I enjoyed the customer service and how fast I got service. Ive tried most of all the techs there and they do a great polish and manicure job. my polished chipped the next day but I enjoyed going here. plaza has plenty of parking and I was in and out. will go back for sure

No nonsense customer service.Its a pretty calm atmosphere with no roudy kids running around and no loud customers. Its also a clean establishment.

I love ivy, her mom and her family!! She is the best nail salon in mobile city. I have been getting my nails done there since I was 17 and she has never let me down. She take her time with you and even on busy days she does not do a rush job. Great customer service. I know there are other good nail salons in mobile but if yu haven’t been to Nails By Ivy you should definitely try her out.

Price was high cus my nails were medium length but I love my nails, only one worker but she got us in and out while still taking her time she was also very sociable and it was just the best experience I ever had a nail shop

When they get ready to do your acrylic they use old nail tips, they drill you finger to much and they only have 2 people as staff, one person does the acrylic and one person so pedicures and eyebrows
