Nikki Kelly has been doing all of my services for over 18 years, and in that time Ive not only been able to experience the excellent quality of her services, but Ive been able to see the incredible work the other stylists put out. Lisa, the owner, is kind and welcoming, very talented and committed to helping her stylists thrive and ensuring every customer who walks in the door is treated like a VIP. I thought i would try something new, I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Deanne was my stylist she did an awful job. I asked for highlights and left with a grey/blue tint to my blonde hair. I left with my hair still damp and my cut was so uneven i had to wear a hat. She scheduled me 3 days later for a touch up on the color but she couldnt do anything for me the night i was there. she was in too much of a hurry to leave after i sat for 2.5 hours. I told her i felt uncomfortable to go back to her and i would like some money back for her destroying my hair. She refused to give me a nickel back! I called her but had to leave messages so instead of getting a call back she would only text me... Real professional... I will never visit her at changes, or the womens club for any service!
