something to them already for a dryer repair. I called back, guy said oh yes I will help you with that and ended up transferring me to a mailbox that said complaints need to be mailed in writing. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend anyone using this company.
Our tech was very good and professional.
Ezra was efficient and helpful. He was able to diagnose a secondary issue and repair it on the spot!
The work was very good. I noticed on the receipt that I printed that my signature was not there and what was there was only NA .I am worried what happened to my signature. Nassir told me to sign on his cell phone, he said that I can sign it just on his cell phone. Please ask him why was it like that. Thank you very much.
I gave you a (5) star review because my dryer wasnt working very well and I was sure we needed to order a part but that didnt happen.. My dryer was taking two and a half hours to dry a normal load and since it was cleaned out it now takes forty-five minutes.. Thank you so much.. I have your number on speed dial..Elissa
Tech was here on time. He was very knowledgeable. Found the problem right away. He explained what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. Very polite gentleman.
The technician was EXCELLENT. We were hearing strange noises even though it was working.. It turns out it was nothing he could easily fix the way it was designed, but not to worry about it - just use it. Our extended service contract was well worth it, especially with the way these machines are built these days. Reminds me of my long career as a flight test engineer and test pilot. R&M (Reliability & Maintainability) used to be the order of the day back then - we seem to have lost that philosophy. I wish we could get it back.
Excellent job with the service. Im very happy to have had that serviceman he was quite a gentleman knew his job very well, explained things to the point that could understand what the problem was. Gave us a lot of information that could help, us better maintain our appliances.Thank You
GOOD SERVICES IT DIDNT take as long as it used too.
Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Repair was completed in a timely matter. I would highly recommend Sears products and purchasing one of their maintenance agreements.
This will be the fifth trip out for repairman on my dishwasher and the third part replacement (one was broken when arrived). The repairmen are all very nice but my big complaint is that it shouldnt take this long (going on two months) to get it fixed. Every time it doesnt work then I had to wait at least 2 weeks for the next appointment because they dont have available time slots. They should have fast appointments for people that have repeat visits...I wont buy any more appliances from Sears. Its time to replace my dishwasher instead of trying to fix it again.
Service tech was wonderful. He saved me over $200 on a part that I didnt need as he was able to fix the existing one. Prompt and courteous service.
A very nice gentleman came to maintain/clean my washer and dryer. He was courteous and did an excellent job. Thanks so much.
My washer was making noises and leaking from the bottom... the repair tech came out and said that it was a loose bolt on the bottom. About a month later my washer was making the exact same noise and leaking... same thing, the repair tech came out but this time couldn’t find anything wrong... not even a loose bolt.So... I have paid over $200 for my washer to still be making the same noise to this day.On a positive note... the repair techs were friendly, but still not worth the $$ for the service.
Not very satisfied with anything Sears has to offer any more. The service man was good. The rating doesnt reflex on him, if it were just him it be a 4 star. Its just Sears has become is worthless option. Then they offer you a 90 day warranty on the repair for $250, really, what a stupid offer. For few dollars more I can buy a whole home warranty for a year.I have had it with Sears. Their return/exchange policies are now 30 days and the hoops they make you go through are nothing but wasting your time so you give up.Never buying any Sears branded or Craftsmen items ever again !!!!!! They used to be my go to for everything. Its become very obvious why they are going belly up......
We have had a repair man out to our house four times -they have replaced all the parts in the refrigerator and it still does not work. They refuse to stand by their product and we have been without a working refrigerator for three months. I will never buy another appliance from Sears. Every repair man that has been to our house has recommended that we do not buy their refrigerators that they are junk.
Worst customer service ever and experience with a service tech. Service rep came in was more interested in selling maintenance contract than fixing the furnace. after 5 minutes plug in a loose cable that inform me the bill would be over $200.00 dollars. When I question the bill the service rep left with giving me any paper work. Called for customer support was informed that someone would get back to me . no communication with anyone now being harass to pay a bill for poor service. Would never use Sears home service again.
They came a little earlier than scheduled, which I was ok with. Came to repair washer and dryer and completed within an hour. Cleaned up after himself, gathering all his tools, gave me the repair receipt and was on his way. He fixed what I complained about. Love the service.
Technician trying to order a part for a 24 year old dryer does not exist and took half the money to repair this dryer. Which was going to be $350.00 made a appt. for 1 week out to expect the part to show up. Did not call me that he would not be showing up and that the part could not be found. I was not going to be told for 21 days and then to expedite the order. In the mean time cant wash my clothes and they were not going to cover the cost for me to go to a laundry-mat. I gave them 48 hours to see if they could tell me if this part existed. 48 hours later then did not call me I called them and still could not give me an answer so I canceled the order and ordered a new dryer. Still they think that this repair was done. Sears is not very good in much with appliance repairs and service.
Once the technician got here it went pretty smooth. Im not to keen on a four hour window of when you service person will be there. It so hapoens they didnt show at all the first time out .when I called to complain they were there first thing the next day. The guy was great and he was in and out in a timely manner.
Decided to have Sears look at our Samsung refrigerator to repair the defrost problem since that is where we purchased it. After determining the problem the technician ordered the part and scheduled repairs for the following week. The wrong part was delivered. Had to reorder and reschedule. The tech complained how this will affect his performance review because of the uncompleted service call even though it wasnt his fault and proceeded to tell us how he is evaluated on how long he takes on calls. I was left with the impression that he was more worried about how his performance looked on paper than repairing our refrigerator correctly. After the correct part came in he came back and began to remove the back panel but neglected to remove two screws. He tried to pry off the panel thinking it was frozen onto the unit and created two stress scars on the panels before realizing that two screws were still attached. When he finally removed the panel he then used a heat gun to try and defrost the ice build up in order to replace the defective part. In his hurry to get rid of the ice he overheated the refrigerator housing around the defective part causing it to melt and bubble up from the intense heat. He told us that it wouldnt affect the performance of the refrigerator and that it was only cosmetic.I will not use Sears again for any repairs because I dont think they have our best interest in mind. They seemed rushed and careless.
Repairman couldnt find source of the problem on January 4, said there was a 90-day service guarantee if the problem continued. Called for repair again on January 11, a different repairman came on January 21, took the washer apart, found the problem, had to order parts. Parts have arrived. Repairman was supposed to be here today January 26 between 10 and 2, but called and said he wouldnt be able to come until January 30 because he had a couple of other jobs to get done today. Meanwhile, my washing machine is still presenting the same problem, and I need to use it daily. Repairmen have been very informative and genuinely interested in helping, but the long time frame is very frustrating, especially since I had to pay upfront for the parts. The 3 stars given is probably too generous.
Excellent. Answered our concerns and helped us with warrenty for protection.Good service. Nice guy. Thanks!!
We didnt realize until the repairman left our home that he charged my husband $99. I was quoted a price of $79 when I made the appointment. Nevertheless, he did diagnose the problem, but he didnt make the repair, so I was surprised at the additional cost.PS: His diagnose was wrong. I had an electrician replace the receptacle he said needed replacing, but the unit still does not heat up. I think he just wanted to go home for the day.
The technician was fine, and replaced our ice maker. But it still doesnt work, so we will need them to come back. It took over two weeks just to get someone out to fix it, and now we will most likely have to wait another 2+ weeks for them to fix it again....I just called again to set another appointment, and was told that the earliest they could schedule an appointment is August 6th!!! Can you believe that? An entire month out to come and fix my ice maker, which they supposedly just fixed last week. Incredible.I asked to speak to a manager, and she came on and told the same thing. She was very rude, and actually interrupted me twice because she did not have the patience to listen to my situation.I am completely disappointed with Sears appliance repair, I would not recommend this service to absolutely anyone, and I am baffled how they even stay in business.Actually, it makes perfect sense. They keep putting their appointments off into the far future in hopes that their customer will just give up or go somewhere else, and keep the money that their customers spend on their repair plans.Terrible, terrible, terrible. Sears, make this right!!!!
The repairmen were very nice and efficient. The oven repair was successful. Very happy with the service and repair.
Service rep was good. Very disappointed with the lack of inventory and the time to get a standard part. Next time I will resource better for someone that can give faster parts service. We received. Notice delaying the part yet another day. Also when they rescheduled your email said they were charging me with another $79.00 charge which I had to spend a half hour being transferred around the Philippines to haveomeone confirm that I would not be charged with this for they installing the part they had to order. We shall see. Not very friendly service with no live person in the US to communicate with
A nice service man came and evaluated the problem and ordered the $30 part necessary to fix my oven. I was home when the second service man came but did not hear him at the door and missed the courtesy phone call as I was in the backyard. This is my fault. The third (very nice) service man came and could not remove the oven from the wall to install the part and requested that I have the oven removed from the wall so another service man could place the part in the oven. Now I need to hire an electrician/handyman to pull the oven from the wall at an additional cost. This is what I hired Sears to do! $295 later, my oven still does not work and I need to pay someone else to do what I thought I was paying Sears to do.
We are still without a functioning refrigerator. After waiting 3 weeks to get a qualified closed system repairman here, he left saying it would take a couple of days for it to start working. We are on day 3, and it is still not working. When I tried to get a new appointment, they told me it would be another 3 weeks. We would not buy a Sears Appliance Repair service again (nor a LG product).
Technician arrived on time, call first to alert me to his schedule, and performed repairs competently and efficiently.
The A/C repairman showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. He let me know what the issue was and hosed down the unit to clean it. Great job.
Our repair man was nice enough, but over an hour late. It was almost 7:45 p.m. when he showed. We are more disappointed that he found nothing wrong with our machine. We are disappointed because our warranty is up and weve had service numerous times this year (and in past years) for the same issue. The repair man stated that this is common for this washing machine. So now, we have a machine with no warranty that I know well have to be replaced shortly. I refuse to pay the cost of the service and repairs.
This was the 4th attempt at fixing my GE Dryer purchased through Sears. The first, the tech had to discover what was wrong and order the part, which he sent to the wrong address because he didnt check with me on what the correct one was. That was his second visit for a part not here and was more interested in telling me he knew what he was doing because he had many certifications. Yet another part was ordered by him without verifying the address. Requested a different tech. Steve came times 3 and 4, first to get me running after 3 months without a dryer as best he could and the last was a total success has he had yet another part to place that showed up as faulty during 3. Steves the man!!!
I had a our home fridge repaired by Sears. I was not on any service plan, and they came out right away when they thought they were going to get $99 an hour. However, the compressor needed replacing and it was under warranty. Once they learned this everything slowed down. After shipping delays and resulting rescheduling, it was 23 days before they came out again. The parts had been there for 9 days. The manipulation shows Sears doesnt care about us being out a fridge. The reason I did at least give two stars is the actual technicians were very good!
The technician was on time, very pleasant, thorough and completed my fridge in a timely manner. He and the people I chatted with online to order parts were very professional and helpful.
Very poor communication, apparent lack of skill and/or training. Refrigerator doors work worse than prior to visit and gasket is now torn even more (Gasket supposedly not replaceable). Did not leave invoice nor any paperwork of work accomplished. Did not contact appliance center with report of work done. Altogether worse than a waste of time. Had to schedule another visit from yet another repair person in two weeks to see if he or she can remedy the problem of sticking doors. The refrigerator is less than 6 years old and cost over $1500, and parts are not available??
A very nice pleasant young man came to fix my refrigerator did a very good job and also change my water filter same time going to Sears to buy one thank you
Repairman arrived in designated time, fixed the washer quickly cleaned up after himself a very pleasant experience for appliance repair.
Very satisfied repairman was on time and did a very good job. Was helpful and polite.
He had the necessary parts with him so he was able to quickly make the needed repairs and get my refrigerator back in tip top shape.
We had a brand new hot water heater installed by Sears last fall, and it stopped working in March. It went out on a Friday evening, and we were not able to be helped until the next Monday afternoon. Cause of the problem? Defective thermistor, which is a part that monitors the pilot light going on appropriately. Not too pleased with the reliability of the hot water heater tank, and frustrated that we could not get the thing fixed on a Saturday. The repairman that came to fix it was great. He knew just what to do, and got it taken care of within 30 minutes. I tip my hat to him. I shake my head, however, at Sears being able to respond to our needs in a timely manner.
All fixed but updated communication from company about schedule would have been appreciated.
It has been two months and my refrigerator is still not been repaired properly. This is NOT what i consider customer service. It used to mean something to buy Kenmore - turns out my refrigerator is an LG and failed within the first 3 years. So not only lousy service but lousy product.
Our repair person was very helpful, even taking the time to tell us how to better maintain our other appliances!
Very good service…sorry not computer trained
The technician was at my home in just a day or two and diagnosed the issue with my Samsung T.V. and ordered parts while at my home, this was the last of June, Repeated calls from Sears wanted to know if my parts had arrived. After some time I started calling them and inquired on the parts also. With repeated claims they would contact me in 24/48 hours. Never happened. Finally in late September parts were located and T.V. was repaired the last week of September. Technician was very good and everything he did and said was true he new his product and how to repair. Pats should not have taken two months to be located it is a Samsung T.V. Am very disappointed with the parts and supply and lack of any type of being able to talk to any type of Supervisor or Customer support. Two months is to long to acquire parts. During that time I was still having to pay for my Dish TV for two months and Netflix. Very disappointing in Sears lack of interest in problem.
The tech that checked our fridge, works on our tv also and hes great always on time and knows what hes doing.
Technician was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me know what to do in the future.
Horrible!! We had 2 different technicians come out because the first one supposedly fixed the issue which he didnt because 1 day later our dishwasher stopped working again. The second technician came out and couldnt fix the issue told us to have someone fix it lol what did he think we called him for? Waste of time!!! The techs are not well trained and do not know what theyre doing.
You know that when nowhere on any of the paperwork is the Techician’s name it’s not going to end well for you. Without going into all the details in short an absolutely horrific experience.
Everything was checked in a very efficient way. I was very grateful.
The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and solved my issue.Awesome!
Repairman came out on Saturday the 10th to fix washer, the computer board for the washer shut down, he ordered the part 10 days ago. when the part arrived, the repairman came out, they sent a computer board for the dryer, (????) he then found it was a leak in the washer that confused the computer board. He fixed the leak and left after he said he ran it twice. After he left the leak started again. we called asap and they said they would schedule a repair for the 16th. we said that was not good enough, they said they would have someone call on Sunday. No one called, Monday they said they would come on the 15th. we have been without the washer for three weeks. This is terrible customer service!!! this washing machine and dryer has been breaking down since we bought it (8 years). They both need to be replaced with something better
The guy was clean, polite and got done fast.
Servicemen came 10/9, 10/18, 10/30, 11/4 and 11/11 to fix ice maker 100% failure. Now coming 11/25 fingers crossed.
Fast, Professional and technician was friendly and very knowledgeable.
A small water leak at a refrigerator covered under a Repair Protection Agreement resulted in about $7,300 damage to hardwood flooring due to the extended period that the leak existed. The leak was repaired but my flooring damage claim was denied. The reason given was that the fill line used by the Sears technician to connect the refrigerator when new had not been purchased from Sears. I have that fill line and it appears to be sound. Sears insurance agent would not test that line to verify that it indeed was the source of the leakage. I am very disappointed.
They removed the stove top and replaced the burner they thought was causing the problem but service tech left prior to ensuring problem was resolved. Another service is scheduled because the problem still exists.
After three failed attempts to correct a non working Kenmore Elite Double Oven...A no show repairman...then a strange call with the 800 Customer Service that I repeated my address to 4x and she still seemed to think I lived in San Francisco. Got that cleared up even with the language barrier and still had no answer as to why my four our waiting window was now six and no call to even explain to me (the customer) what was going on! I am now having to suffer the agonizing task of working with Sears Customer Service Department a third time, gentleman that answered was very obviously reading from a script because he just didnt know what to do with my call. I really wonder if anyone really listens to the recorded conversations! Here I sit with a new computer part for my non working oven (this will be the fourth repair), no repairman and cant get anywhere with the outsourced customer service. Will be calling my stockbroker in the moring to make sure that all shares of Sears are Sold and never to be bought again. So much for idea to stay with a long standing American company. Fail! Extremely disappointed customer.
The second repairman was wonderful, the first one NOT !!
Prompt, quick and complete. In out in less the 30 minutes.
The service we have received on our icemaker problem was so bad that we have decided we will never buy any appliances at sears again! Its been 2 months since we reported the problem, it took the service company (Sonora appliances) 5 visits to our house and it took us several phone calls to costumer service and the problem still not resolved.
Would have given a minus 10 but I have to give you a star to post a review. No on came and repaired our fridge we had to fix it!!!! Your service sucks!!!!
Prompt and efficient. Thank you
Great job.. on time and got the job done
Service technicians were extremely friendly and knowledgeable
The technician was very friendly and seemed to diagnose the problem right away (a seal to our freezer wasnt tight enough, causing food in the fridge part to spoil). After waiting the 2-3 days, the problem remained. I called for another service call, nearest appointment is 10 days later. So no good food storage over the holidays.
We were very satisfied with the service, tank you
The repairman was on time, very informative and knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he looked at my machine.
The service person was very professional and knew exactly what our softener needed to be fixed
The worst customer service, I bought a protection Agrement from sears and after too many repairs now they don’t want to replace or give me the money back I paid for the refrigerator, when I got the protection agreement the told me if something happen and if they can not fix it i get my money back, don’t ever get SEARS home repair, the worst customer service
I was not very happy, this is the 5th time they sent a repair man to fix the ice maker and they have not fixed it. I asked for a replacement and the rep said I did not qualify.
Excellent, Very helpful
I have had ongoing problems with the outer glass on my oven door coming loose and being very noisy when I open and close the door. I think the technician has finally solved the problem.
Tech incorrectly diagnosed that the oil leak was from gaskets so he ordered the gaskets along with the alternator. When he came backhe found that he engine had a cracked block and I needed a newlawn tractor. What should have cost me $ 99.00 for diagnostic fee the problem ended up costing me $ 271.00 Had I known that the engine was bad I would not have replaced the alternator. I would have went to Sears and bought a new lawn tractor.Very disappointing and costly. Very unhappy.I intend to buy a lawn tractor other than a sears storeI will never use a Sears Service Person again.Roy Beebe
Fast. Polite. Job done
The technician did a good jobI am concerned that some body altered the check amount from the agreed $95 to $100Why was this?
Freezer alarm was beeping within a day of repair. Called to have serviceman return, but it will take SIX WEEKS BEFORE return appointment!!! :-(
Professional, timely and helpful technicians.
Our repairman replaced the ice maker in record time. Also installed new filters.
Extremely long wait for service (~10 days) - even with an expensive maintenance plan!
Lets just say I am never getting coverage from them again! I called to make an appointment for my refrigerator that was not working (on 8/22/15 )I cant get an appointment until September 12th 2015. Thats kind of a long time to go without a working refrigerator.
When the tech called me he had to check one more time to make sure is was the issue he was telling me about. He then replaced the part. But when I got home there was all kinds of garbage in my garage and laundry room that I had to clean up myself.
