I got a a pedicure and acrylics done here. The pedicure turned out really nice. Just a little rough with my cuticles. The acrylics at first werent very good but, I talked to them and they fixed them for me at no extra cost. They were very helpful and nice about it. I highly recommend Jessica!!! She fixed my nails for me and she did a wonderful job.

My favorite place in Missoula to get a pedicure. They are fast, professional and gentle. I also appreciate when I see them open a package of sanitized tools to work on my feet. I will definitely be back here again and again.

At Saigon nails, this was the best I’ve ever had my nails done… Honestly he took the time to make sure my coffin nails lined up correctly and were filed down and well rounded at my cuticle. Others do thick acrylic but he made sure they were natural looking. I’ve had friends come here for years and it’s next to staggering ox so I made sure to eat after.. I don’t get my nails done too often but I would definitely come back:)

Theyre very kind and clean, and in a convenient location with good parking. The massage chairs are great, and they play soothing things on the TV and sound system - which I definitely appreciate. Pretty much everyone has been in masks so far when Ive been in, though Im not sure yet how the Missoula County health department update will affect that. They have a good selection of nail polish, though I end up bringing my own anyway just because thats more fun for me.

This is my go to spot for pedicures. Always the vest best service and I leave feeling happy and relaxed with beautiful toes! I love the organic pedicure when I want to be pampered but the basic is always great too.

I will never go back. I had a wonderful pedicure here before and returned twice because of my first experience. The people were obviously brand new and did not know how to give a proper basic pedicure, let alone the clay mask, the paraffin mask, how to use the hot stones or anything. She put the mask on my legs but not my feet! I did not get the $73 pedicure both times. Once I had to return because my toenails were different lengths and shapes. The right big toe was square, which is fine, but the left one was way shorter and rounded. My gel polish wasnt done properly so they reshaped my nails and repainted them, but I never got the service I paid for. This last time I had a family emergency and was 20 minutes late. You cant take me now, thats acceptable, but you dont offer me a time when I can come. I was taking a chance coming here anyway. I tip your techs very well. Thats not required. I do expect polite service. Thats ok. You wont see me again.

Would be nice if they posted all prices for everyone to see. $140 for 2 #1 pedicures and basic manicures, no color or nails. Staff were polite and were masks, although it was optional for customers.

Love this place especially since they have soothing music instead of television and commercials playing. The service is impeccable and the employees are all super friendly. Highly recommend!!

The last woman that did an acrylic fill cracked my real nail when trying to take off a nail that had a lift. Instead of going slow and being careful, it was the most quick painful thing. She made me bleed, put something on top of it to stop the blood and then put acrylic over it. Now that I’ve tried to take them off this specific nail has been the most painful to deal with. I felt this was unprofessional

It was nice to feel pampered. Thank you Jasmin for doing my nails amazing. As a nail tech myself I had no complaints and I didnt have to file my nails when I got home. Im very happy. Thanks again

I usually love this place but we made an appointment for 4 30 on sunday (they close at 5) and they said it was okay. When we got there the front desk said they were booked and we couldnt come in.. I talked to the girl we called and she said it was fine so she said to go to the front desk again for seating AND HE TOLD US TO LEAVE😡😡 and afterwards my sisters nails were done horribly. The acrylics were uneven, they were not friendly, and overall they did a terrible job. I usually love this place I go here all the time but I dont think I will be coming back after this stunt.

I went there last month because of the high number of good reviews for acrylics. Ive had dip powder acrylics done elsewhere (out of state) and theyve never been done thick or uneven. I asked to have them a bit thinner and it was pinching a thumb. He picked at the thumb but didnt thin them out or trim them even lengths. I definitely wouldnt pay the $50 they charged me for these acrylics again. They all fell off within 5 days. I also had an appointment but still waited 30 minutes to get started.

A bit on the pricier side so keep that in mind if you’re a baddie on a budget. But it is totally worth it. Anthony was so thorough and gentle. 10/10 recommend, will go again.

I love this place! No matter who I get, the work is always quality. I’m an ICU nurse and on my feet a lot! This is my self care and they make it happen for me! Great selection of colors and haven’t had a fragrance of salts/lotion that I didn’t like. The wax in the feet and hot stones are magic!

Great service. My nail technician gave me an awesome massage along with a super pretty pedicure. They were also making sure everyone wore masks. Definitely would come back there!

Went in for a polish change and it was $35 just to take it off and put new polish on and when I asked why it was so expensive because their site says 10 for regular polish and 15 for gel she said because my nails are long when I have gone here before and it was only 15, they should really do two different prices if its going to be different for longer length nails

They got done with my nails and it was not good at all, they were crooked and thick. Never going again.

First pedicure Ive had and it was a wonderful experience.

I went in for glitter acrylic and had to explain I did not want gel several times when they kept trying to convince me to. Repeated the process when they kept suggesting dipped nails. I shouldn’t have to defend my preference of service—uncomfortable. Poor/uneven shape and didn’t fill snug to the cuticle.

I received a full set with a special glitter polish for the holidays. This was my first visit but won’t be my last! The best set of nails I have Ever had!!!!

My experience here was great. They were able to get me in for a walk in appointment. I would definately return. I was impressed. I was worried about their availability. But they got me right in. I was not rushed and enjoyed my salon worker. My nails look great! I will return for fills as well. The salon windows separated the clients from the salon workers. They were COVID 19 ready.

I went to go and get my nails done for Prom my junior year of high school. Not days after Prom the gel on my nails started peeling off and my nails ripped off with the gel. My toes looked great and stayed on well however.

I’m finally done with Saigon Nails. I went today to have my Dips nails removed and a new set put on. The tech used her drill so fast on me. Cut all my fingers but two of them. Blamed me for it. Cut them shorter than I asked for. I had glue all over my fingers. She acted super annoyed by me. When I called to complain they just said sorry. The time before that I had no work done on my cuticles. Worked so fast and didn’t take the time to check his work. The time before that I just wanted gel polish and he dug at my fingers for an hour. Were red, bleeding, and swollen when I left. Each time I just kept telling myself they must of had a bad day. No problem. But I’m done. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because one time I went I got a young pregnant girl and she was amazing. She interacted with me, smiled at me, and made the experience so enjoyable. Being a mom, this is the one thing I love doing to pamper myself. My fingers are so sore right now it’s ridiculous.

Got my nails done here and was super disappointed. First she made them too long Then i have a bunch of the acrylic stuff underneath my nails. I just got them done today and theyre starting to come off already. For paying 150 for my friend and Is nails we really got poor quality. Never coming to this salon again. And dont recommend coming here if you want them done right.

Best nail shop in Missoula! I’m originally from Southern California and have had the worst luck with acrylics in Montana. This shop is the best, everyone is extremely friendly and takes good care of you. Takes their time and makes sure you are happy throughout the whole process.

Everytime I come here they are excellent. I always walk in, sometimes there is a wait but the wait is worth it!!!! Who wouldnt want to come here?! They try their best to get you in a booth asap. My girlfriend got her nails done and they didnt look anything like she asked. When she asked them to fix it, they told her to leave the store. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

I have three fingers that the gal made bleed. For my daughter and I to get manicures and pedicures it cost 160.00 I would have expected better care and quality for that price! Very disappointing.
