These guys need an office manager. Dealing with them is a phone tag nightmare.Every time I came in (which I had to do to deal with them, because they dont return calls) I had to sit around and wait on the decision maker to return.When I paid in cash, they couldnt make change. They guy said he couldnt make change, but that they didnt mind... and he kept the change!Finally, I still have the same problem they supposedly fixed. Now they dont want to deal with me anymore, because I have a bad attitude. LOL Thats OK, the lesson only cost me $1500. It could have been a lot worse. I have my car and there are alternatives in Mobile for getting the repairs done.

First time I dealt with Zimmermanns I had a persistent dash light indicating on electrical problem. Issue? Reset the computer. Charge? $0.00. They are honest. Next time, running hot despite multiple efforts by another mechanic. Issue? Faulty sensor. Charge? $150.00. No new radiator, or fans, or clutches. They are fair and reasonable. This car is my 16 year old twins 1997 M-B that was their grandmothers. Its important that it be safe and reliable. Why would anyone go anywhere else. TRUST. Its here at Zimmermann.s.

I can recommend Zimmermans.... They actually FIXED my car. After several repairs for the same problem at another shop...I finally took it to Zimmermans. They got it RIGHT the first time!
