NITA SINGLETON, HAS BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR A LONG TIME! JUST RECENTLY I FELL OUT WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CHECK MY TRUCK OUT ONLY!! (NO WORK DONE ON IT)TOOK IT IN ON THUR. AROUND 9:20AM I DIDNT GET MY TRUCK BACK UNTIL MONDAY MORNING!! SUPPOSE TO HAVE GOTTEN IT BACK THE SAME DAY (THUR) AND THE FACT THAT NO ONE INFORMED ME THAT THE SHOP WOULD BE CLOSE THAT FRIDAY( A NONE SCHEDULE CLOSING!!) NO ONE CALLED ME! AND NO ONE ANSWERED PHONES! LEFT 13 MESSAGES WITH EVERYONE I THOUGHT COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM... NOTHING! I MISSED MY FAMILY COOK OUT AND IMPORTANT APPTS. AND THEN TO NASTY TO APOLOGIZE!!! LOOKING FOR A NEW MACHINE SHOP!!

I have been a customer of this repair shop for 8 years. The service is friendly, the diagnosis are accurate, the prices are fair (always lower than other quotes) and the repairs are completed in a timely manner. Outside of going to the dealership this is the only shop I allow to repair my vehicles.
