I have to brag about the quality of experience in these nail techs. they really know what they’re doing. they have a lot of pride in what they do and always make sure you’re 100% happy with their work, but more important than that, they make sure they’re 100% happy with their OWN work using their skilled eye. they don’t do a poor job on your nails to rush and get to their next client, they take their time to make sure it looks the best.i was previously going to allure nail lounge before this location. every time i went there, i was unhappy with my visit. they made my acrylic look chunky, thick and the surface wasn’t even even/smooth. they looked very unnatural especially grown out. they always rushed my work to get the next person in- i always felt like a number. i went to J&T nails and they fixed them after a fill beautifully and the difference in quality is astounding. i won’t be going anywhere else for my nail needs.also they have drinks here too! i had to ask for a coke- i didn’t know if they had refreshments for customers or not but they do. they also have discount after a certain number of nail visits over 30$ spent.i just had to go out of my way to let people know that THIS little place is THE place to go for your nails in the city of mobile. this place was a blessing to find.
I walked in and was greeted by the owner Jennifer, this is my very first time going to this nail salon, she told me the wait would be 30 mins, and to wash my hands once I did that to have a seat at the last station. 45 mins passed & I’m still waiting to be serviced. A nail tech walks in didn’t say anything, and proceed to ask me what number in SNS colors I wanted so I proceed to I told her, and I asked if she could do Ombre. The owner walks over telling me the pricing, and I asked for some glitter. The rude nail tech left the station to work on someone else. So I asked the owner what is she doing? So she’s not servicing me? She said well she’s taking care someone that came before you, and we’re trying to see what all you want did to your nails. Mind you the lady & her daughter got there after me, maybe 25 mins after I arrived. So I told the owner you don’t do business like that you service people who is there first unless they have an appointment. I gathered my things, and I left because I was highly upset this was my first experience and my grandfather passed so I wanted to get a fresh SNS set for his funeral tomorrow. Never again, plus there prices are extremely too high to be treated like your money don’t spend like everyone else’s. I won’t be going back here EVER. Just unprofessional and rude!

This was my first time here and Jennifer and Nancy did a wonder job on my nails and pedicure!! I love that the shop is CLEAN and bother ladies were friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning!

Pedicures are fantastic, the guy refused to do the simple nail design I wanted, so I wont be back. Oh, you only get a punch card with $30 or more, pedicures are $29. What a joke.

Jennifer has been doing my nails, pedicure and eyebrows for over 5 years...and I wouldnt change a thing! The atmosphere is always comfortable at J&T AND Pamper Nails. I encourage anyone to call and make an appointment. I started with Jennifer wearing tips, she advised me that the tips were damaging my real nails. For over a year, I went to her every 2 weeks and got a manicure and polish on my nails until the damage was undone. After which, she recommended SNS (powder/no tips) and I love my nails. The fact that she was honest about the condition of my nails and that she could have continued to increase the damage by putting tips on my nails...she didnt. She actually lost money! So, for that I will continue to solicit J&T Nails and Pamper Nails and I encourage all women who want fair pricing and great service to do the same!

My very first manicure. My hands were soaked in a cream inside baggies and warm mitts, cuticles cleaned and trimmed, nails filed and sanded smooth, base coat, top coat, 2 layers of gel polish, hands massaged and soothed with hot rock in warm towel. $30 Very relaxing and well worth the $$ would go back and recommend to friends n family.

This is the only place for me in Mobile! The staff is very polite, friendly, and eager to make sure youre comfortable. Jennifer aims to please and make her customers feel like a part of the family. Cheers is not the only place to go and everybody knows your name....its J&T!!!!Keep up the good work!!!!!
I have gone to J&T Nails for a while, but today the lack of customer service has looking for a new nail salon. I went in and was asked what I was getting, I told them SNS. I was directed to sit in the 3rd chair. So once I sat there no one said I will be with you shortly, pick a color. Usually they will bring the acetone over to soak my nails, but today nothing. 20 minutes passed and I was fed up. I watched them cater to everyone else in the salon. A lady came in after me and they catered to her. So I got up to leave and someone said Im sorry. Because I was so angry, I did not respond. I went to my car and called them. I asked how long before they could take a SNS and they said 15 min. So they were going to have me wait 35 minutes and say nothing to me about it? So I asked, Why did you say that when I was in there? Then she started apologizing and saying that they were busy. Now I understand being busy, so when you are busy customer service goes out the window or customer service is deemed for certain clients? I told her how they know me, I have been there for awhile now and I am a regular client. I am not a sorry tipper. I tip well every time. A business only has ONE time to mess over me. My hard earned money is just as important as everyone else there. I pray that you will not treat anyone else like that. You are in a business where you are suppose to give a relaxing service to your clients. Many people come to you at the end of their work day like I did and this is the treatment I receive. I thank you for the times before today, but the way I was treated today is enough for me.

I got my nails done here and waited for 2 hours while there were many workers available sitting around. The lady was so rude and my nails lasted about a good two days!!
I completely agree that the customer service is terrible at this location..ms jennifer I believe she is the owner she doesnt greet you or smile . And they will have you waiting 15 mins at the nail chair before they notice you need to soak in acetone . I could have been soaking my nails. The only thing I like about this place is the stamp card but Im definitely going to find another nail salon

Place is not clean . The person in charge was rude and they charge extra for everything . I think they just make up prices as they go . She charged 2.00 extra for cutting nails . That is part of the manicure in most places . Student came in to finish who was nice but language barrier
